5.1 PDA Build-in Program
How to entering the program:
a. Press POWER and RESET buttons at the same time and release.
b. After that, Press CAMERA button immediately after having hardware reset
c. Release CAMERA button after the screen shows up
NOTE. Always tap the up-right corner [x] to exit when finished.

Keypad Pad/Keyboard test
Follow each of the instructions and press BLACK or GREEN
hinted button in order.
*There’re five sub-testing items in this program.
Tap up-right corner to exit if passed all pad test
T Panel Touch Panel test
Take stylus to draw few lines slowly around the screen rims
and center.
*Breaking lines or screen un-alignment is not allowed.

AUDIO Voice record/reply test
1. Tap Recording icon and talk to the microphone for 1-2 sec,
the voice will reply the recorded sound automatically.
2. Plug your headset and run the record/reply test again.
3. Tap Receiver, and tap “PASS” after hear a tone by phone
generated.

LCD LCD color test Tap screen repeatedly. Check color screen if normal or any
defective pixels on it.
Tap up-right corner to exit
BackLight LCD backlight test Tap “Back Light On/Off” and tap “scroll up/down” to test
backlight.

LED LED indication test Tap “ALL ON”/ “ALL OFF” to check all indicative color LED
turns on/off.

Vibrator Vibration test Select “Vibrator On then Off” to check if device is vibrating.

A. Use plastic-stick to release middle latch by pulling up the Cover slowly.
B. Antenna Cover Middle Latch will be released this time.
C. Take cover up, release latches before remove.

A. Use T5-screwdriver to release four screws on bracket.
B. Use plastic-stick to poke a side from edge of the bracket.
C. Slide it slowly to the bottom.
D. Restore it to proper position as Picture shown.
E. Start separating from the bottom side.
F. Separate bracket, lifts it up from the unit.
G. Finish.

B. Remove vibrator with the same action.
C. Remove MIC with the same action.

Note. Remove old tape clean, make it ready for new coming part.
