Wir bieten zwei Versionen des Kids Tramps an:
Modell “Playground“
für den unbeaufsichtigten und frei zugänglichen Spiel-
platzbereich. Es bietet hohe Vandalismussicherheit durch
ein Sprungtuch aus sechsfach drahtverstärktem Gurtge-
webe (UV-Licht- und witterungsbeständig).
Fallschutzplatten mit abgerundeten Kanten an der Innenseite/
Bonded impact protection with rounded edges on the inside
Trampoline gehören mit zu den attraktivsten Freizeit-
geräten und üben höchste Anziehungskraft auf Kinder,
Jugendliche und Erwachsene aus. Da die meisten Typen
ofziell als Sportgerät eingestuft sind, muss ihre Nutzung
stets unter Aufsicht erfolgen.
Dies kann auf öffentlich zugänglichen Spielplätzen jedoch
nicht gewährleistet werden. Deswegen hat Eurotramp
mit dem Kids Tramp ein Bodentrampolin entwickelt, wel-
ches der Spielplatzgerätenorm DIN EN 1176 entspricht
und daher keiner Aufsicht bedarf. Es besteht aus einer
hochstabilen, feuerverzinkten Rahmenkonstruktion mit
einem an kindliche Bedürfnisse angepasstem Leistungs-
niveau.

für Kindergärten und sonstige Einrichtungen mit beauf-
sichtigtem Zugang, Sprungtuch aus PVC-beschichtetem
Gittergewebe (UV-Licht- und witterungsbeständig).
Alle eckigen Kids Tramps werden mit neuen Fallschutz-
platten ausgeliefert, die mit abgerundeten Kanten an der
Innenseite für eine erhöhte Sicherheit durch ießenden
und barrierefreien Übergang zwischen Fallschutz und
Sprungtuch sorgen.

Trampolines belong to the most demanded leisure time attractions for not only children but also for teenagers and adults. The
use of trampolines should always be supervised as most models are technically counted among sports equipment. The super-
vision is not guaranteed on public playgrounds.
This is why Eurotramp designed the Kids Tramp which meets the standard of the DIN EN 1176 and therefore doesn‘t need any
supervision at all. It‘s made of a strong hot - dip galvanized frame and meets the exact requirements of playing children.

Mostly for kindergartens and other facilities where a
supervision is guaranteed at any time. The jumping bed is
made of PVC coated mesh which is also UV resistant and
weather - proof.
All angular Kids Tramps will be delivered with new bonded impact protection with rounded edges on the inside, providing

Kids Tramp
Freie Fallhöhe
Die Fallschutzplatten decken die maximale freie Fallhöhe
von 100 cm ab.
2. Beschreibung Kids Tramp
Als weltweit führender Hersteller von Wettkampftrampo-
linen hat Eurotramp sein ganzes Know - how in die Produk-
tion der Freizeittrampoline eingebracht. Die langjährige
Erfahrung im Trampolinspitzensport führt zu höchster Qua-
lität, vorbildlichen Sicherheitsstandards und einem ebenso
hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs - Verhältnis.
Die Produktreihe Kids Tramp gehört zu den Bodentrampo-
linen und ist somit für den Einbau in eine Grube konstruiert
worden. Die Produktvariante „Playground“ bietet hohe Van-
dalismussicherheit und wird vor allem auf Spielplätzen im
öffentlichen Bereich eingesetzt. Sie hat ein sehr robustes
Sprungtuch und kann mit Schuhen benutzt werden. Die
Produktvariante „Kindergarden“ ist mit dem gelben Sprung-
tuch nicht vandalismussicher und ist nur in beaufsichtigten
Bereichen einzusetzen. Sie ist ohne Schuhe zu benutzen.
Das Spielplatz-Trampolin eignet sich vor allem auch für
verschiedene Gruppenanordnungen.
3. Sicherheitsregeln Trampolinspringen
Um die Freude und den Spaß am Trampolinspringen zu
erhalten, ist es sehr wichtig, dass Unfälle und Verletzun-
gen mit allen Mitteln vermieden werden. Hierfür müssen
folgende Regeln eingehalten werden:
•Nur alleine springen, das Hüpfen mehrerer Kinder gleich-
zeitig birgt ein erhebliches Unfallrisiko.
•Nicht die Kräfte auf dem Trampolin unterschätzen.
•Nicht über die eigenen konditionellen und motorischen
Fähigkeiten springen.
•Die Balance-Fähigkeit ist oft nicht mehr so geübt, so dass
sie zuerst wieder aufgebaut werden muss.
•Keine Risikosprünge, da unkontrollierte Landungen auf
den Kopf oder das Genick zu lebensbedrohenden
Verletzungen führen können.

