3. DESIGNANDOPERATINGPRINCIPLE
Therangeconsistoftheuppermodulewithgasburnersonwork‐topandthebottommodulewithgasoven
orwithshelve(withoutoven).
Worktopincluding4burners.Threeofthatare4kWheatingpowerandoneis8kWheatingpower.Onthe
frontside,belowthework‐topthereisarangecontrolpanelwithgasvalvesintendedforwork‐topburners.Near
thevalveknobsarepunchedsignsforintroducingknobtocorrectwork‐topburner.Regulationoftheburneris
carriedoutbysignsplacedonthesticker.Stardefinespilotposition,fulldropdefinesmaximumheat(largeflame)
andemptydropdefinesminimumheat(smallflame).
Belowwork‐topcontrolpanelislocatedremovabledrainerforgatheringliquidsplitonaworkingsurfaceof
thetop.
Inthebottompartisplaced,dependingonmodel:shelveASG‐40,ovenwithcontrolpanelASG‐41.Theoven
consistsofmetalskeletonwithdoor,onetubularburnerlocatedfrombelowintheoven,andremovablelattices
withguides.Thetubularburneriscoveredbymetalplate(bottomplate).Latticeswithguides,fixedonlateralwalls,
areintendedforgriddlesinstallationatthenecessarylevel.Forheatlossreductiontheovencaseiswrappedupa
thermalisolationwithaluminumfoil.Servicingandrepairoftheovenareprovidedfromthefrontsideofdevice.
Ontherightsideofovenmoduleislocatedcontrolpanelwiththermoregulatedgasvalve.Regulationofthe
tubularburneriscarriedoutbysignsplacedonthesticker.Stardefinespilotposition,numbersfrom“1”to“7”
defineslevelsofexpectedtemperatureintheovenchamber.ToswitchOFFtubularburnersetthevalveknobto
position“●”.
4. SAFETYMEASURES
Operationofthegasrangemayonlybecarriedoutbypersonnelwhohavereceivedpropertrainingin
operatingorservicingcateringequipment.Atoperatingthegasrangeobservethefollowingsafetyrules:
¾toavoidburnsbecarefulatmovingware,donotspillfatandotherliquidsonthehotrangesurface–
theburnerpartstemperatureisaround400°C;
¾beforecleansingestablishtherangevalvestoposition“●”(OFF);
¾iffaultisdetectedswitchOFFtherangeandcallanAuthorizedTechnician;
¾switchONthegasrangeonlyafterfaultremoval.
Stronglyforbidden:
¾tocleanandfaultremovalwhilethegasrangeisswitchedON;
¾tocooltheburnerspartsandcastirongridsbywaterorotherliquids;
¾toworkwithoutexternalprotection;
¾tooperatethegasrangewithoutpallet.

Generalsafetyrequirements:
¾donotinstallthegasrangecloserthan1mfrominflammablematerials;
¾atthegeneralinstallationestablishastop‐cockandapressureregulatoranditalsoadvisableto
installashut‐OFFcockoneachindividualappliance;
¾donotusethegasrangeinfire‐dangerousandexplosivezones.
ATTENTION!!!
DONOTapplywaterstreamtothegasrangeclearing.
5. NECESSARYSTEPSFORTHEALTERNATIONOFTHETYPEOFGAS
Inordertoalterthetypeofgas,accordingtoburnertypedothefollowing:
¾closethegasalimentationtapandtakeoffthealimentationtube;
Work‐topburners
¾takeoffthegridandthebowl.Theinsideofthework‐topequipmentisnowvisible;
¾unscrewtheaircontrolscrewplacedonlongcylinderpartofburner.Carefullyplacedtheaircontrol
cylinderandburnerventuritoobtainaccesstotheinjector;
¾substitutethegasinjectorfortheindicatedinjectorusingwrenchno.13;
¾afterinstallinganewgasinjector,youmustscrewtheburnerventuriincorrectposition.Itisno
necessarytofastentheairregulationnut,becauseitmustbefastenedafterregulationtheairflow;
¾repeatthisprocessfortheremainingburners;
Oventubularburner
¾ifnecessaryremovetheovendoor;
¾removegratingandburnerbottomcover;
¾unscrewtheflamespreader;
¾unscrewbrassnutthatkeepsnozzleholderonposition.Nowyoucanmanipulatenozzleholder.
Rotateittoconvenientpositionforobtainaccesstotheinjector;
¾substitutethegasinjectorfortheindicatedinjectorusingwrenchno.13;
¾afterinstallinganewgasinjector,youmustsetthecorrectpositionofairregulatingnut;
ATTENTION!!!
Aftereveryalternationofthetypeofgas,youmustregulatetheairflowandtheminimalflamepositionofthevalve.
Inordertoregulatetheairflowinwork‐topburnerunscrewthenutplacedonhorizontalcylinderofburner.
Itisnotnecessarytounscrewthescrewwhichholdstheburnerventurilocatedinsideburnercylinder.Regulateair
flowmovingtheairflowcylinder.Afteradjustingfastenthenuttofixairflowcylinderinacorrectposition.

