Install
1Secure the Bullet camera to your roof or wall with the supplied
screws.
1Adjust your camera’s view to the perfect angle using the 3-axis of
rotation then tighten screws with supplied allen key.
(as shown in the picture below) (Please don't over tighten screws)

This device only supports 2.4GHz WiFi frequency, it does not support
5GHz frequency or special characters such as !@#$%^&*(). Please set the
relevant parameters of the router before WiFi configuration. When your
router is configured successfully,allow your phone and device to be
within strong WiFi range to ensure a stable connection.
Interactive Home is available for both IOS and Android. Search “Interactive
Home” on the Apple / Google Play Store, or scan the QR-Code below.

Registration Process
Open the interactive Home APP, click "Register",
read the "Privacy Policy" and click "Agree" .

Input a valid Mobile number or Email address and click
"Get Authentication Code". Once received, input the Veri-
fication Code to finalize login.

Open the Interactive Home APP, click "+" or "Add Device".

Follow the instructions and make sure your passwords are input-
ed correctly.
If this device has previously been registered, reset the device by
holding down the reset button using pin. You will hear a chime
tone and the LED will change from blue to red.
3. Once you have created a home and named your desired rooms
you should be all set to connect your smart device.

Input WiFi password and click "Confirm" & scan the QR Code
with a device. (You can change the network connection
before pairing)
Select “Camera” then “Bullet Cam”. Power the device on and make
sure the indicator is flashing rapidly or a prompt tone is heard.

Click "I heard the beep" when the device chimes and the
configuration should complete within 30s. If no beep is
heard select “Nothing Happened” and follow the instruc-
tions.
Once the device is added, you are able to change the nick-
name and room assignment from this menu (These settings
can be changed in the Home Management settings).

FAQ

Q: Why doesn't my camera detect the SD card?
A: It is recommended to plug in the SD card before powering
on the device. Confirm whether the SD card format is FAT32. TF
card wont be identified when the internet environment is
weak.
Q: Why I can’t get push notifications?
A: Please confirm you have opened the Interactive Home APP
and allowed the push notification permissions. Otherwise
change this setting within your phone settings.
Q: How to change camera to a different WiFi network?
A: Firstly, hold down the reset button for 5 seconds till you
hear a chime tone. Then you connect your phone to the new
WiFi and set up camera again.
Q: The device cannot be previewed properly?
A: Check whether the network is normal, you can place the
camera closer to the router, and if not, it is recommended to
reset the device and add it again.
