1) Holes must be punched strictly in accordance with dimensions of installing holes for virgin
installation. Installing holesmust be thoroughlycleared in after-installations;
2) Our companyprovides special toolsfor drilling andclean holes;
3) Test system shouldbe inspected beforeinstalled to confirmthat the measurementaccuracy of
transducer/transmitter, themethod described inthe second tableinstructions;
4) Disassembly and installation should be conducted in hot state (material melting state).the
probe should be cleaned immediately when dismounting. Keep the probe clean. Be careful
with probe;
6) Transducerand transmitter shouldbe kept indry environment whennot used.
5) Conducthot-linecalibrationwithpressuregauge.Whentransducer/transmitterreachesfull
thermalequilibriumafter1.5hoursinstalled,thedetailspleaseseethecalibrationmethodof
secondinstrument.TheEYD28 intelligentpressuregaugeourcompanyproducedhasthe
automatichotstatecalibrationprocedures,pressSETbuttonandCALbuttonandthenloosen
CALbuttonuntilthepressuredisplayzeropressurein thermalequilibriumto automatically
calibratethetestsystem;
