efore you set up the equipment shed, please take
the time to carefully read through these assembly
instructions to avoid damaging the equipment shed
or setting it up incorrectly.
Once you have finished setting up the equipment
shed, please keep the instructions safe for future
reference.
Aluminum profiles
The individual article numbers are stamped into the
relevant aluminum profiles.
Please check the stamped numbers again before
assembling individual profiles.
Important assembly instructions
The equipment shed should be assembled on a
single day. The assembly work should not be
undertaken in windy conditions.
Important safety instructions for installation
앬We recommend that the installation work be
performed by 2 persons.
앬To prevent the risk of accidents, please keep
children at a safe distance during the installation
work.
앬Always wear protective gloves during installation
of the aluminum profiles. This will protect your
hands against the risk of being cut or trapped.
앬Once you have fully assembled the equipment
shed, retighten all of the nuts and bolts with an
open-ended spanner or a ring spanner.
Important instructions for use
The equipment shed must only be used for its proper
purpose; it is designed for the storage of all types of
gardening equipment.
The manufacturer cannot accept any damage
caused by using the equipment shed for purposes
other than its designed purpose.
Note:
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damage
due to storms, wind, water or snow loads. No
guarantee is offered in terms of compensation for
consequential damage or financial losses.
We reserve the right to make changes to the product
as part of our process of continuous technical
improvement. This may result in minor differences in
the descriptions and/or illustrations.
If there are signs of damage to any components,
then the affected components should be replaced
with genuine replacement parts.
A complete list of individual replacement parts can
be found at the end of the assembly instructions.

You will require the following tools for assembly and
installation:
앬Socket wrench (size SW 7 and SW 10)
앬Long straight screwdriver (size 2-3)
앬Phillips screwdriver (size 2-3)
앬Allen key (size 4)
앬Open-ended wrench or ring wrench (size SW 10
and SW 13)
앬Rubber mallet
앬Ø 2.0 mm drill bit, masonry bit
앬Drill or cordless screwdriver
앬Tape measure or folding rule
앬Spirit level
앬Safety stepladder
앬Scissors
Important:
All bags of components for installation and assembly
contain spare nuts and bolts.
The individual article numbers are stamped into the
relevant aluminum profiles.
Please check the stamped numbers again before
assembling individual profiles.
When assembling the equipment shed, make sure
that the profiles are all perfectly square.
Check the horizontal and vertical positions of the
profiles with a spirit level. Make sure that all profiles
are assembled in their defined end positions,
pushed together as far as they will go.
Information on use / base / base diagram
앬All bolts, screws and nuts should be checked
every three months and retightened if required.
앬After a storm or high winds please check all
bolts, screws and nuts and ensure that the PVC
panels or plastic web panels are correctly
seated.
앬In the event of a storm or heavy winds please
close the doors of your equipment shed.
앬Suitable storm anchorings (not included) should
be used to additionally secure the equipment
shed in areas particularly prone to storms.
앬At temperatures below freezing (0 °C), never
strike the PVC panels or plastic web panels with
hard objects.
앬Snow should be cleared from the roof of the
equipment shed on a regular basis to prevent
dangerous snow loads from building up. A 10 cm
layer of snow or a 2 cm layer of ice can already
be dangerous.
앬The roof of your equipment shed is not designed
to be walked on.
앬Never use any naked flames or similar in the

equipment shed. Only use approved heating
equipment.
앬Always make sure that you comply with the local
building regulations in your area.
Base / base diagram
Base
Important: The equipment shed does not have a
separate base profile.
You can erect your equipment shed on a previously
prepared brickwork or concrete base (see base
diagram).
Concrete / brickwork base
It is very important for correct assembly of the
equipment shed that the right angles in the base are
all perfectly square. The base must be dead level,
with perfectly square corners. Please use a spirit
level to check.
Important: The base should be deep enough to be
frostproof.
Important:
If you do not wish to place your equipment shed on a
brickwork or concrete base, ensure that you place
the equipment shed on a flat, firm surface. If
necessary, use a spirit level to check that it is level.

