Increase independence. Our Easy Flex Mount has an adjustable
Velcro strap which allows the user to access cups and bottles. It
also has a flexible tube that can be positioned in a wide variety
angles and an easy-to-use clamp that attaches to wheelchairs,
tabletops, strollers and high chairs. Cup holder sold separately.
Size: 20"L. Weight: lb.
Operation:
. Attach the clamp to your mounting surface by first turning the
clamp adjusting knob clockwise to loosen. Turn counter
clock wise to tighten, do not over tighten or you will damage
clamp. Once the Flex Arm is mounted you will want to adjust
position of the arm for the best placement. Gently bend the
arm to the desired position. To fine tune your placement of
the item being held.
2. To attach an item to the Flex Arm such as a water bottle,
open the Velcro strap and place your item. Secure the item
with the Velcro strap as shown in the photos below and on
back cover of this guide.
Please Note: The maximum weight the arm is designed to hold
is between to 2 lbs. Do not exceed this weight limit or damage
to the arm and your item can occur.
Troubleshooting:
Problem: The clamp does not stay secure to the surface.
Action: Make sure that you have it clamped to an even surface
so that the contact points have a flat surface to clamp to.
Problem: Flex arm droops and does not hold its position.
Action: To heavy of an object (maximum weight 2 lbs.) is being
attached to the arm and or the angle or bend in the arm is to
extreme. Try a different position or use a lighter object.
Care of Unit:
The Easy Flex Mount can be wiped clean with any household
multi-purpose cleaner and disinfectant. We recommend Simple
Green, which is a nontoxic biodegradable all-purpose cleaner.
o not submerge the unit, as it will damage the contents and
the electrical components.
o not use abrasive cleaners, as they will scratch the surface
of the unit.
