1.Power on
Slide switch button to OFF, camera vibrates, recording indicator turns red and video recording get started.
2.Power off
Slide switch button to ON, camera vibrates, recording indicator turns off, video recording files are saved and camera power off.
3.Reset
Reset button is for emergent situations, such as camera working abnormally or getting frozen.
Press reset button once and turn it back on.
Charging Indicator
Charging indicator turns blue when camera is being charged. Charging indicator turns off once charging is completed.
Video Recording indicator
Video Recording indicator turns red and flashes when camera is recording.
Voice Alarm
In two situations the camera will alarm
1. When camera battery is running out, camera will prompt voice alarm: LOW BATTERY, LOW BATTERY...
2. When there is only 200MB storage remain, camera will prompt voice alarm: CARD FULL,CARD FULL...
Charging
Put camera into the charging dock to charge. Charging takes around 4 hours.
DC charging 110-220V. User can use either DC adapter or car charger to charge the camera.

(1) The first three lines of information can not be changed.
(2) Resolution:
Set options: 1296P30, 1080P30, 720P60, 720P30, 480P30,
other resolutions will not work.
(3) Looping recording
Set options: On or Off
(4) Split time:
Set options: 5Mins, 15Mins, 30Mins
(5) Recording warning:
Set options: On or Off
(6) Volume:
Set options: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
(7)GPS:
Set options: On or Off
(8) Time zone:
Set options: -12, -11, -10, -9, -8, -7, -6, -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0,
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
(9) Device ID:
Can be set as number or letter (5 characters in total)
(10) Officer ID:
Can be set as number or letter (6 characters in total)
(11) Time:
Please set as XXXX year XX month XX day XX hour XX minute, total 12 numbers, for example 201601120959
(12) Apply Setting:
After every parameter change, please set Apply settings from Off to On, otherwise the setting change can not be valid.
(PS: This setting is defaulted off ,the first letter of "On" should be capitalized "O", then saved, unplug out the USB cable, the camera will prompt voice
"update settings", meaning the settings has been updated successfully .)
Settings Changement Instruction
Pay attention:
1.When you change the setting, just change value on the right of “=”, do not change the text format by deleting or inserting any
lines.
2.The parameters settings can be changed in the file of "Apply Settings.cam".
3. Enter "ApplySettings.cam" file as followings:
Notes
1.Please recharge the camera before using, if the camera has not be used for a long period of time.
2.If the camera fails, please do not disassemble & fix the camera in unauthorized institution.
3.If the camera freezes or acts abnormally, please press RESET button, the camera will work normally again.
4.Please keep the bottom of camera dry when it is being charged.
GPS player Instruction
Conditions:
1.The video with GPS signal is recorded outdoor. Indoor video, the GPS can not work properly.
2.Specific GPS player.
3.The computer should be able to access internet, so that the GPS route can be shown up on the google maps.

GPS Player zip file is included in the GPS player folder of camera micro SD card, extract it and execute the player.

1.Open the GPS player, add file by clicking
2.Playback the video in the playlist, double click to play.
