Dry bainmarie
The Electrolux Drop in range is the optimal answer to the needs of the modern distribution allowing an ideal
aesthetical optimization with the surrounding environment. This complete integration makes this range
extremely versatile, both for traditional in-line or free flow distribution systems. Electrolux offers many functions
enabling a very customized answer to the most specific requirements: hot units with wet or dry bain-marie and
tempered glasses; cold units, with refrigerated well, display and dole plate and lowerators for baskets, plates
and trays. Many options are available to better suit the customer’s needs (gantries, built-in and remote models).
The models detailed in this sheet are 2,3,4 GN 1/1 dry bainmaries with large presentation capacity and
optimized product temperatures.

FUNCTIONS
• Dry bainmarie well with heating
elements which allow a contact
temperature range between 140°
and 185°C at an ambient
temperature of 25°C with 50%
humidity level.
CONSTRUCTION
• 304 AISI stainless steel well
insulated with 40mm rockwool.
• Rounded edges for easy
cleaning.
• Heating elements under the well
with safety thermostat.
• All models comply with the
standards required by the main
international approval bodies and
are H marked.
• Developed and produced in a
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified
factory.
EASY TO USE
• Digital control panel with:
- On-Off switch.
- Digital thermostat.
- Temperature display.
- Adjustable temperature settings.
EASY TO INSTALL
• Fastom connection between
cable and digital thermostat.
• Cut-out dimensions for
installation: 800/1130/1450 x 630
x minimum 400 H mm.
• Cable between unit and control
panel 1.5 m long.
