AVVERTENZE DI SICUREZZA
1. Leggere attentamente le avvertenze contenute nel presente libretto e conservalo con cura per ogni
ulteriore consultazione.
2. Si consiglia l’applicazione monopaziente del dispositivo.
3. In presenza di rischi di infezione e contaminazione microbica se ne consiglia un uso personale
(consultare sempre il proprio medico).
4. Il dispositivo deve essere utilizzato solo con apparecchi compressori per aerosol terapia conformi
alle normative vigenti e che ne prevedano l’uso sul manuale di istruzioni.
5. Dispositivo non adatto per anestesia o ventilazione polmonare.
6. Il dispositivo deve essere utilizzato solo con gli accessori originali indicati sul presente manuale
istruzioni.
7. Le informazioni inerenti la connessione e l’uso abbinato ai dispositivi per aerosol terapia sono
riportate nelle istruzioni d’uso degli apparecchi stessi. Seguire sempre le istruzioni e le indicazioni di
sicurezza contenute nei manuali istruzioni dei dispositivi aerosol che ne prevedono l’uso.
8. Utilizzare sempre il dispositivo e i suoi accessori seguendo le raccomandazioni del proprio medico.
Utilizzare esclusivamente specialità medicinali prescritte dal proprio medico somministrandole
secondo le modalità indicate da quest’ultimo.
9. Non utilizzare il dispositivo al di fuori della destinazione d’uso per cui è previsto, ovvero doccia
nasale. Il fabbricante non è responsabile per un uso improprio.
10. Il dispositivo non è fornito in confezione sterile; eseguire sempre le operazioni di pulizia e
disinfezione prima e dopo ogni utilizzo.
11. Il dispositivo contiene componenti di ridotte dimensioni che possono essere rimossi e facilmente
ingeriti. L’utilizzo da parte di minori e disabili richiede quindi la presenza di un adulto con piene
facoltà mentali. Non lasciare incustodito il dispositivo in luoghi facilmente accessibili da minori e
disabili.
12. Conservare in luogo asciutto e pulito, al riparo da luce, fonti di calore ed agenti atmosferici. Smaltire
il dispositivo come da normative vigenti.
INDICAZIONI PER LA PREPARAZIONE E MESSA IN FUNZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO
Il dispositivo non è sterile, per cui prima di utilizzarlo procedere con le
operazioni di pulizia e disinfezione indicate al paragrafo specifico.
Per inserire la soluzione da nebulizzare svitare la parte superiore (A) e
versare il all’interno del corpo principale (D). La scala graduata sul
dispositivo ha uno scopo puramente indicativo. Attenersi alle dosi
consigliate dal medico.
ATTENZIONE: In caso di riempimento eccessivo, svuotare il corpo
inferiore e ripetere l’operazione.
Una volta inserita la soluzione, posizionare il pisper (C) ed avvitare la
parte superiore del dispositivo(A).
Connettere saldamente un estremo del tubo di alimentazione aria al
giunto di connessione (E) e l’altro capo al compressore per aerosol
terapia.
Durante il trattamento è consigliabile tenere chiusa con un dito la narice
dove non è applicata la doccia nasale. Azionare la doccia nasale
tenendo premuto il pulsante di erogazione (2) e rilasciarlo prima di
espirare, nel caso di bambini o persone non autosufficienti si consiglia di eseguire l’applicazione alternando
ogni 10-20 secondi le 2 narici. Tenere a portata di mano un fazzoletto per asciugare le narici qualora coli del
muco che non riesce ad essere raccolto nel serbatoio posto sulla parte superiore della doccia nasale.

ATTENZIONE: MANTENERE LA’AMPOLLA IN POSIZION VERTICALE DURANTE IL TRATTAMENTO.
NON INCLINARE IL DISPOSITIVO OLTRE I 45°.
ATTENZIONE: IL PRODOTTO CONTIENE PICCOLE PARTI CHE POSSONO ESSERE INGERITE O
INALATE: TENERE PRODOTTO E ACCESSORI FUORI DALLA PORTATA DEI BAMBINI.
INDICAZIONI PER LA PULIZIA DEL DISPOSITIVO
Al termine di ogni utilizzo procedere con la pulizia di tutti i componenti eliminando residui di medicinale ed
eventuali depositi di sporcizia. Trattare il nebulizzatore e le sue parti come sotto indicato, ad eccezione del
tubo alimentazione aria. In caso di applicazione su altro paziente o in caso di sporcizia sostituire il tubo.
Pulire i componenti (ad eccezione del tubo) sotto acqua calda (max 60°C) di rubinetto per circa 5 minuti
aggiungendo eventualmente una quantità minima di detergente (seguire le indicazioni di dosaggio e
limitazione d’uso fornite dal produttore del detergente).
Sciacquare abbondantemente, rimuovere l’eccesso d’acqua e lasciare asciugare in aria in un luogo pulito. È
possibile disinfettare nebulizzatore ed accessori (ad eccezione del tubo) con disinfettanti chimici, facilmente
reperibili in farmacia e adatti all’uso su materiali plastici (Amuchina ®, Milton ®, ecc). Seguire le istruzioni
indicazioni di dosaggio e limitazione d’uso fornite dal produttore del disinfettante. Al termine della
sterilizzazione lasciare sempre raffreddare il dispositivo e le sue parti a temperatura ambiente prima dell’uso.
Non ripetere consecutivamente il ciclo di sterilizzazione sul dispositivo caldo.
VITA UTILE DEL DISPOSITIVO
Si consiglia di sostituire la doccia nasale A004 dopo 100-120 cicli di terapia, o dopo circa 20 cicli di
sterilizzazione.
UTILIZZO CON DISPOSITIVI DI ALTRI PRODUTTORI
La doccia nasale A004 può essere utilizzata con qualsiasi compressore per aerosol terapia marcato ,
a patto che rispetti i seguenti parametri relativi all’aria in uscita:
Flusso massimo: 10÷20 l/min Pressione massima: 1.5÷3 bar
e può essere collegata al compressore utilizzando il tubo di connessione di cui il compressore stesso è
provvisto, e inserendolo sul raccordo di ingresso aria (Fig. E).

