• If the supply cord or appliance is damaged, stop using the appliance immediately and
seek advice from the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualied person.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or let it come into contact
with any hot surfaces.
• Do not carry the appliance by the power cord.
• Do not use any extension cord with this appliance.
• Do not pull the plug out by the cord as this may damage the plug and/or the cable.
• Please ensure that the appliance is used on a stable, level, and heat resistant surface.
• Do not leave the appliance unaended while it is operang.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children or pets.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been

• WARNING: Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• The use of accessory aachments is not recommended by the manufacturer, apart
from those supplied with this product.
• Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use.
• This appliance is for household use only.
• Do not use the appliance outdoors.
• Ensure the product is not too close to any heang appliances or other sources of heat.
• Never leave the appliance within reach of children that are under 8 years of age.
• Do not remove the mug from the base while liquid is dripping from the coee maker.
Allow appliance to cool before removing.
• The coee is very hot, do not drink immediately. Let it cool down for a while before
drinking.
• Do not place anything other than water in the water reservoir.
• Freshly brewed coee in the brew basket is very hot. Handle with care to avoid
scalding. If it overows or fails to drain into the mug during the brewing cycle,
do not touch the basket. Unplug the coee maker and let the appliance completely
cool down.
• Potenal injury may occur if this appliance is misused.
• The heang element will retain heat for up to 30 minutes aer switching o.

Cleaning And Care
• Remove the parts from the packaging.
• Wash the stainless steel inner mug, mug lid and lter basket in warm, soapy water.
• Rinse them with water thoroughly
• Your appliance is now ready for normal use.
1. Open the top cover.
2. Fill the reservoir with water up to the Max (500ml) ll line. Do not exceed the
maximum quanty.
3. Fill the permanent lter with ground coee (approximately 25g).
The amount of coee ground may vary depending on the neness.
4. Close the top cover.
5. Plug the One Cup Coee Maker in at the wall and turn on.
6. Press to power switch to begin brewing. The coee will pass through the lter into the
travel mug.
7. When brewing is completed, the coee maker will automacally turn o.
If you wish to stop brewing mid cycle, unplug the coee maker.
Note: The One Cup Coee Maker can also be used to heat up water. Before making hot
water, ensure you thoroughly clean the permanent lter basket.
It is recommended to clean your coee
maker every month. The frequency of
cleaning depends on the hardness of water.

1. Unplug the coee maker.
2. Wash the ask in warm soapy water.

Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause
The appliance does not work and
the power switch will not illuminate
Plug in and switch on the appliance.
Ensure the water reservoir is lled with water.
Make sure that the voltage indicated on the appliance
corresponds to the local mains voltage.
Water leaks out of the appliance Do not ll the water reservoir beyond the Max level.

Make sure the appliance is not blocked by scale.

The lter overows when I remove
the mug from the appliance whilst
coee is brewing
Do not remove the mug from the plaorm whilst coee is
brewing, and replace the mug straight away if the lter is
overowing.
Coee grounds end up in the mug Make sure the lter sits properly in the lter basket, and
ensure the water reservoir is lled before pung the
ground coee in the lter.
Ensure you do not overll the lter.
The coee is too weak Use the correct proporon of coee to water.
Make sure there is no water in the mug before starng to
brew coee.
The amount of coee is less than
expected
Some of the water will be absorbed by the ground coee.
Put more water in the reservoir but ensure you do not
exceed the Max level.

WIRING SAFETY FOR UK USE ONLY
IMPORTANT
As the colours in the mains
lead of this appliance
may not correspond with
the coloured markings
idenfying the terminals in
your plug, please proceed
as follows:
The wires in the mains lead
are coloured in accordance
with the following code:
Blue neutral [N] Brown live [L]
Green/Yellow [EARTH]
Plug Fing Details (Where Applicable).
The wire coloured blue is the neutral and must be
connected to the terminal marked [N] or coloured
black.
The wire coloured brown is the live wire and
must be connected to the terminal marked [L] or
coloured red.
The wire coloured green/yellow must be connected
to the terminal marked with the leer [E] or marked
.
On no account must either the brown or the blue
wire be connected to the [EARTH] terminal .
Always ensure that the cord grip is fastened
correctly.
The plug must be ed with a fuse of the same
rang already ed and conforming to BS 1362 and
be ASTA approved.
If in doubt consult a qualied electrician who will be
pleased to do this for you.
Non-Rewireable Mains Plug
If your appliance is supplied with a non-rewireable
plug ed to the mains lead and should the fuse
need replacing, you must use an ASTA approved
one (conforming to BS 1362 of the same rang).
If in doubt, consult a qualied electrician who will
be pleased to do this for you.
If you need to remove the plug - disconnect it from
the mains - and then cut it o the mains lead and
immediately dispose of its safely. Never aempt
to reuse the plug or insert it into a socket outlet as
there is a danger of an electric shock.