Note:
Ensure that there is sufficient space (s) between the
bore holes and the edge of the internal base.
Important:
The base must be at least 100 mm deep and 300
mm high.
The base must be dead level, with perfectly square
corners.

The aluminum profiles and PVC panels for your
equipment shed are shipped in several packages.
The carton “PVC panels - Front wall” also contains
two transparent web panels which can be fitted as
alternatives.

Notes on the assembly instructions:
In the assembly instructions, the 4-panel model (2
panels + 2 panels / DELUXE III) serves as a
reference model. The overview diagrams all show
this model. The other greenhouses are only different
to this model in terms of the number of side panels (2
or 3 panels). If you have purchased one of the other
models, please refer to the relevant assembly
instructions for your equipment shed.
Assembly instructions
Please follow the assembly steps presented in the
German instructions.
These additional instructions contain all important
installation instructions and all important additional
information in your language. The examples below
show how the individual assembly steps and
illustrations are laid out in the German instructions.
Overview
The text in the right column contains an overview of
each assembly step. The parts required for the
assembly step are illustrated and circles mark the
sections with detailed drawings. In part these
symbols are also used for assembly previews and
overviews for checking the assembly work.
Parts list
At the beginning of each assembly step there is a list
of the parts used in this step. The list is divided into
six columns:
Article number, item, part drawing, description, size
or length, quantity required.
Use the printed article number, the part drawing and
the size/length to identify the required parts.
Assembly note
From assembly step 11 on, some steps must be
carried out several times.
Profile views
For ease of understanding the assembly the detail
drawings often include additional profile views.
Tools
The tools required for the assembly step are
illustrated here.
Repetitions of the assembly step
This field in the detail drawings shows the number of
repetitions, if required for the assembly.
Important note:
The following pages contain the assembly
instructions in your language. The page number of
the German instructions and the assembly step are
specified so it is easier for you to find your way
through the German instructions.

For ease of handling, the front and rear walls should

angle brackets or gusset plates are fitted to the floor
profiles.

1/a: Slide the guide rails of the two floor profiles each
into one connecting part up to the corresponding
cutouts (see Figure).

Observe the correct positions for the bolts.

5/a: Make sure that the crossmember is installed
symmetrically.

7. Assembly of the door struts
7/a: Install three bolts at one end of each of the two
door hinges, with one bolt around 60 cm, one bolt
around 30 cm and the other around 5 cm from the
edge. At the other end attach one bolt around 30 cm
and another around 5 cm from the edge.

7/c + 7/d: Slide the three pre-assembled hinge
blades into the guide rails of the two door hinges
(see Figure 7c). Make sure that you screw down the
hinge blades as shown in Figure 7d, so that the door
can be subsequently inserted with the matching
counterparts.

7/e: Make sure that the hinges face towards the
middle. Working from the outside, position the door
hinge between the floor profile and the crossmember
and secure it at the top using the pre-assembled
hexagon bolt.

8. Assembly of the wind bracing and struts
Note: Make sure that the struts are installed
horizontally. If necessary, use a spirit level to check.

8/d: Install the two bottom struts so that the angled
wind bracing fits in front of the one strut and behind
the other.
Note: Make sure that the struts are installed
horizontally. If necessary, use a spirit level to check.
Carefully tighten the bolts on the wind bracing and

the struts.
This provides the necessary stability for the front
wall.

Installation of the rear wall assembly
Repeat steps 1 to 6.
Important: In step 1 “Pre-assembly of the floor
profile”, use the floor gusset plate, art. no.
84.620.21 in place of the mounting bracket, short,
art. no. 84.631.51.
Working from the outside, attach the gusset plate to
the floor profile at the two upper holes using two
hexagon bolts and nuts. After step 6 in the assembly
go straight to step 9.

15/a: Slide the rain guttering profile as far as it will go
onto the front or rear wall. It may be necessary to
realign the corner and gable profiles to allow the rain
guttering to be inserted with a perfect fit.
To do this you will need to loosen the bolts on the
assembly panel.

rear walls
16/a: Slide the ridge as far as it will go onto the front
or rear wall. It may be necessary to realign the gable
profiles to allow the rain guttering to be inserted with
a perfect fit. To do this you will need to loosen the
bolts on the assembly panel.

