Wiring
DC – Socket for the included 12VDC power supply
MICROUSB – As an alternative to the included 12V power supply, you can also use a USB mobile phone
power supply with microusb connector to power the router (cable not included) WAN/LAN1/LAN2 – 3
wired ports for connecting network devices with RJ45 connector. In these 4G routers the wired ports are
equivalent
SIM – Slot to insert a 4G cellular SIM (nanosim format)
RESET – Press and hold for 10 seconds to restore factory settings.
Inserting the SIM card
The SIM slot of the router is compatible with all 4G SIMs in NANOSIM format
If your SIM is larger, you will need to have it reduced in size in a phone shop or by purchasing the
appropriate cutter.
Before buying the SIM, check that the mobile operator has excellent data coverage in your area. It is
advisable to test the signal of the main operators with a telephone before choosing which operator to rely
on.
Before inserting a new sim into the router, you must insert it into a phone andremove PIN prompt at
startup,otherwise the router will not be able to use it.
When you insert the sim card into the slot you must respect the direction of the drawing and push the card
inside with your fingernail until you feel it hook. To remove, press with your fingernail to release it from the
retainer.
