CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Always switch off and unplug your water dispenser and allow it to completely cool before cleaning.
• To avoid damage, do not immerse the appliance into any liquid.
• Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.
• Wash the water tank in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly before use.
• Donotuseanyabrasivescourersorabrasivecleaningagents.
IMPORTANT DE-SCALE MONTHLY
• De-scaletheunitmonthly,usinganon-toxicdetergentorcitricacid.Addsomedetergentorcitric
acid into the water, operate the unit at least three times to de-scale. Rinse
thoroughlybeforere-using,includingushingthroughthe 
reservoir. Remove the rubber stopper plug at the base of the
unit and empty any residue water. Replace rubber stopper plug
securely.
• After cleaning the appliance, please open the drainage stopper
in order to clean up the water waste. Please tighten the drainage
stopper after opening it.
Note: If water leakage is found at the bottom of the appliance,
please tighten the drainage stopper.
STORAGE
If do not use the appliance for a long time, unplug and clean it, then put back into the original
packaging to avoid the electrical components being damaged.

BEFORE USE
• Cleanthoroughlybeforerstuse.
• Fillthewatertankandoperateseveraltimesbeforerstuse.
• Checkthewaterdrainagestopperissecureandtightenifloose.
• Ifwaterisleakingfromthedrainagestopper,thenswitchoffthepowerandremovethemainsplug
from the mains socket before tightening the drainage stopper plug and cleaning up the spillage.
PARTS
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Attachthewateroverowtraybeneaththewaterspout,ensureitiscorrectlypositionedoverthe
clips and secure the metal rack on top of the tray.
FILLING THE APPLIANCE
• Detachthewatertankfromtheappliance,openthelidandll,
ensuring the water level is between the MIN 0.5L and MAX 2.5L
line indicators on the scale.
• Oncelled,attachthewatertank,ensuringittssecurelytothemain
body and make sure the lid closes properly.
OPERATION
•Placeonaat,levelandstablesurface.
•Plugtheunitintoamainssocketandturnthegeneralswitchon,then
theredLEDindicatorwillilluminate.
•PlaceacuponthetrayandpresstheFunctionSwitchtoon.TheLEDwillturngreenandafter
5-8secondsitwillstarttodispensethewater.
•Thewaterwillcomeoutconstantlyuntilpressingtheoffbutton,whichstopstheowofwater.
•Overowwateriscapturedinthetraybeneaththecup.Whenthiswateroverowtrayisfull,
allow the water to cool before removing the tray and pouring away. Always re-attach the water
overowtraybeforecontinuingtouse.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
Why is it not working? It could be there is insufcient water
• Whenthereisinsufcientwater,thegreenledlightwillturnredandthe
boiler will automatically stop working.
• Torestart;switchtheFunctionSwitchtoOff,theGeneralSwitchtoOff,
then add water and switch on.
Why is it not working? Its overheated or not boiling properly
• The appliance has a thermostat which can be manually reset.
• Theresetbuttonisfoundonthebodybehindthewatertank.Simply
press once.