17/a: On the side struts, install one bolt approx. 5 cm
from both the top and bottom edge. Please check the
exact quantity required for your equipment shed
model.
17/b: For the 4-panel house, fit four bolts to two side
struts - one bolt approximately 5 cm from the edge at
the top and the bottom of each strut.
In addition, two bolts are installed at the top,
approximately 10 cm from the edge.

Installation of the base assembly
Important note:
Before continuing with the installation of the PVC
panels, you will need to position your equipment
shed in its final position and attach it to its base
(concrete or brickwork base). Later on it will no
longer be possible to move the equipment shed.
Anchoring on a concrete / brickwork base.
The following additional installation materials are
required for anchoring the greenhouse on a concrete
or brickwork base (not included in the delivery
package):
앬Anchor fittings / dowels
앬Hexagon-head wood screws
앬Washers
You will require 1 each of these items for every floor
corner connector and 2 each for every floor gusset
plate and the mounting bracket.
Important: Use anchor fittings / dowels which are
suitable for a concrete / brickwork base.
Holes need to be pre-drilled in the base for the
anchor fittings / dowels.
To mark the holes, position the greenhouse on the
base and mark the positions of the holes for the
mounting brackets.
Note:
Ensure that there is sufficient space (s) between the
bore holes and the edge of the internal base.

22: Installing the PVC panels and air inlets on the
front wall
Important note:
Install the PVC panels so that the recesses in the
panels face towards the external side of the
equipment shed.
Please check the exact length specifications for the
single and double clips and measure the lengths
before you install the clips.

22/a: Assembly preview (external view)
Fit an h-profile to the bottom of a PVC panel 600 x
692 mm (Item 9). Tap the h-profile gently with a
rubber mallet so that it engages correctly on the
panel. Ensure that the longer side of the h-profile
points towards the inside of the panel (see profile
view).
Attach a connecting profile (Item 5) to the top end of
the panel and place a further panel on it. A triangular
shaped PVC panel is fitted to the top (Item 10 / 11).
An angled connecting profile (cut off at an angle on
the edge) (Item 6) is placed between the two panels.
Refer to the profile views during assembly.

Now insert the pre-fitted panels into the front wall.
Make sure that the h-profile of the panels is inserted
into the notches on the floor profile as shown in the
middle figures. The panels are fastened as shown in
Step 22/d.
Important note: Make sure that the PVC panels are
positioned on the crossmember so that they make
contact in the way shown in the Figure bottom left.

Press the clips as shown in the profile views 22/e,
22/f and 22/g into the notches on the aluminum

secure. Fit the clip on the roof strut last.
Tip: Tap the clips gently with the supplied assembly
tool and a rubber mallet to secure them. A second
person should press against the aluminum profile
from the inside during the assembly process.

rear wall
Read the instructions listed in section 22.

Fit the two external panel elements as described
under section 22/a. Repeat this step for the middle
panel elements, but use one 600 x 312 mm (Item 10)
panel each instead of the triangular shaped panels
and secure these with a straight connecting profile
(Item 5).

roof with the h-profile facing downwards between the

Please note that an additional bolt is required for the

26/d: Fasten three hinge blades to the side door
profile (Item 4). Fit one hinge blade to the center of
the profile. The other two hinge blades must be fitted
approximately 10 cm from the right and left edges.
Make sure that the hinge blades are inserted in the
way shown in the profile diagram.

26/e: Internal view
Secure the door center profile to the door profile side
with pre-assembled hinge blades. Then fasten the
rabbet profile to the other end of the door center
profile. Make sure that the hole in the door center
profile points towards the rabbet profile - and that the
additional bolt is in the top guide rail.

Note: You can fit either a PVC panel or a transparent
plastic web panel at the top half of the door for better
illumination of your equipment shed. For this reason
both versions are supplied. The web panels may be

covered with protective foil on both sides.
The side with the printed foil is the outside of the web
panel (with UV coating). Only remove the protective
film from the plastic web panel you are currently
installing.