Sicherheitsbereich und -abstände
Oben: Über dem Trampolin sollte mindestens ein
etwa 3,00 m freier Raum sein (keine Äste, Strom-
leitungen usw.).
Seitlich: Um das Trampolin herum muss allseitig noch ein
Sicherheitsbereich von mindestens 1,50 m berücksichtigt
werden (siehe Einbauzeichnungen ab Seite 12).
Als Bodenmaterial im Sicherheitsbereich empehlt
Eurotramp die Verwendung von Oberboden (Naturboden),
Holzschnitzel oder alternativ Fallschutzsysteme mit einer
freien Fallhöhe von mindestens 100 cm.

4. Montagehinweise
Der Kids Tramp-Rahmen wird fertig montiert angeliefert
(standardmäßig noch ohne Fallschutzplatten). Das Gerät
wiegt ohne Fallschutz ca. 113 kg bzw. 168 kg beim großen
Kids Tramp. Benötigt werden ausreichend Helfer, um das
Trampolin vom LKW abzuladen und an den Aufstellort zu
bringen.
Das Trampolin ist auf einer Holzpalette auf-
gestellt, die mit Hilfe eines Hubwagens
bewegt werden kann. Hubwagen sind
im Regelfall bei Anlieferung auf dem LKW
vorhanden. Für den Einbau sind zwei Einbau-
vorschläge vorhanden (einfache Variante
sowie eine Variante mit einem Fundament, ab Seite 12).
Der Einbau richtet sich nach den örtlichen Boden- und Auf-

5. Max. Gewicht
Das Trampolin darf nur von einer Person gleich-
zeitig benutzt werden. Gewichtsbeschränkungen
für den einzelnen Springer gibt es nicht.
6. Einbauzeit
Das Trampolin wird fertig montiert ausgeliefert,
lediglich die Fallschutzplatten müssen noch
aufgeklebt werden. Für das Einbringen in die
Grube sind ca. 30 Min. zu veranschlagen. Das
Aufkleben der Fallschutzplatten benötigt ca. 45 Min..
7. Benötigte Spezialwerkzeuge
Zur Montage des Kids Tramps werden keine
besonderen Werkzeuge benötigt. Für das leichtere
Auswechseln von Federn wird ein Federeinspan-
ner empfohlen, der jedem Kids Tramp beigefügt ist. Für
das Ausheben der Grube benötigen Sie eine Schaufel oder
einen Bagger.
8. Fundamentplan
Vorgaben sind aus den Einbauvorschlägen, wie in Punkt 4
angeführt, zu entnehmen.
9. Pege und Pegemittel
Das Kids Tramp benötigt keine spezielle Pege.
Während den Wintermonaten ist evtl. ein
Abdecken des Sprungtuchs nötig. Große
anhaltende Schneelasten belasten die Sprungfedern
unnötig. Falls das Sprungtuch eingehängt bleibt, muss der
Schnee regelmäßig vorsichtig davon entfernt werden. Um
die Grube zu reinigen, muss das Sprungtuch auf jeden Fall
entfernt werden.
10. Wartung /Unterhalt
Werden beim Sprungtuch, Fallschutz oder den Federn
Mängel festgestellt, welche ein gefahrloses Springen
verhindern, müssen die Kids Tramps gesperrt oder die
Mängel unverzüglich beseitigt werden. Bei Zweifel, ob das
Gerät funktionstüchtig ist, ist dieses von einer fachkun-
digen Person (z. B. Spielplatzbetreiber, Gerätewart oder
Wartungsrma) zu begutachten. Beim Kids Tramp kann die
Grube gereinigt werden, indem das Sprungtuch zumindest
teilweise von den Federn ausgehängt wird.

10.1 Wartungs- bzw. Reparaturmaßnahmen
•Fehlende Teile sind zu ersetzen
•Beschädigte Sprungtücher sind auszutauschen
•Überdehnte, beschädigte und lahme Federn sind zu
wechseln. Diese sind daran zu erkennen, dass der Feder-
körper z.B. ungleichmäßige Windungsabstände aufweist
oder dass Dehnungen im Federkörper im entspannten
Zustand nicht mehr in den Ausgangszustand zurückgehen
•Dazu sind die Federn einer Trampolintuchseite mit Hilfe
des Federwerkzeugs am Tuch auszuhängen.
Die Feder kann dann am Rahmen aus dem angeschweiß-
ten Einhängehaken herausgenommen werden.
Wichtig ist, dass Federn immer mit der Öse nach unten
eingehängt werden. Die Feder dabei zuerst am Rahmen
und dann am Tuch einhängen. Hilfsmittel ist hierfür ein
Einspannhaken. Es erleichtert das Einhängen, wenn der
Einhängehaken am Tuch etwas hochgestellt wird.