Regulatetheminimalflamepositionofvalvewiththeburnerburning.Turnthevalvetotheminimalflame
position,takeoffthevalveknobandthenfastenorunfastenthefrontalscrewofthevalve(attheleftofthevalve)in
ordertoadjusttheflamesizetotheminimum.Becarefulnottoturnofftheflameandallowthethermocoupleto
receiveheat(otherwiseitwillclosethevalve).Afterdefiningtheminimalflamepositionofthevalve,waitca.2
minutestomakesuretheflamekeepsburning.
Foradjusttheairflowinovenburnerservesthenutguideplacedonnozzleholder.Forlessairturnit
clockwise,turnagainsttheclockformoreair.Fixcorrectpositionofthenutguidewithcounterblockingnut.
Regulatetheminimalflamepositionofvalvewiththeburnerburningstartingfromposition7.Slowlyturn
theknobclockwisetotheminimumflowposition(justbeforethemainburnershut‐off).Turnscrewofthevalve(at
theleftoftheknob)anticlockwisetoincreasetheflow.Afterdefiningtheminimalflamepositionofthevalve,wait
ca.2minutestomakesuretheflamekeepsburning.
Inordertoalterthetypeofgasofpilotdothefollowing:
¾loosenscrewofthebodyofpilot;
¾unscrewthenozzlethatisputinsidebodyofpilotandreplaceitwithsuitableonedependingonthe
gastobeused;
¾regulatetheairflowbytuningairregulatorplacedinthebottomsideofpilotheaduntiltheflame
becamesteady.
6. INSTALATIONPROCEDURE
Gasrangeshouldbeunpacked,installedandtestedonlybyqualifiedkitchenequipmentmaintenance
personnel.Aftertherangeiscarriedintoaroomletitstandatleast6hoursataroomtemperature.
Installthegasrangeinthefollowingorder:
¾beforethegasrangeinstallationontheprovideplaceremovetheprotectivefilmfromallmetal
surfaces.Thegasrangeshouldbeplacedinwellairedpremiseifthereisapossibility,underanair‐
cleaninghood.Therangecanbeplacedseparatelyortogetherwithotherkitchendevices;
¾installthegasrangenotcloserthan100mmfromawall;
¾thegasrangeconnectiontothegassupplysystemshouldbedoneaccordingtocurrentlegislation
andspecifications.Connectionstothegassupplyismadeonlybytheauthorizedspecialistservice
takingintoaccountmarksonthetabletwithinscription;
¾installationandconnectionshouldbemadesothatontheestablishedandconnectedgasrange
therewasnoaccesstogaspartswithoutapplicationoftools;
¾toestablishedthegasrangeonacorrespondingplace;tolevelthegasrangebyadjustinglegssothat
workingsurfacetookhorizontalposition;theheightshouldbeuser‐friendly;
¾tocheckthegasrangeaccordingtogasleakage,payingparticularattentiontoburners,valvesand
devicemaingasconnection;
Thedevicemaingasconnectionis½”G.
Afterinstallationbutbeforethegasrangeoperationitisnecessarytodrythework‐topburnersduring15‐20
minutesofheating.Afterthattimeregulatetheairflowandregulatetheminimalflamepositionofthevalve.

