This symbol is used throughout this manual to indicate the presence of high voltages, representing a hazard for

Follow safe electrical work practices
• Read, understand, and follow the instructions before installing this product.
• Disconnect and lock-out all power supplying equipment before working on or installing power distribution
equipment. Use a properly rated voltage sensing device to confirm power is OFF.
• Install equipment in an appropriate electrical environment per local regulations.
• PCBs are ESD sensitive equipment Ground yourself, discharge any static charge and ensure that the
device is effectively grounded before handling the unit.

Eaton provides floor stands as options for the following power distribution products
• All Eaton Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
• Eaton Static Transfer Switches (STSs) up to 1600A
• Primary and Secondary Systems using PowerPak PDUs and WaveStar Static Transfer Switches
Eaton Universal Floor Stands have a common design, construction, and installation
• 1020 steel construction
• Removable conduit plate(s)
• Height-adjustable feet
• Each foot has (4) holes with clearance for 1/2" anchor bolts.
Universal Floor Stands come in a range of nominal heights and adjustment ranges that are standard for all floor
stands
• 15" nominal height, adjustable range 12-18"
• 20" nominal height, adjustable range 18-22"
• 24" nominal height, adjustable range 22-26"
• 28" nominal height, adjustable range 26-30"
• 32" nominal height, adjustable range 30-34"
• 36" nominal height, adjustable range 34-38"
• 40" nominal height, adjustable range 38-42"
• 44" nominal height, adjustable range 42-46"
• 48" nominal height, adjustable range 46-50"
Floor stands of greater height and weight have extra side bracing that is variable according to product. See
drawings for each product.