1. Location decision
Possible locations for Kids Tramps:

Safety room and distances
Above: Over the trampoline there should be a free space of
approx. 3 metres (no trees, power lines, etc.)
Surrounds: around the trampoline you must consider a
safety area of at least 1.5 metres at all sides (see installation
drawings from page 12).
As a soil material in the safety area Eurotramp recommends
the use of topsoil (natural soil), wood chips or alternatively
bonded impact protection with a maximum height of fall of
at least 100 cm.

2. Description playground trampoline
Eurotramp is the worldwide leading manufacturer of
competition trampolines. However our knowledge and
experience is extremely useful for the production of leisure
time trampolines. Highest quality, best safety standards
and an excellent price performance ratio are key features
Eurotramp trampolines.
The product range Kids Tramp belongs to the ground
trampolines, i.e. it was constructed to be put into a pit. The
“Playground“ version is quite resistant to vandalism and is
mainly used on public playgrounds. The jumping bed is very
robust and can be used with shoes.
The “Kindergarden“ version with the yellow jumping bed is
not resistant to vandalism, that‘s why it should be used in
supervised areas only. Children should put off their shoes
before they use it.
3. Safety rules
To enjoy jumping on a trampoline it is extremely important
to avoid accidents and injuries. Therefore the following rules
must be observed:
•Jump alone as several jumpers at one time poses
a big risk
•Consider your skills as far as condition and motor
function are concerned
•Check out your balance skills before you begin to jump
•Uncontrolled jumping can cause performers to land
on the head or neck leading to serious injuries

4. Installation details
The Kids Tramp is already completely mounted when
it is delivered, all that is needed is to glue the bonded
impact protection on the frame. The weight of a Kids Tramp
without impact protection is 113 kg. There should be
sufcient people who help to get the trampoline down of
the truck and carry it to the nal location.
The trampoline is delivered on a wooden
pallet which can be easily moved with
a fork lift. Normally the freight forwarders
also have a fork lift when they deliver the
trampoline. There are two assembly instructions available
(with and without concrete bedding, see from page 12).
The choice of the right assembly instruction depends on the
local ground conditions. A step-by-step installation video

5. Maximum load capacity
The trampoline should be used by one person
only. There are no restrictions as far as load
capacity is concerned.
6. Time needed to install the trampoline
The trampoline is already completely
mounted. To put it into the pit takes
approximately 30 minutes. To glue the
bonded impact protection on the frame will
take approximately 45 minutes.
7. Tools needed to install the trampoline
No special tools are required to install the trampoli-
ne. If you need to change springs use the mounting
tool which is supplied with every trampoline. For
the excavation of the pit you need a shovel or an excavator.
8. How to prepare the pit?
Useful information for the pit is given on the assembly
instructions.
9. Care instructions
The Kids Tramp doesn’t require any special
care. During winter we recommend to cover
the jumping bed with wooden shelves.
Please make sure that snow does not remain
too long on the jumping bed. If you want to clean the pit,
just remove the jumping bed by removing the steel springs.
10. Maintenance and repairs
If you notice any defects of the jumping bed, the rubber
sheets or the steel springs which make it difcult to jump
in a safe way, block the Kids Tramps and repair the defects
immediately.
If you have any doubts about whether the trampoline is fully
functional, just ask competent people (e.g. the institution
that operates the playground).
If you want to clean the pit, just remove the jumping bed by
unhinging the steel springs.

10.1 Maintenance and repairs measures
• Substitute missing parts
• Exchange broken jumping beds
• Exchange any springs which are overstretched or broken.
To nd out whether a spring is overstretched just have a
look at the spring body and see whether it is equally
twined. The spring is also broken when you stretch it and
afterwards it does not recover its original form.
• To unhinge the steel springs, please use the mounting
tool which is delivered together with the trampoline.
Unhinge the springs rst at the jumping bed side and
then you can put them off at the trampoline frame side.
To hinge the springs again it is important that the spring
ears point downwards. Fix the single spring at the frame
side rst and then at the jumping bed side. For doing so
use the mounting tool. It is easier to hinge the steel
springs at the jumping bed side if you put up the anchor
bars of the bed.

