Garantía
Duración: El período de garantía es de 24 meses, para usuarios que
no realicen una actividad profesional o comercial con el producto, en
cualquier otro caso el periodo de garantía es de 12 meses.
Cobertura: La garantía obliga al fabricante ENERGEEKS IBERIA a
reparar o sustituir gratuitamente todos los componentes sujetos

a defectos de fabricación vericados. Será responsabilidad del
Servicio de Asistencia de ENERGEEKS IBERIA efectuar la reparación
o sustitución en el menor tiempo posible, compatiblemente con los
compromisos internos del servicio.
Quedan excluidos de la garantía:
• Los materiales de consumo.
• Losdañosa personas,otrosseresvivosy cosasprovocados por
un uso indebido, una instalación incorrecta, modicaciones
no aprobadas por el fabricante, impericia o inobservancia
de las normas contenidas en estas instrucciones de uso y
funcionamiento.
Vencimiento:
La garantía quedará extinguida en caso de que:
• Se cumpla el periodo de garantía de 24/12 meses contados a
partir de la fecha de venta.
• No se hayan observado las instrucciones contenidas en el
presente manual.
• Se haya constatado un uso impropio o indebido del producto.
• El equipo se haya utilizado fuera de los parámetros denidos
en las especicaciones del producto y en el pedido.
• Se haya manipulado o alterado las características del equipo
por personas no autorizadas.

Protección del Medio Ambiente
Conforme a las disposiciones de la Directiva Europea
2012/19/UE sobre residuos de aparatos eléctricos y
electrónicos (RAEE) y a su transposición a la legislación
nacional, este producto no debe desecharse con la
basura doméstica. Si llega el momento de reemplazar
el producto o alguno de sus accesorios o componentes,
asegúrese de desecharlos a través del sistema de
recogida establecido en su localidad para este tipo de
productos.
La separación de desechos de productos usados y
embalajes permite que los materiales puedan reciclarse

Antes de empezar...
La cámara solo es compatible con frecuencias de 2,4Ghz, (no
soporta 5Ghz), por lo que es necesario conectar el teléfono con el
que vaya a realizar la instalación a la red wi 2,4Ghz (únicamente
durante el proceso de instalación). Una vez instalada la cámara
puedes volver a utilizar la red 5Ghz.
Guía de instalación rápida
Instalación
• Conecta la cámara a la corriente y espera unos segundos,
la cámara realizará su test de inicio y conrmará con un bip
cada varios segundos.
• Conecta tu teléfono a la red 2,4Ghz y abre la aplicación
“Energeeks 3.0”
• Pulsa el signo + de la parte superior para añadir un nuevo
dispositivo y selecciona Cámara de vigilancia Wi.
• Conrma que efectivamente la cámara realizó el test de
inicio y ha conrmado realizando los ‘bip’ marcando la opción
‘Siguiente paso’ y pulsando en ‘Siguiente’.
• Conrma que la red wi a la que esta conectada tu teléfono es
de 2,4Ghz, es la que aparece en la app y además coincide con
la red a la que quieres conectar tu cámara.

• Introduce la contraseña de la red wi y pulsa en ‘Siguiente’.
• “Muestra a la cámara el código QR que aparece en pantalla.
Coloca el teléfono móvil a escasos cm del objetivo y aléjalo
lentamente hasta una distancia de unos 30 - 40 cm. Repite
el proceso alejando y acercando el código al objetivo de la
cámara.”
• Una vez la cámara lo reconozca conrmará con un pitido.
• En este momento pulsar en ‘Oído sonido conrmación’.
La instalación terminará automáticamente y se iniciará la
cámara.
• Si la cámara no lee el código QR, por favor reinicia la cámara
pulsando el botón de reset durante unos segundos hatsa
escuchar un ‘bip’ y repite el proceso.
Fallo en la conexión: Si tras leer el código QR, el proceso de
instalación falla, asegúrate de que la red wi es de 2,4Ghz, que la
contraseña es correcta. Reinicia la cámara y vuelve a intentarlo.
Algunos routers de bra óptica tienen una conguración inadecuada
para este sistema, si tras seguir estos pasos la cámara no conecta,
ponte en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención técnica, que te
asesorará para congurarlo correctamente, o con tu proveedor de
servicios de internet.

