La sedia è dotata dei meccanismi
necessari per un uso corretto e
confortevole, anche per periodi
prolungati sempreche siano soddi-
sfatte le condizioni sottoriportate: la
posizione di seduta standard richiede
il mantenimento di angoli di 90° fra
tronco e coscia, fra coscia e gamba e
fra gamba e piede. Questi ultimi due
angoli sono essenziali affinchè il pie-
de, appoggiando completamente sulla
superficie sottostante, scarichi su di
essa parte del peso dell’arto inferio-
re, evitando una eccessiva compres-
sione sulla superficie posteriore della
coscia e non sia ostacolato il ritorno
verso il cuore del sangue venoso cir-
colante nelle vene della gamba.

Passare un panno morbido ben lavato
e appena strizzato, poi asciugare con un
altro panno morbido, asciutto e pulito.

A seconda del tipo di pavimento sono
disponibili diversi tipi di ruote:
Tipo H: dure in nylon per pavimenti
morbidi (es. linoleum, moquettes).
Tipo W: morbide gommate per pavi-
menti duri (es. marmo, ceramica).
Nel caso non siano necessarie le
ruote sono disponibili dei piedini. Se
non richiesto espressamente, di serie
sono fornite ruote dure.

Alla fine della sua utilizzazione non
disper-dere il manufatto nell’ambien-
te, ma effet-tuare lo smaltimento a
seconda del tipo di materiale. Tessuto
e imbottitura in Cl 1IM soltanto su
richiesta, si raccomanda di non usare
fiamme libere o sigarette accese nel-
le vicinanze dei rivestimenti. La ditta
si riserva di apportare modifiche al

1 Altezza sedile
Per alzarlo si deve ruotare la leva
destra sotto il sedile in senso
antiorario ed allegerire il Vs. peso
sul sedile per alzarlo. Rimanere
seduti sul sedile per abbassare il
sedile e ruotare la stessa leva.
2 Resistenza schienale
Ruotare il pomello sotto al sedile
in centro, per aumentare o allegerire
la tensione del basculamento dello
schienale, la quale cambia a seconda
del peso del Vs. corpo.

Solo personale addestrato può so-
stituire o riparare il pistone a gas.
Emmegi S.p.A. non risponde per un
uso improprio della sedia. Si racco-
manda di:
- non salire mai in piedi sulla sedia
- non avvicinare la sedia a gradini, da-
vanzali, finestre in presenza di bambini
i quali potrebbero salire e cadere.
norme di garanzia
Emmegi garantisce questo prodotto
per 5 anni, con le seguenti modalità:
a) durante i primi sei mesi tutte le
riparazioni di eventuali difetti di fabbri-
cazione saranno eseguite gratuitamen-
te a mezzo nostri automezzi ed anche il
trasporto sarà interamente gratuito.
b) dal 7° al 30° mese tutte le ripara-
zioni saranno completamente gratuite
e verrà addebitato il solo trasporto
dal/al cliente.
c) dal 31° al 60° mese tutti i particolari
di ricambio saranno gratuiti e saranno
addebitati solo il trasporto dal/al
cliente e la mano d’opera. Sono esclusi
dalla garanzia i rivestimenti, le ruote
e/o i pattini. I movimenti a gas godono
di 18 mesi di garanzia. La garanzia è
operante con l’uscita del materiale dai
nostri stabilimenti. Emmegi si riserva
di non applicare la presente garanzia
in caso di non corretto uso della pol-
trona e di manomissioni della stessa
effettuate da terzi.
3 Regolazione inclinazione
schienale
Ruotare la leva di sinistra sotto al
sedile in senso antiorario, per
bloccare lo schienale nella posizione
desiderata. Ruotare la leva in senso
orario per sbloccare, caricare il
peso della schiena sullo schienale.

The chair is fitted with all the necessary
mechanisms for correct and comfor-
table use, even over long periods if
the following recommendations are
followed:
The standard seating position requi-
res 90° angles between body and
thighs, between thighs and legs and
between legs and feet. The latter two
angles are essential so that the feet
can rest on the floor below and bear
part of the weight exercised on the
lower limbs, avoiding excessive pres-
sure on the back of the thighs. Blood
flow back to the heart is not blocked
in the leg veins.

Looking after the leather
Wash with a wet and slightly wrung,
soft cloth then dry with another soft,
dry and clean cloth.
Looking after fabrics
Do not brush, clean regularly with a
vacuum cleaner
castors
Various types of castors are available,
depending on the type of floor:
Type H: Hard nylon castors for soft
floors (e.g. linoleum, fitted carpets)
Type W: Soft rubber castors for hard
floors (e.g. marble, tiles).
Glides are available if castors are not
required. Unless otherwise reque-
sted, hard nylon castors are standard
supplied.

can be recycled. When you have
finished with them, dispose of them
correctly according to the type of ma-
terial. Fabrics and padding in Cl 1IM
are only available on request.
Do not use naked flames or lit ciga-
rettes near upholstery.
The manufacturer reserves the right
to make any modifications to the pro-
duct without prior notice.

1 Seat height
The right hand lever under the seat
must be rotated in an anticlockwise
direction to heighten the seat and
lighten your weight on it. Remain
seated on the seat to lower it and
rotate the same lever.
2 Back rest resistance
Rotate the knob under the seat in
the middle, to increase or lighten
the tension balance of the backrest,
which changes depending on your
body weight.
3 Adjusting backrest tilt
Rotate the left-hand lever under the
seat in an anti-clockwise direction,
to block the backrest in the
required position. Rotate the lever
in a clockwise direction to release
it, and lean against the backrest.

Only authorised staff can replace
or repair the gas piston.
N.B. Emmegi S.p.A. cannot be held
responsible if the chair is not used
correctly. You must not:
- stand on the chair
- place the chair near steps, window-
sills, windows in the presence of chi-
ldren, who could climb onto the chair
and consequently fall.
guarantee conditions
EMMEGI guarantees this product for
5 years, according to the following
conditions:
a) During the first six months, any re-
pairs necessary due to manufacturing
faults are made free of charge and
any transport is entirely free of charge.
b) From the 7th to the 30th month,
repairs are all free of charge and the
customer is only charged for transport.
c) From the 31st to the 60th month,
spare parts are supplied free of char-
ge and the customer is only charged
for transport and labour costs.
The covers, wheels and glides are
not covered by the guarantee. The gas
mechanisms are covered by an 18th
month guarantee. The guarantee is ef-
fective from the moment the material
leaves our factory. EMMEGI will not
apply the guarantee if the chair is used
incorrectly or if it is mishandled in any
manner by third parties.
