3. If he user experiences dizziness, nausea, ches pain, or any o her abnormal symp oms, STOP he workou a once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
4. Before beginning raining, remove all objec s wi hin a radius of 2 me ers from he machine. DO NOT place any sharp objec s around he Spin Bike.
5. Posi ion he Spin Bike on a clear, level surface away from wa er and mois ure. Place ma under he uni o help keep he machine s able and o pro ec flooring.

6. Use he Spin Bike only for i s in ended use as described in his manual. DO NOT use any o her accessories no recommended by he manufac urer.
7. Assemble he machine exac ly as he descrip ions in he ins ruc ion manual.
8. Check all bol s and o her connec ions before using he machine for he firs ime and ensure ha he rainer is in he safe condi ion.
9. Hold a rou ine inspec ion of he equipmen . Pay special a en ion o componen s which are he mos suscep ible o wear off, i.e. connec ing poin s and wheels. The
defec ive componen s should be replaced immedia ely. The safe y level of his equipmen can only be main ained by doing so. Please don' use he Spin Bike un il
i is repaired well.
10. NEVER opera e he Spin Bike if i is no func ioning properly.
11. This machine can be used for only one person's raining a a ime.
12. Do no use abrasive cleaning ar icles o clean he machine.
Remove drops of swea from he machine immedia ely af er finishing raining.
13. Always wear appropria e workou clo hing when exercising. Running or aerobic shoes are also required.
14. Before exercising, always do s re ching firs .
15. The power of he machine increases wi h increasing he speed, and he reverse.
The machine is equipped wi h adjus able knob, which can adjus he resis ance.
16. This equipmen has been es ed and cer ified o EN957 under he H.C. ra ing and is in ended for home and indoor use only.
17. This device is no sui able for use in herapy.
18. Be careful when moving he device o avoid hur ing you.
