1. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Achten Sie darauf, dass der anliegende Druck den maximal erlaubten Druck nicht überschreitet.
Der maximale Arbeitsdruck beträgt 8 bar.
Tragen Sie eine geeignete Schutzausrüstung (Schutzbrille, Handschuhe usw.).
Zum Lokalisieren von Undichtigkeiten verwenden Sie am besten Seifenwasser, welches Sie auf
die verdächtigen Stellen streichen.
Halten Sie Kinder und unbeteiligte Dritte vom Arbeitsbereich fern.
Vermeiden Sie es, mit Druckluftgeräten direkt auf ungeschützte Körperteile zu zielen, dies ist
gefährlich und kann zu Verletzungen führen.
Die DL-Trommel hat einen knicksicheren Schlauch.
Bei längerer Nichtbenutzung schalten Sie die Luftzufuhr ab.
In Arbeitsbereichen mit sehr hohen Temperaturen kann es passieren, dass durch intensive Wär-
meentwicklung der Schlauch sich verformt, und daher das Einziehen in die Trommel erschwert
werden kann.
Lagern oder verwenden Sie die Drucklufttrommel nicht bei niedrigen Temperaturen im Freien, denn
dadurch wird der Schlauch steif und es kann zu Problemen beim Aufrollen führen.
Verwenden Sie keine chemischen Substanzen, wie z.B. Aceton, Alkohol oder Milchsäure zum Rei-
nigen der DL-Schlauches.
Vor der Montage der Anschluss-Armaturen an die Gewinde sollten diese mit einem Teflonband
oder ähnlichen Dichtungsmitteln abgedichtet werden !

2. PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG
Die Drucklufttrommel dient zum Verlängern von Druckuftschläuchen. Das Gerät ist zur Verwendung
mit einem geeigneten Druckluftkompressor vorgesehen. Jede andere Verwendung ist nicht bestim-
mungsgemäß. Für alle Schäden/Verletzungen, die aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung resul-
tieren haftet der Benutzer des Gerätes, nicht jedoch der Hersteller/Händler.
3. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses Gerät bestimmungsgemäß nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz kon-
struiert wurde. Wir übernehmen keine Gewährleistung, wenn das Gerät in Gewerbe-, Handwerks-
oder Industriebetrieben sowie bei gleichzusetzenden Tätigkeiten eingesetzt wird.

8. BEDIENUNGSHINWEISE / FEHLERBEHEBUNG
Diese DL-Trommel hat eine Arretierungsautomatik, die das Rückholen und Fixieren des Schlauches
ermöglicht. Wenn man den DL-Schlauch langsam aus der DL-Trommel zieht, wird der Schlauch in
seiner gewünschten Position fixiert. Um den DL-Schlauch wieder einzuziehen muss dieser ein Stück
(ca. 20 cm) in die Ausziehrichtung gezogen werden um die Rückzugsautomatik auszulösen. Wenn
dies geschehen ist denn DL-Schlauch langsam in die DL-Trommel einziehen lassen. Während der
DL-Schlauch in die Trommel eingezogen wird sollte dieser dabei gehalten werden bis das Einziehen
beendet ist!
Die DL-Trommel kann in der Nähe eines Druckluftanschlusses angebracht werden. In weiten Arbeits-
bereichen platzieren Sie die DL-Trommel zentral, damit Sie genug Platz zumArbeiten haben.Außerdem
kann man den DL-Schlauch entsprechend weit zu jedem Teil der Arbeitsfläche ausziehen. Montieren
Sie die Trommel nicht im Freien. Es könnte bei tiefen Temperaturen durch die Steifigkeit des Schlauchs
die Rückzugvorrichtung nicht funktionieren. An den Metallteilen könnten Korrosionsschäden auftreten
und bei starker Sonnenbestrahlung könnte das Gehäuse zu Schaden kommen. Die DL-Trommel kann
mittels einer Montageplatte an einer Wand oder Decke montiert werden.

Kunststoffe, Flüssigkeiten, Öle, etc. Führen Sie defekte Bauteile der Sondermüllentsorgung zu. Fra-
gen Sie im Fachgeschäft oder in der Gemeindeverwaltung nach.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not exceed the maximum working pressure of 8 bar.
Use personal protective equipment suitable for working with air powered tools.
To locate any leaks apply some soapy water to the hose.
Keep children away from the working area.
Never point air powered tools at people or animals.
Seal all threads on air couplings with teflon tape.
This product has a kink proof hose.
Switch off the air supply when the product is not in use.
When working in areas with very high ambient temperatures it may cause the hose to deform.
Do not store or use the hose reel in low temperature surroundings.
Do not clean the hose with chemicals such as aceton, alcohol or acid.
This product is for indoor use only.

The automatic air hose reel is designed to be used as an extension to work with air powered tools. A
suitable air compressor must be used. Any other use is prohbited. The buyer accepts all liabilities,

8. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
When mounting the air hose reel make sure the wall you mount it on can support the weight of the
hose reel as well as the force that you will apply when pulling out the hose. If you are unsure how
or unable to propplerly install the product, consult a professional. Make sure to select the mounting
location in such a way, that you will reach the entire wirking area with the hose easily.
The hose reel has an automatic reel mechanism that will pull in the hose when necessary. When
pulling out the hose it will lock into place automatically when you stop pulling. To retract the hose
pull it again for about 20 cm to unlock. Let the hose pull back slowly (don‘t just let it snap back).
Keep the product clean.

1. CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Ne dépassez pas la pression maximale de service de 8 bars.
Utilisez un équipement de protection individuelle adapté au travail avec des outils pneumatiques.
Pour localiser les fuites, appliquez de l‘eau savonneuse sur le tuyau.
Veillez à ce que les enfants restent éloignés de la zone de travail.
Ne dirigez jamais des outils à air comprimé vers des personnes ou des animaux.
Scellez tous les filetages sur les raccords pneumatiques avec du ruban de téflon.
Ce produit a un tuyau anti-torsion.
Éteignez l‘alimentation en air lorsque le produit n‘est pas utilisé.
Lorsque vous travaillez dans des zones où la température ambiante est très élevée, le tuyau peut
se déformer.
Ne stockez pas et n‘utilisez pas le dévidoir dans un environnement à basse température.
Ne nettoyez pas le tuyau avec des produits chimiques tels que l‘acétone, l‘alcool ou l‘acide.
Ce produit est destiné à un usage en intérieur seulement.

Le dévidoir automatique de tuyau d‘air est conçu pour être utilisé comme extension pour travailler
avec des outils pneumatiques. Un compresseur d‘air approprié doit être utilisé. Tout autre type

8. UTILISATION
Lors du montage du dévidoir du tuyau d‘air, assurez-vous que le mur sur lequel vous le montez peut suppor-
ter le poids du dévidoir ainsi que la force que vous appliquerez lors de l‘extraction du tuyau. Si vous ne savez
pas comment ou si vous ne parvenez pas à installer le produit correctement, consultez un professionnel.
Assurez-vous de sélectionner l‘endroit du montage de manière à ce que vous puissiez atteindre facilement
toute la zone de travail avec le tuyau.
Le dévidoir est doté d‘un mécanisme de dévidage automatique qui permet de tirer le tuyau lorsque cela est
nécessaire. Lorsque vous tirez sur le tuyau, il se verrouille automatiquement lorsque vous arrêtez de tirer. Pour
rétracter le tuyau, tirez-le de nouveau sur environ 20 cm pour le déverrouiller. Laissez le tuyau se rétracter
lentement (ne le lâchez pas).
Gardez le produit propre.
