8mm bolt, washer and nut for rollers

Insert the seat post into the frame, and secure using the provided
Under-the-Desk Bike!

Begin by adjusting the bike into an upright position. Then,
insert the provide pin into the frame (as shown in image) to
lock the bike into place.

Insert seat cushion into seat rod until secured.

Pedals
Attach pedal cages via the rectangular exrtusions. Next,
screw pedal bolts into pedal cranks. Clockwise for the right, and
counter-clockwise for the left.

Pedals
Assemble the front and rear rollers by inserting the
provided 8mm bolts. Ensure the rollers are facing down
before attaching to the bike frame. Secure using the provided
nuts, and nish by attaching the rear bolt cover.