10.2 Maintenance and repairs cycles

Erforderliche Grubenmaße: 160 cm x 160 cm
Tiefe: 61 cm
Bei bindigen Böden sollte für die kurze Bauzeit eine senk-
rechte Grube möglich sein. Bei nicht bindigen Böden
oder losen Böden ist ein entsprechender Böschungswinkel
einzuhalten, damit die Kanten nicht nachrutschen.

Materialliste für den Einbau auf einer KFT -
Schicht (kombinierte Frostschutz und Tragschicht /
Schottergemisch):
•0,65 m3KFT- Material (kombinierte Frostschutz- und
Tragschicht)
•0,10 m3Splitt 2 – 5 mm
In der Grube wird eine 30 cm starke KFT-Schicht
(kombinierte Frostschutz und Tragschicht) eingebaut und
mit einer Vertiefung zur Mitte hin gut verdichtet (siehe
Zeichnung – mögliche Durchbiegung). Oberkante des KFT-
Materials im Auagerbereich 31 cm unter der Gelände-
oberäche.

Sind die Vorarbeiten erledigt, kann das Spielplatz-Trampolin
auf die gut verdichtete KFT-Schicht aufgelegt werden.
Die verbleibenden Zwischenräume zwischen dem
Spielplatz-Trampolin und dem bestehenden Gelände sind
mit Splitt 2 – 5 mm aufzufüllen.
In die oberen 5 – 10 cm sollte Humus eingebracht werden,
damit ein nahtloser Übergang zum bestehenden Gelände
entsteht.
Bei bindigen Böden (wasserundurchlässig) muß eine
Drainage eingebaut werden. Dazu wird die Grube 10 cm
tiefer ausgehoben und ein Drainagerohr eingelegt, welches
an einen geeigneten Abuß angeschlossen wird (z.B.
Kanalnetz). Die KFT -Schicht erhöht sich von 30 cm
auf 40 cm.

In der Grube werden auf einer Magerbetonschicht Beton-

oberäche.
Format Beton-L-Steine: 40/40/22 cm
Nach dem Einbauen der Betonauager wird der Bereich
zwischen den Beton-L-Steinen mit gewaschenem Kies
(16 /32 mm) 12 cm hoch aufgefüllt.

Sind die Vorarbeiten erledigt, kann das Spielplatz-Trampolin
auf die Beton- L - Steine aufgelegt werden. Die verbleiben-
den Zwischenräume zwischen dem Spielplatz - Trampolin
und dem bestehenden Gelände sind mit Splitt 2 – 5 mm
aufzufüllen.
In die oberen 5 – 10 cm sollte Humus eingebracht werden,
damit ein nahtloser Übergang zum bestehenden Gelände
entsteht.
Bei bindigen Böden (wasserundurchlässig) muß eine
Drainage eingebaut werden. Dazu wird die Grube 15 cm
tiefer ausgehoben und ein Drainagerohr eingelegt,
welches an einen geeigneten Abuss angeschlossen wird
(z.B. Kanalnetz).
Über die ganze Grundäche wird danach 15 cm KFT -
Material (kombinierte Frostschutz- und Tragschicht/ Schot-
tergemisch) eingerüttelt und darauf die Betonauager
betoniert.

Dig a square pit: dimensions: 160 x 160 cm; depth: 61 cm
If the ground is cohesive, it should be possible to dig a
vertical pit within a short period of time. If the ground is
not cohesive or loose, you must consider “shoring up” the
sides to prevent collapse.
Required material for assembly on a combined frost protec-
tion and base layer:
•0.65 m3combined frost protection and base

Construct a combined frost protection and base layer of
30 cm and compact it. The layer should be deeper in the
center (see the gure).
The upper edge of the combined frost protection and base
layer should be 31 cm below the ground’s surface.

After preparing the pit the trampoline can be put on the
compact combined frost protection and base layer. The
remaining gap between the Kids Tramp and the surrounding
area needs to be lled.
The upper 5– 10 cm should be lled with humus so that
there are no gaps between the trampoline and its surround-
ing ground.
If the ground does not drain naturally (water- impermeable),
suitable drainage must be installed. In this case the
pit should be 10 cm deeper to allow a drainage pipe
connected to a suitable outow (e.g. the local sewerage
system).
The combined frost protection and base layer increases
from 30 to 40 cm.

In the pit you have to put the 8 concrete L-shape
stones on the lean concrete, dimensions: 150 x 150 cm;
the upper edge of the concrete L-shape stones should be
31 cm below the surrounding area.
Size of the L-shape stones: 40/ 40/22 cm
After putting the concrete L- shape stones you have to
ll the area between the stones with the washed
grit (16 / 32mm); depth: 12 cm.
