2. Installation guidelines and piping specifications
2.1.Reserved distance of air outlet
2.2.Installation guidelines and notes
The unit shall be professionally installed.
In order to eliminate possible accidents caused by handling, the fan coil should be tested for
leakage(1.0mpa) before installation.
Before the installation, check whether the preliminary preparation work is ready, such as water
pipe, wire interface, etc.
When the unit is installed, the connection between the water pipe and the unit is suggested to be
sealed by flexible connection pipe and raw tape. When the pipe is connected, the force should not
be too strong. The torque should not exceed 205.6 N·m to avoid torsional crack and leakage.
The water filter should be installed on the water inlet pipe of the unit to prevent the dirt from
blocking the coil pipe; The exhaust valve shall be installed at the highest point of the waterway
system. Before commissioning and use, the exhaust valve shall be opened to discharge air from
the system tube.
The water pipe of the unit should be equipped with a valve to adjust the water flow and cut off the
water source during maintenance. Pipes should be pre-insulated so as not to affect the heating
effect.
This product is applicable to the standard power supply conditions in mainland China. Before
installation, confirm whether the grid voltage in the area is consistent with the voltage on the
nameplate of the unit, and whether the carrying capacity of the power supply, wires and sockets is
suitable for the input power requirements of the unit.
The user shall not change the power line without authorization. The wiring work must be done by a
qualified electrician, and the metal part of the unit must be well grounded. The ground wire of the
power supply connected must be reliable and effective, otherwise the risk of electric shock will
occur.

7
When the power supply is connected, it must be equipped with a full-pole disconnection device
matching with the unit and at least 3mm² contact distance from the power supply and a
leakage protection device. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its maintenance department or a similar professional in order to avoid danger.
In distribution box shall be ground protection, air source heat pump units must add grounding
(grounding), grounding is no less than Φ10 galvanized round steel, embedded depth of not less than
0.6 meters. The ground protection line (PE) shall be no less than 50% of the main line, that is, 1mm²
After the completion of all the wiring work, the power can be connected after careful inspection;
Do not install in the bathroom and other high temperature wet water occasions.
Do not use in places with lampblack (e.g. kitchen).
Please take a breath when using the appliance at the same time.
Do not use the insecticide sprays while units are running; (after the use of pesticides, the indoor air
should be fully circulated, otherwise the unit will accumulate chemical ingredients, which is harmful
to human health).
Do not insert hand or foreign matter into the outlet of the main engine of the hot water unit, which
will cause danger to personnel and equipment.
The water quality used by the unit must meet the national standard of domestic water for residents.
Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for any damage to the unit.
2.3.Special attention for the connection of drainage pipe and water pan in the attachment:
Secure the joint with a sleeve.
The whole section of the drainage pipe is wrapped with insulation pipe, and the pipe should be
made into a sloping shape (tilted outward from the interface of the water plate), and the middle
should not be twisted, raised, undulating and so on.
The outlet should be kept clear of water and not immersed in water.
3. Unit wiring diagram and wireless water pump connection instructions
3.1.Unit wiring diagram (the connection method between the unit and the power supply
and the interconnection method of each independent component shall be subject to
the circuit diagram posted on the unit)

3.2.Wireless water pump connection instructions
Wireless communication pairing (a pair of water pump plates should be matched with an inner
plate)
When the power is on, the LED3 of the power supply lamp is lit, and the pairing button (SW1) is

9
pressed continuously for 6 times within 10 seconds. The wireless status LED1 flashes at a frequency of
0.5hz to enter the wireless pairing state.
100ms cycle sends the automatically generated synchronization code and address code of the
internal unit (the configured number of internal units plus 1 is the sending address), no reply is received
within 30 seconds, the wireless status light is off, and the pairing fails.
After receiving the reply, the wireless module synchronization code is configured according to the
automatically generated value. After 100MS, the query instruction is sent to the internal unit of the
matching address in a loop. No reply is received within 30 seconds, and the wireless status light is off
and the pairing fails.
After receiving the reply, the pairing is successful, the number of the configured internal unit is
increased by 1, and the negative code is saved, and the wireless status light is lit up.
This cycle pairs multiple internal units, up to 32 internal units.
Reset pairing method:
When the power is on, the LED3 of the power supply lamp is lit up. Press the pairing button (SW1)
for 10 times continuously within 10 seconds to cancel the pairing;
Wireless communication query:
After power on, a pair is detected and the wireless status light is always on. Otherwise, the light
will go out and the module will be in the waiting state
;
When the internal unit requires the pump to be turned on, the pump shall be powered on and the
corresponding indicator LED2 shall be on, otherwise off
;
Internal unit wireless matching (one water pump plate should be matched with one internal unit
plate)
Power on, press the remote control switch button continuously for 6 times within 10 seconds, the
buzzer will sound, and wait for receiving the pairing information. If the pairing fails within 30 seconds,
the pairing failure will be reported, and the digital tube will display "09".
IV. Daily maintenance
1. Cleaning
External cleaning:Cleaning machine must be cut off the power, with a wet cloth dipped in a small
amount of neutral detergent gently wipe. Do not use gasoline or acid solution, alcohol, and dry with
a dry cloth.
Fin heat exchanger cleaning:The evaporator fins can be cleaned with a hard nylon brush. Vacuum
cleaners must be used before scrubbing. If there is compressed air, the fin heat exchanger can be
cleaned with high-pressure air tube.

10
2. Maintenance
The unit shall be maintained by full-time personnel who shall carry out daily monitoring and regular
maintenance of the unit. To designate a strict post responsibility system and operating procedures,
strengthen regular maintenance and repair.
Coil tube should be cleaned regularly once or twice a month. Remove dirt and scale from the
outside of the coil, so as not to affect the heat transfer effect and ventilation.
During the shutdown season of the unit, the coil tube should be filled with water in summer to
reduce corrosion. The water must be drained clean in winter to avoid cracking the copper pipes.
Do not use steam or hot water above 85℉. When the water temperature is above 85℉, the air
supply temperature will become very high and there is a risk of scald. The maximum operating
pressure shall be set below 1.6MPa.
Power must be turned off before maintenance to avoid danger caused by improper operation.