7. MAKEREADY
Whenpreparingthegasrangeforoperation,proceedasfollows:
¾tocheckupgasrangeconnectiontogassupplysystemaccordingtogasleakage;
¾tosetproperheatingpowerbythevalvesofwork‐topburnersorbythethermoregulatorknobthe
necessaryoventemperatureprovidedbytechnologicalprocessofaconcreteproductpreparation;
¾tocarryoutheatingpoweradjustmentbythevalveknobsrotation;thework‐topburnersswitching
onthemaximumflamepositionshouldbemadeonlyatdishespreparationdemandingheats;
¾uponworkterminationinhigh‐temperaturemodeestablishthevalveknobstopositionofminimal
flame;
Uponworkterminationestablishthevalveknobstoposition“●”.
Closethemaingeneralgas‐tapinstalledontheoutsideoftheappliance.
ATTENTION!!!
Beforethegasrangeoperationitisnecessarytoremovepreservationfromgrates,ovenandbackpartofadoorby
soapsolution.
8. USING
COOKINGONTHEWORKTOPBURNERS
Openthemaingeneralgas‐tapinstalledontheoutsideoftheappliance.
Lightlypressthecontrolcorrespondingtotheburneryouwanttoigniteuntilitbecomesunlockedandturn
itanticlockwisetothePILOTposition,pressthispositionagainandlightthepilotwithaflameuntilitis
stable.
Thenonwards,toignitetheburner,turnthecontrolanticlockwisetotheMAXIMUMposition.MINIMUM
position.Loosenthecontrolwhenthispositionisreached.
IMPORTANT:TogototheMAXIMUMpositionoranyotherone,youmustalwayspressthecontrol.
COOKINGINTHEOVEN
Beforecookingitisnecessarytowarmuptheoven.Establishedthethermoregulatorknobontemperature
150‐180°C,andswitchesknobs–onthemiddle“2nd”position.Onreachingtheestablishedtemperaturethethermo
regulatordisconnectsheaterstowhatthefirstthecontrollightswitching–OFFthenfurthertemperatureincrease
byrotationofthermoregulatorknob.Atcookingitisnecessarytospecifytherecommendedtemperatureandatthe
subsequentpreparationthetemperatureregulatorcanbeestablishedonhigherorlowertemperature,depending
onthecookedproductquality.
Transitiontothe“1st”andthe“3rd”powerlevelofthetoporbottomtubularheatersblockatbatching
dependsonaproductcolorfromaboveorfrombelow,definedbygoodstrawordarkcolorofabatch.

9. MAINTENANCE
AllmaintenanceworkshouldbeperformedbyaIII‐Vskill‐categoryelectricianhavingatleastthethirdsafety
engineeringskilllevel.
Maintenanceoperationshouldbeundertakenoncepermonthandforrepairoperation–onceeverysix
months.
Inperformingmaintenanceoperations,followtheseinstructions:
identifythetrouble(s)throughtheassistanceoftheoperatingpersonnel;
makesurethatthetemperaturerelaysensors,limitswitch,lightningaccessoriesandcoveringare
securelyfixed;
makesurethattherearenolooseconnectionsinthecurrent‐carryingpartsoftheelectricrange.
Beforethecontactjoints,retentionpartsofthethermoregulatorsandlightningaccessorieschecking,be
suretodisconnecttheelectricrangebyremovingthefusesorswitchingOFFtheautomaticcircuitbreakeronthe
distributingswitchboard,attachanotice“DonotswitchON.Theunitisundermaintenance”tothehandleofthe
switchingequipment,anddisconnecttherangepowercablesandinsulatethemasrequired.
10. TROUBLESHOOTING
Allproblemsintheelectricrangemalfunctionareresultedintablebelowandshouldberemovedbyduly
qualifiedtechniciansonly.

11. TRANSPORTATIONANDSTORAGECONDITIONS
Thegasrangemustbestoredinacargocontainerofthemanufacturerbythestorageconditiongroup4
GOST15150standardatanambientairtemperaturenotlowerthan‐35°C.
Storageperiodisnotmorethan12months.
Atperiodofstorageover12monthstheownerofthegasrangeisobligatedtomakeproductre‐
conservationinaccordancewithGOST9.014standard.
Thepackedgasrangeistotransportrailway,river,motortransportaccordingtooperatingrulesof
transportationonthesetypesoftransport.Seaandothertypesoftransportareappliedunderthespecial
agreement.
Conditionsoftransportationtopartsofinfluenceofclimaticfactors–group8inaccordancewithGOST
15150standard,regardinginfluenceofmechanicalfactors–CinaccordancewithGOST23170standard.
Loadingandunloadingofthegasrangefromvehiclesshouldbemadecautiously,withoutsupposingblows
orpushes.
ATTENCION!!!
Thepackedgasrangearesupposedtobestoredonheightintwocirclesforstorage.
12. ENVIRONMENTALPROTECTIONRECOMMENDATION
Onendingitsusefullife,thisproductmustnotbethrownawayinastandardrubbishbin,but
mustbeleftinanelectricalwasteandelectronicequipmentcollectionpointforrecycling.
Thisisconfirmedbythesymbolontheproduct,usermanual,orpackaging.
Bypreparationandtheelectricrangesendingonrecyclingdisassembleandsortout
componentsonmaterialsofwhichtheyaremade.
Dependingonthesymbol,thematerialscanberecycled.Byrecyclingandotherwaysof
processingelectricalwasteandelectronicequipment,youcansignificantlycontributeto
protectingtheenvironment.