26/h + 26/i: Fit a PVC panel (Item 10) and an air inlet
(Item 7) to the bottom half of the door. To do so, first
fit the panel into the notch on the air inlet, then slide
both parts into the guide rails of the side door profiles
from below until the panel engages into the door
center profile. The ventilation grille of the air inlet
must face outwards.

into the top guide rail of the door center profile
approximately 13 cm from the left edge.
Secure with a washer and a hexagonal nut without
flange. Then slide another bolt with a nut into each of

de vent ou une tempête et la fixation correcte
des plaques en PVC ou des plaques nervurées.

portes de votre cabane à outils.
앬Dans les régions à risque de tempête,
consolidez la cabane à outils en employant un
ancrage de tempête adéquat (non compris dans

앬Libérez le toit de votre cabane à outils de la

Fondation / plan de fondation
Fondation
Attention : la cabane à outils ne possède aucun
profilé de fondation spécial.
Vous pouvez placer votre cabane à outils sur une
fondation de maçonnerie ou en béton réalisée
préalablement (voir le plan de fondation).
Fondation en béton / maçonnerie
La perpendicularité de la fondation est très
importante pour le montage de la cabane à outils. La
fondation doit être exactement en angle droit et à
lʼhorizontale. Vérifiez avec le niveau à bulle dʼair.
Attention : la fondation doit être à une profondeur
hors gel.
Attention :
Si vous ne voulez placer votre cabane à outils sur
aucune fondation de maçonnerie ou de béton, veillez
à la monter sur un support fixe et plan. Vérifiez la
planéité avec le niveau à bulle dʼair !

Montez le module de fondation
Remarque importante :
Avant de continuer le montage avec la fixation des
plaques en PVC, vous devez placer votre cabane
dans sa position finale et la fixer à sa fondation (en
béton ou de maçonnerie) ! La cabane ne pourra plus
être transportée plus tard.
Ancrage des fondations en béton / maçonnerie
Pour ancrer votre cabane sur des fondations en
béton / maçonnerie, vous aurez besoin du matériel
de montage suivant (non compris dans la livraison) :
앬chevilles
앬vis hexagonales pour bois
앬rondelles
Pour chaque position vous en aurez besoin dʼ1 pour
chaque raccord angulaire de sol et de 2 pour chaque
plaque dʼéclissage de sol ou lʼéquerre de fixation.
Attention : utilisez les chevilles convenant aux
fondations en béton / maçonnerie !
Il faut faire préalablement des trous dans la fondation
pour les chevilles.
Placez pour ce faire la cabine sur la fondation est
dessinez des repères au niveau des angles (de
fixation).
Remarque :
Veillez à ce quʼil y ait un écart (s) suffisant entre les
trous et lʼarête de fondation interne !

dʼair sur le panneau frontal
Remarque importante :
Montez les plaques de PVC de sorte que les
enfoncements des plaques se trouvent du côté
extérieur de la cabane.
Attention aux indications de longueur exacte des
clips simples et doubles, mesurer les longueurs
avant de monter les clips.

22/a : Aperçu de montage (vue extérieure)
Placez en bas un profilé en H au niveau dʼune
plaque en PVC 600x692mm (pos. 9). Tapez

légèrement sur le profilé en H avec le marteau en
caoutchouc, pour quʼil sʼenclenche correctement
dans la plaque. Veillez à ce que le côté long du
profilé en H pointe vers la face interne de la plaque
(cf. vue de profil).
Enfichez un profilé de raccordement (pos. 5) à
lʼextrémité supérieure de la plaque et posez une
autre plaque dessus. Montez en haut une plaque
PVC triangulaire (pos. 10 / 11) sur celle-ci. Un profilé
de raccordement (pos. 6) (découpé de manière
oblique au bord) plié est inséré entre ces deux
plaques. Respectez les vues de profil lors du
montage.

Insérez à présent les plaques prémontées dans le
panneau frontal. Veillez à enficher le profilé en H des
plaques, comme indiqué dans les illustrations du
milieu, dans les entailles du profilé de sol. Les

plaques en PVC au niveau de la traverse, de façon
quʼelle sʼappuie contre la traverse comme indiqué

pendant le montage de lʼintérieur vers le profilé en
aluminium.
