ELEKTRA grants a 2-year warranty (from the date of purchase)
for ELEKTRA bathroom dryers.
Terms and Conditions of Warranty:
1. For the claim to be recognized, the following are required:
a) installation of the dryer in accordance with this installation manual;
b) proof of purchase of the bathroom dryer;
c) the correctly filled warranty card.
2. The warranty shall be null and void if any changes to the construction design
are made, any repairs are performed individually or the data plate is removed
or damaged.
3. The warranty shall not cover defects:
a) occurring as a result of fortuitous events such as: fire, flood, lightning, activity
of chemical agents, overvoltages in the power supply network;
b) mechanical defects of the dryer and accessories such as: connection cords,
plugs, etc.;
c) related to improper installation and use.
4. ELEKTRA undertakes, as part of warranty, to cover expenses associated solely
with replacement or repair of a faulty product resulting from manufacturing defects.