SAFETY WARNINGS
1. Carefully read the instructions before use. Keep this instruction manual for future references.
2. The device should be treated as mono-patient.
3. If there is are risk of infection or microbial contamination, the device should be used by one person
only (always consult your doctor).
4. The device must only be used with aerosol therapy compressor devices compliant with the latest
regulations, having the use of nasal devices of this type envisaged in their instruction manuals.
5. The device is not suitable for anesthesia or pulmonary ventilation.
6. The device must only be sued with the original accessories described in this instruction manual.
7. The information relating to the connection to and use in combination with aerosol treatment devices
is provided in the instructions for use of the devices concerned. Always comply with the instructions
and safety guidelines provided in the instruction manuals of the aerosol devices which envisage use
with nasal devices of this type.
8. Always use the device and its accessories in accordance with your doctor’s instructions. Use only
medicinal specialties prescribed by your doctor and administer them in accordance with his or her
instructions.
9. Never use the device for any purpose except for its intended use as a nasal irrigation device. The
manufacturer is not responsible for improper use.
10. The device is not supplied in a sterile pack; always clean and disinfect it before and after each use.
11. The device contains small components which may be removed and easily swallowed. The device
must therefore only be used by juveniles and the differently able in presence of an adult in full
possession of their mental faculties. Never leave the device unattended in places easily accessible
by juveniles and the differently able.
12. Store in a clean dry place, protected from sunlight heat and weather. Dispose of the device in
accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE DEVICE AND PUTTING IT INTO OPERATION
The device is not sterile, so before use, perform the clearing and
disinfection procedures described in the specific section of this manual.
To fill with solution hold the bottom part of the device and unscrew the
superior part until it is disconnected (A). Insert the solution in the main
body (D). The graduated scale is only indicative, follow the quantity
requested by the doctor.
ATTENTION: if too much solution is poured in, empty the main body (D),
clean it and repeat the operation. Insert the pisper (C) and screw back
the upper part. Firmly connect the one end of the air supply tube to the
nasal washer in the dedicated joint (E) and the other to the aerosol
therapy compressor unit. Start the compressor to begin the treatment.
During the treatment, hold the other nostril, to which the spray device is
not applied, closed with a finger. Operate the nasal spray by pressing
the delivery button (F) and release it before exhaling. In the case the
children or patient with impaired faculties, apply to the two nostrils in
alternation, switching every 10-20 seconds.
Keep a hander kerchief ready to dry the nostrils if mucus overflows from the tank in the top of the nasal
wash.

WARNING : THE DEVICE CONTAINS SMALL PARTS THAT CAN BE INGESTED OR INHALED
KEEP PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CLEANING OF THE DEVICE:
At the end of each application, clean all the components to remove residues of drug and any dirt. Clean the
spray device and its parts as described below, except for the air hose. If the device is to be used on another
patient, or if it’s dirty, change the hose. Clean the components (except the air hose) in running hot tap water
(Max 60°C) for about 5 minutes, adding a very small amount of detergent if necessary (following instructions
by the detergent manufacturer). Rinse with plenty of water, remove the excess water and leave to dry in the
air in a clean place. The spray device and its accessories (except for the air hose) can be disinfected with
chemical disinfectants easily available from the pharmacies, suitable for use on plastics (Amuchina ®, Milton
®, ecc.). Follow the instructions and details by the disinfectant manufacturer. After sterilization, always allow
the device and its parts to cool to room temperature before use. Never repeat the sterilization cycle on the
hot device without allowing it to cool.
DEVICE WORKING LIFETIME:
It is recommended to replace the nasal washer after 100-120 therapies or after 20 sterilization cycles.
USE WITH DEVICES FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS:
The nasal washer A004 can be used with any compressor for aerosol therapy with marking, provided
that it meets the following parameters:
Max flow: 10÷20 l/min Max pressure: 1.5÷3 bar
and can be connected to the compressor using the connection tube of which the compressor is provided,
inserting it in the air inlet joint (E).