Warranty
Period:The warranty period is 24 months, for endusers who do not
use the product into a professional or commercial activity. If the
product is used into a professional activity or industrial process or for
commercial purpose the guarantee period will be 12 months.
Limited warranty: Warranty obligates to manufacturer ENERGEEKS

S.L. to repair or replace, free of charge, all components subjected
to veried manufacturing defects. It will be ENERGEEKS´ Technical
Service responsibility to repair/replace the components in a short
period of time, according to the internal commitments of service.
Warranty shall not include:
• Consumables.
• Cause damages to persons, other living entities and objects
was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product
manual instructions, or environment conditions more severe
than those specied in the manual and specication.
Warranty expiration:
• After warranty period of 24/12 months, from the date of
purchase.
• Instructions contained in this manual have not been observed.
• If an unsuitable or incorrect use of product has been
conrmed.
• Product has been modied or repaired by any unauthorized

Enviromental Protection
In accordance with the provisions of European
Directive 2012/19/UE (RAEE) and the national
legislations this directive transposes, this
product must not be disposed together with
household garbage. If the welding helmet is not
any longer in use it must be disposes of properly
in accordance with the established collection
system at your area for this kind of product.
Waste separation of used product and packaging
allows material recycling for re-use. This process
helps to avoid environmental pollution and
reduce the demand of raw materials.

Download and install our APP Energeeks 3.0, available in Google Play
and Apple Store
Once downloaded, the app will ask you to register as a user. Enter
your email and password and select the country where you live. A
conrmation code will be sent to the email that must be entered in
the app to complete the process. If you don’t receive the code, please
check the spam.

Before starting...
Download the application “Energeeks 3.0” on your mobile phone; it is
available on Google Play and APP Store. For the Wi connection, the
camera only supports the 2,4Ghzhz frequency, (it does not support
5Ghz), it is necessary to connect the installed phone to the 2,4Ghz
network (only during the installation process), once the camera is
installed you can reuse 5Ghz.
Quick Installation Guide
Installation
• Connect the camera to the power and wait a few seconds, the
camera will perform its startup test and conrm it with a beep
every several seconds.
• Connect your phone to the 2,4Ghz network and open the
application “Energeeks 3.0”
• Press the + sign at the top to add a new device and select
surveillance camera.
• Conrm that the camera did indeed perform the startup test
and has conrmed it by making the ‘beep’ by checking the
‘Next step’ option and clicking on ‘Next’.
• Conrm that the Wi-Fi network to which your phone is
connected is 2.4Ghz, it is the one that appears in the app and
also matches the network to which you want to connect your
camera.

• Enter the password for the Wi-Fi network and click on ‘Next’.
• “Show the camera the QR code that appears on the screen.
Place the mobile phone a few cm from the lens and slowly
move it away to a distance of about 30 - 40 cm. Repeat the
process zooming in and out of the code to the camera. “
• Once the camera recognizes it, it will conrm with a beep.
• At this time click on ‘Conrmation sound’. The installation will
nish automatically and the camera will start.
• If the camera does not read the QR code, please reset the
camera by pressing the reset button for a few seconds until
you hear a ‘beep’ and repeat the process.
Connection failure: If after reading the QR code, the installation
process fails, make sure that the Wi-Fi network is 2.4Ghz, that the
password is correct. Please restart the camera and try again.
Some ber optic routers have an inappropriate conguration for this
system, if after following these steps the camera does not connect,
contact our technical service, who will advise you to congure it
correctly, or your internet service provider.
