USING YOUR APPLIANCE
1. Place the boiling ring on a at, dry surface
and plug in at the mains supply.
2. To switch the boiling ring on, turn
the temperature dial to the desired
temperature.
3. The indicator light will come on when you
switch the boiling ring on. Once the boiling
ring has reached the selected temperature
the indicator light will switch o. When
the temperature drops, the indicator light
will cycle on again to keep the required
temperature.
4. To turn the boiling ring o, turn the
temperature dial to the ‘OFF’ position.
5. When not in use, ensure the temperature
dial is in the ‘OFF’ position and the plug is
removed from the mains supply.
Temperature Settings
Min: For simmering delicate foods,
thickening sauces and slow cooking.
Med: For simmering large quantities and
shallow frying.
Max: Rapid heating and boiling.
Cookware
• For the most ecient use of the boiling
ring, the cookware used should be with
a solid base and be as even as possible,
and with a diameter of about 18mm to
20mm, and a maximum quantity of 12
litres.
• Cookware with a base diameter smaller
than the diameter of the boiling ring
should not be used.
• Cookware with convex, concave or
uneven bottoms should not be used.
CLEANING AND CARE
It is important that you follow the cleaning
instructions soon after use to prevent build up
of food on the appliance.
• Disconnect the mains plug of the boiling
ring from the mains supply when not in
use.
• Do not immerse the boiling ring in any
liquid.
• Clean the dirty surface with a soft, damp
cloth and mild detergent.
• Cooking spills on the boiling ring can be
removed with a household cleaner.
• Commercially available boiling ring
cleaners are recommended to preserve
the natural nish of your appliance.
• Store the boiling ring after it has cooled
down.
STORAGE
• When not in use, store the boiling ring in a
safe, dry place, out of reach of children.

MOTOR UNITS OR PLUGS.
