SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read carefully and save for future use!
Warning: The safety measures and instructions, contained in this manual, do not include all conditions and
situations possible. The user must understand that common sense, caution and care are factors that cannot be
integrated into any product. Therefore, these factors shall be ensured by the user/s using and operating this
appliance. We are not liable for damages caused during shipping, by incorrect use, voltage uctuation or the
modication or adjustment of any part of the appliance. To protect against a risk of re or electric shock, basic
precautions shall be taken while using electrical appliances, including the following:
1. Be very careful when unpacking the device. In particular, protect the screen of the device. It is very easy
to get damaged.
2. Read all of the instructions carefully.
3. Keep the instructions for future reference.
4. Pay attention to warnings found in the manual.
5. Follow all instructions.
6. Do not use the device close to water.
7. Clean only with dry cloth.
8. Do not block exhaust vents. Place the device according to the manufacturer's instructions.
9. Do not place the device near heating sources, such as radiators, heating units, stoves, or other appliances
(including ampliers) producing heat. Do not install the appliance near an open ame (for example,
candles). Under no circumstances should an open ame (e.g. a burning candle) be placed on the product.

proper functioning of electrical components.
When installing and operating the appliance, leave a clear space on all sides, which is necessary for proper air
circulation. During operation, heat is generated and dissipated in this way. Under no circumstances operate

Remote control and battery

• Do not throw batteries into the re.
• Do not leave dead batteries in the remote control.
• If you do not use the remote control for a long time, remove the batteries.
• Do not combine dierent types of batteries. Always use only one type. Also, do not combine old and new
batteries.
• If electrolyte leaks from the batteries into the remote control, stop using it and contact the relevant service
centre.

• If the remote control does not work properly (performance decreases), replace the batteries with new
ones.
• Small batteries can pose a risk of ingestion by children. Also, do not allow children to play with packaging
material. Risk of suocation.
When using headphones
To prevent possible hearing damage, avoid prolonged listening at high volume.
Excessive sound pressure from earphones can cause hearing damage.
Caution for wall mounting
• Before mounting the TV on the wall, read the instructions supplied with the bracket.
• Wall mounting kit is optional. If it is not included with your TV, you can get it from your local dealer.
• Do not install the TV on the ceiling or on a sloping wall.
• Use the included wall mounting screws and other accessories supplied with the bracket.
• Tighten the screws properly to prevent the TV from falling, but do not overtighten them.

ATTENTION

Attention! To avoid electric shock, do not open the cover. The repair can
only be carried out by a service technician.
The lightning ash with arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral triangle, is intended to alert
the user to the presence of uninsulated “dangerous voltage” within the product that may be of
suciently high to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.
An exclamation mark within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of
important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature enclosed with the
appliance.
This symbol means that the device is in the second protection class, with double insulation
between dangerous mains voltage and user-accessible parts. Only use identical spare parts when
performing service work.
Class 1 laser product: This product contains a Class 1 laser source that is safe under reasonably
foreseeable operating conditions.
WARNING
Never place the TV in an unstable place. The TV can fall and cause serious injury or death.
Many injuries, especially to children, can be prevented by simple measures such as:

Congratulations on your purchase of an ECG TV with the VIDAA operating system. This guide will
introduce you to the basic settings and features of your new TV. For a more detailed manual, go directly to
Settings > Support > E-manual on your TV.
REMOTE CONTROL DESCRIPTION
1 POWER: Switches the TV between on and standby
mode.
2 No function.
3 MUTE: Mutes or resets the TV sound.
4 0–9: The digits "0-9" are used to enter the channel
number directly.
5 FREE: Connection to the FREE app.
6 deezer: Connection to deezer.
7 Inputs: Signal source selection.
8 VOL +/-: Press to increase/decrease the volume level.
9 CH+/-: Browse tuned channels.
10 INFO: Displays the current channel information, such as
the current time and channel name.
11 BROWSER: Opens an internet browser.
12 MEDIA: Opens the menu of external connected devices.
13 Navigation buttons: Cursor ///, OK button to
conrm.
14 BACK: Press to return to the menu/level up.
15 EXIT: Exiting the current menu.
16 HOME: Displays the home screen.
17 NETFLIX: Opens NETFLIX for watching TV shows and
movies online.
18 YouTube: Opens the YouTube app.
19 Prime video: Direct access to Amazon Prime Video.
20 PLEX: Connecting to PLEX.
21 COLOR buttons: EPG related features are available.
22 SUBT: Subtitle options.
23 EPG: EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) menu.
24 Media Control: Play / pause / skip.
25 CH. LIST: Channel list.
26 TXT: Press to enter the teletext while the programme is
playing.
27 Custom button: You can set up your own speed dial,
e.g. to launch an application (long press to enter the
speed dial settings).
28 OSD menu: Displays the OSD (On Screen Display) menu.

