Internet access successful.
Connection issue due to a too long distance
between router and wi module.
App can not connect to the device, it shows
“Failed to connect to device”.
App can not connect to the device, it shows
“Device ofine”.
Something goes wrong with my equipment.
Green light.
Use a extension cable between wi module
and heat pump.
Use a wi range extender.
Add another router between the original
router and the wi module.
Network problem, please check your net-
work.
The wi module is not connected to the
network, please check the connection of the
wi module, or restart and reconnect the
module.
Check error message in setting or displayed
op heat pump screen.
Look for error code in the instruction manual
of the heat pump.
Contact your supplier for after-sales mainte-
nance if necessary.
