Before the installation and use of the appli-
ance, carefully read the supplied instruc-
tions. The manufacturer is not responsible
if an incorrect installation and use causes
injuries and damages. Always keep the in-
structions with the appliance for future ref-
erence.

tDo not let persons, children included,
with reduced physical sensory, reduced

and knowledge use the appliance. They

INSTALLATION
WARNING!
Only a qualied person must install
this appliance.
tRemove all the packaging.
tDo not install or use a damaged appli-
ance.
tObey the installation instruction supplied
with the appliance.
tMake sure that the oor where you install
the appliance is not wet or damp.
tDo not move the appliance unless you
are minimum in 2 persons. Be careful
because the applianc e is heavy. Always
wear safety gloves.
tWhen you move the appliance, lift up the
adjustable feet and attach tightly all the
movable parts in the appliance.
tDo not connect the appliance to the
power supply during the installation.
tWhen the installation is completed, wait
minimum 4 hours before you connect
the appliance to the power supply. This
is to let the oil to ow back in the com-
pressor.
tMake sure that there is access to the
mains plug after the installation.
tMake sure that there is sucient air cir-
culation all around the appliance.
tDo not install the appliance near to radia-
tors, cookers, ovens or hobs.
tOnly for appliances with water con-
nection: connect only to drinking water
supply.
tThe rear of the appliance must stand
against the wall.
tDo not install the appliance where there
is direct sunlight.
Electrical connection
WARNING!
Risk of re and electrical shock.
tThe appliance must be earthed.
tMake sure that the electrical information
on the rating plate agrees with the power
supply. If not, contact an electrician.
tAlways use a correctly installed shock-
proof socket.
tDo not use multi-plug adapters and ex-
tension cables.
tMake sure not to cause damage to the
electrical components (e.g. mains plug,
mains cable, compressor). Contact the
Service or an electrician to change the
electrical components.
tThe mains cable must stay below the
level of the mains plug.
tDo not pull the mains cable to discon-
nect the appliance. Always pull the
mains plug.
tDo not touch the mains cable or the
mains plug with wet hands.
USE
tDo not freeze again food that has been
thawed.
tObey the storage instructions on the
packaging of frozen food.
