EASY COOKING TIPS
• Anything you can cook in your traditional oven and grill, you can cook
in the Easy Cook.
• When adapting recipes from elsewhere, keep in mind that cooking
temperatures will usually remain the same but cooking time may
generally be shorter.
• Place food directly on wire rack. Cooking on a wire rack allows the hot
air to circulate freely around the food, cooking it quickly and evenly
without turning.
• When placing several pieces of food on the wire rack, be sure to leave at
least 1/2 ” between the food and the side of the bowl. This space allows
the air to ow freely through the oven.
• Avoid stacking food on top of each other. The hot air must circulate
freely in order to cook the food properly.
• After the food is cooked, turn the thermostat down to a WARM (60-80C)
temperature while the fan is running. Your food will stay hot and crispy.
• Adapt your recipes to cook in the convection oven. As a rule of thumb,
temperatures will remain the same but cooking times may be less.
• Use the cooking times in this manual as a general guide. When cooking
meat products you may have to adjust your cooking time slightly
depending on the weight of the meat. When working with the oven for
the rst time, we suggest using a meat thermometer.
• OPTIONAL: For optimum cooking meat on the GRILL function, preheat
your oven at 230°C for approximately 5 minutes prior to cooking.
• The mechanical timers on the models E777 may have a time variance
of +-7minutes. If you nd a variance in your timer, compensate your
cooking time.
• Use cooking times indicated as a guide. Cooking times will vary
depending on such factors as volume, weight, mass of food and local
weather conditions.
• PRESET FUNCTION: 1) Press “START”, 2) Press “PRESET” and set
future time in hours. 3) Press “START”, 4) Press “TEMP/TIME” to set
temperature and cooking time. 5) Press “START”.