INSTALLING AND CONNECTING THE TV
Set up your TV
Place the TV in a stable and solid place that has sucient load capacity
to support the TV. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not place it near
water or a heat source (e.g. light, candle, heater). Do not block the air
vents located on the back of theTV. Leave at least 10 cm of free space
on all sides.
Connect the antenna and power supply
1. Connect the antenna to the antenna socket on the back of the TV.
2. Plug the TV cable into the mains (AC 100-240 V - 50/60 Hz).
Turn on the TV
3. In stand-by mode, the indicator light on the TV is red. Press the TV
power button on the remote control or on the TV body to switch on
the TV.
Note: For models that have a Cl card slot on the top of the device, a
silicone slot cap is included. If you do not use the Cl card, close the
slot with this cap.
Note: The picture is only informative.
Instructions for installing the stand/feet
Depending on the model, the TV may be equipped with a stand or
feet.
1. Open the box and remove the TV, all accessories and the stand/
feet.
2. To avoid damaging the screen, rst place a soft, at pad (such
as a mattress or thick layer of blankets) on the table. Only then
carefully place the TV on this mat (screen down). Attach the stand
or feet using the screws provided.
3. The installation is complete.

NAVIGATING THE TV OS
First use
Use the /buttons to select the language and conrm with OK.
Follow the on-screen instructions for the next steps. Note that some steps (e.g. connecting to the internet) can
be skipped and returned to later in Settings.
Warning: If you don't connect your TV to the internet, you won't be able to use some features.
Home screen
Press the button to go to the home screen.
• The current time is displayed at the top of the HOME PAGE.
• If your TV is connected to the internet via a wireless connection or Ethernet cable, the icon will
appear in the top corner of the screen.
Manage applications
• Select the item you want to move, then press the button to adjust the position.

Input selection
Press the tbutton to select the input menu. Use the ///buttons to select the desired input and
conrm with the OK button.
Playing media from external sources
To go to the list of external media sources (e.g. USB ash drive), press the MEDIA button on the remote control.
Use the arrow keys to select the desired source and click OK to select it.
For a more detailed manual and a description of the TV's features and settings, go to the Settings menu
and select Support E-manual.
SETTINGS
To enter the settings: Press the button to enter the menu, use the arrow keys to scroll to the Settings option
and conrm with the OK button.
Use the arrow buttons on the remote control to move throught the menu, the OK button to select/change and
the BACK button to move up a level.
In the main Settings menu, you can adjust settings in the following categories:
Picture
Adjusts the settings of the image and its aspects,
including brightness, contrast, aspect ratio, etc.

Sound
Sets the sound mode (equalizer), output and more.
Network
Sets up your internet connection and related
functions.
Channel
Sets the TV reception tuning and related functions.
Rating
Settings to increase accessibility: readability, subtitles
and audio mode for the hearing impaired, etc.
System
System setup: adjust locks, time, timer, language and
location, congure HDMI CEC, change between home
mode and demo mode for the shop, etc.
Support
In this section, you can nd information about the
system, set up and perform updates, diagnose the TV,
and nd a link to download an app to control the TV
with your mobile phone.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Solution
The TV won't turn on. Check that the plug of the power cord is rmly
plugged into an electrical outlet. Unplug the TV from
the power supply, wait about 60 seconds and then
plug the TV in again and power on.
Poor TV signal reception. Tall buildings or nearby hills can cause interference
to the broadcast signal and "ghosting" or other
image errors. Changing the antenna orientation can
improve picture quality.
If you use an inside antenna, reception can be
worse under certain circumstances. Try changing
the antenna positioning to improve reception. If the
picture does not improve, use an outdoor antenna.
No picture. Make sure the antenna is correctly connected to the
TV.
Try selecting another channel and see if the problem
is outside your receiver.
The picture is ne, but no sound is playing. Increase the volume.
Make sure the sound on the TV is not muted.
The sound is ne, but no picture or poor color. Increase the contrast and brightness of the image, or
change other image settings in the Settings menu 

Snowy pictur, noise or picture freezes. Check for proper antenna connection, adjust
antenna orientation if necessary.
There are distracting streaks across the image. Other electrical appliances such as hairdryers or
vacuum cleaners can cause interference. Switch
appliances used near the TV o.
Remote controller does not operate. The remote control must be removed from the
plastic bag it came in before rst use.
Try moving the remote control closer to the TV.
The front of the remote control should be pointed
directly at the TV.
Check that the batteries are inserted correctly in the
control, or try using new batteries.
Make sure there are no obstacles between the
remote control and the TV that could prevent proper
signal transmission.
No image from the connected PC. Check that the cable is properly connected at both
ends or that it is not bent/damaged in some places.
When the device is connected to the RCA port,
streaks appear in the picture.
Make sure you use a good quality cable or use a
dierent one.
Disconnect and reconnect the cable at both ends.

Problem Solution
Problems could not be eliminated. Unplug the power cord and wait 60 seconds before
plugging it back into the wall outlet. If problems
persist, do not attempt to repair the TV yourself.
Please contact a specialist service centre.
Don't leave a static image - paused video, menu screen, etc. - on the screen for an extended period of time.
Otherwise, the display may be damaged and the image may be irreversibly "burned".
