1. Important notes
1. To keep this EE-ePW600 unit in good operating condition it needs to be
recharged each time after using it to jumpstart a vehicle or for charging other
electronic mobile devices.
2. If stored for long time periods this unit needs to be charged every 3 months.
3. To ensure safety, reliability and quality, do not dismantle the EE-ePW600. Any
attempt to disassemble this unit may cause danger to yourself or your
surroundings and will also void the product warranty.
4. Do not allow this product to come in contact with water or any other liquids.
5. Do not store this product where it is exposed to direct sunlight or near any air
conditioners, heaters or other heat sources of any type.
6. Do not use this product if you find that the battery is leaking, swelling or giving off
an odor.
2. Functions and Features
This Model EE-ePW600 offers many superb functions such as:
※High Level of Security and User Safety: Reverse polarity protection, power
output short circuit protection, overvoltage protection, over current protection,
over heating protection, and no sparks which ensures safety and inverse charge
protection. This is a SMART product with all features and conditions of operation
controlled by Artificial Intelligence to secure user’s safety.
※Minimum starting power status : Even with only three power indicators ON (75%
of full capacity) this unit is able to jumpstart vehicles.
※Lowest battery voltage/dead battery condition: Even if the voltage of the car
battery is as low as 0.06V (completely dead), the engine can still be started by
using this unit.
※Red clamp as a main switch: When the red clamp is removed from the positive
terminal of a car battery, then the unit is ready to safely be disconnected from

the car starting system.
※Low inner resistance, small size and large output current reaching maximum
starting current --- 300A . In the current market this is the only jump starter with
this power capacity of 60AH which can jumpstart vehicles with 12V gasoline
engines (up to 6 cylinders) over 35 times continuously.

6. Operational Guidance
6.1 Power indicator
1. Press the power switch and the power indicator shows as below:

2. To ensure the most optimum situation of the battery this unit should be charged
as soon as possible after using it to jumpstart vehicles or for charging other
electronic mobile devices. It should also be charged before it is used for the very
first time.
3. Press the power switch once and if all four LEDs light up then the reserve power
is at full capacity. Charge the unit as soon as possible if all the LED’s do not light
up.
6.2 Charge at home (AC100V~240V)
1. Insert the power plug of a 5V/2A USB wall charger into the outlet. Plug the USB
plug from the USB cable provided with this product into the USB output port of

the wall charger and the micro USB plug into the micro USB input charge port of
this unit to charge.
2. The LEDs will flash for the entire time it is charging. When it is fully charged then
the 4 LEDs will stay ON with constant illumination.
3. Charge time: approximate 5~6 hours based on 5V/1A if the battery energy is
consumed completely.
4. Remove the power plug from the outlet when it is fully charged.
6.3 Charge in a vehicle
1. Make sure the voltage of the car is 12V version. Do not charge this unit on 24V
vehicles.
2. Insert the power plug of a 5V/2A USB converter into the cigarette lighter socket.
Plug the USB plug of USB cable provided with this product into the USB output
port of the converter and the micro USB plug into the micro USB input charge
port of this unit to charge.
3. The LEDs will flash for the entire time it is charging. When it is fully charged then
the 4 LEDs will stay ON with constant illumination.
6.4 Charge from a desktop computer
Same as standard charge: Plug the USB plug of USB cable provided with the
product into the USB port of a desktop computer (computer must be ON) and
the micro USB plug into the micro USB input charge port of this unit to charge.
6.5 Jumpstart(12V gasoline car under 3,500 c.c.)
1. Even if there is only three power indicator ON (75% charged), this product can
jumpstart vehicles with 12V gasoline engines that are under 3,500 c.c. After
jumpstarting vehicles this unit must be charged immediately to maintain the
battery power status in a good condition.
2. Before jump starting a vehicle turn off all electric accessories such as: air
conditioner, car audio, lights and etc.

3. Insert the blue plug of the Jumpstart Cable into the socket of this unit and the red
light will become illuminated. Connect the red clamp of the Jumpstart Cable to
the positive (+) terminal of the car battery and the black clamp to the negative (-)
terminal and then turn the ignition switch to start the engine.
4. If the green light on this unit is illuminated this means that the cable clamp
connection to the battery in a vehicle is correct and then you can turn the ignition
switch to start your engine. If the red light is illuminated this means that the
connection is incorrect. The user should then just switch the connection of the
two clamps on the battery and then be sure that the green light illuminates or
flashes before attempting to start the engine.
5. After the vehicle engine is started, the unit flashes and cuts off the power circuit
to provide inverse charge protection.
6. After the unit is connected to the vehicle battery it begins to count. If the time
exceeds 40 seconds then the unit enters standby mode showing a slow flashing
red light. When this occurs just disconnect and then reconnect either clamp from
the vehicle battery. Then the green light will illuminate again and then users can
start the vehicle engine.
7. Remove the blue Jumpstart Cable plug from the Jumpstart socket of this unit and
then remove the Jumpstart Cable clamps from the car battery.

※Notes:
1. Before jump starting the engine of vehicles, make sure the blue plug of the Jump
Start Cable is securely inserted into the bottom of this unit. Otherwise a poor
connection will fail to jumpstart vehicles and may even cause the blue plug to
become burned.
2. If the vehicle jumpstart fails the first time then check (1) whether the connection
of the clamps to the vehicle battery is good or not (2) whether this unit’s power is
adequately charged or not (3) whether the vehicle has other starting issue.
3. If the environment temperature is lower than 10℃, and the vehicle engine did not
start the first time after the unit was connected to the vehicle battery it is
because this unit contains an auto-reset function. If this occurs turn the ignition
switch several times to warm up the unit’s battery. The vehicle engine can be
easily started when the unit’s battery reaches its normal working temperature to
output large current. (If a vehicle needs large current, the unit has to be warmed
up to maximize the current output to start the vehicle engine smoothly. This is a
feature of this unit.)
7. Output: USB DC 5V/2A
1. Charge 5V mobile phones and other electronic products from the USB 5V 2A
output port of this unit.
2. Connect the electronic device to be charged to this unit and then press the power
switch. When the power LEDs are lit up this means the product that is
connected is being charged.
8. LED Illumination (LED flash light)
Press the power switch twice to start the LED torch light and then press once to
change lighting modes. There are 3 lighting modes: Torch, Quick Strobe, and
Slow Strobe. Pushing the power switch the fourth time will turn the light OFF.
