ELECTRICAL CONNECTION (UK ONLY)
For your safety please read the following information
The appliance must be connected to a 220-240 volts 50 cycle AC supply by means of a
three-pin socket and should be protected by a 13-amp fuse in the plug.
The appliance is supplied with a rewireable 13 amp 3 pin plug fitted with a 13 amp fuse.
Should the fuse require replacement, it must be replaced with a fuse rated at 13 amp and
approved to BS1362.
If the mains plug is unsuitable for the socket outlet in your home or is removed for any other
reason, then the old plug should be disposed of safely to prevent the hazard of electric shock.
There is a danger of electric shock if the old plug is inserted into any 13-amp socket outlet.
How to wire a 13 amp plug
Important
The wires in the mains lead on this appliance are coloured in
accordance with the following code:
Green and Yellow - Earth
Blue – Neutral
Brown – Live
As the colours may not correspond with the markings identifying
the terminals in your plug proceed as follows.
The green and yellow wire must be connected to the terminal in the plug which is marked with
the letter E or with the earth symbol or coloured green and yellow.
The blue wire must be connected to the terminal marked N.
The brown wire must be connected to the terminal marked L.
You must make sure the lead is firmly secured under the cord clamp.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock and / or personal injury.
1) Read carefully and save all the instructions provided with this appliance.
2) Do not use outdoors.
3) Do not use the appliance if it has been damaged.
4) Do not unplug from the mains by pulling on the mains lead.
5) Turn the power off and remove the plug when the appliance is not in use and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
6) Check that the voltage marked on the appliance rating plate matches your mains supply.
7) Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or infirm

14) Keep the mains lead away from the hot body of the radiator and ensure that it is not
pulled tight between the socket and the radiator.
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Do not use the heater unless the wheel assemblies are correctly attached.
2) Do not obstruct any of the openings of the heater.
3) Always ensure that the heater is placed on a firm level surface. Ensure that the heater is
not positioned close to curtains, furniture or any combustible materials as this could create
a fire hazard. Leave at least 50cm between the heater and the closest object.
4) Do not position the heater in front of, or immediately below, a wall socket.
5) Do not insert any object through any openings on the heater.
6) Do not use the radiator in areas where flammable liquids are stored or where flammable
fumes may be present.
7) Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool before moving it from one location to another,
or when not in use.
8) The heater is oil filled and whilst it does not heat up instantly it will also remain hot for a
long time after switching off.
9) Do not attempt to dismantle any part of the heater.
10) This heater is filled with a precise amount of special oil. Repairs requiring opening of the
oil container are ONLY to be made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should
be contacted if there is an oil leak.
11) When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations concerning the disposal of oil.
12) Do not use the heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that switches the
heater on automatically since a fire hazard exists if the heater is covered or positioned
incorrectly.
13) Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, shower or swimming pool.

yIn order to avoid overheating do not cover the heater.
yIf the mains lead is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or

DESCRIPTION
ASSEMBLING THE HEATER
1) Turn the heater upside down.
2) Position the wheel mounting plate between the end fins.
3) Attach them to the heater using the U-bolts and wing nuts
supplied.
4) Tighten the wing nuts.
5) Turn the heater the right way up.
6) After fitting the wheel mounting plates, stand the heater on
its wheels and allow the oil to settle for a few minutes before
use
USING THE HEATER
NOTE:
When the heater is turned on for the first time or after having not been used for a long period,
the heater may emit some smell and fumes. This will disappear when the heater has been on
a short while.
This heater is fitted with an "Anti Tilt Switch" which will turn off the heater in the event that it is
knocked over.
This switch will operate at approximately 40º angle; make sure the heater is stood on a level
surface when operating.
1) Choose a suitable location for the heater, taking into account the safety instructions
above.
2) Unwind the mains lead from its storage.
3) Insert the mains plug of the heater into a suitable socket.

4) Turn the thermostat knob in a clockwise direction to the maximum setting.
5) There are 3 heat settings set by the two power switches. To select the desired heat
settings, set the heat selector switches to the desired settings.
Low heat: Press the power switch marked with , the red light on the switch will come
on.
Medium heat: Press the power switch marked with , the red light on the switch will
come on.
High heat: Press both power switches, the red lights on both switches will come on.
6) When the desired room temperature has been reached, the thermostat knob should be
turned slowly anti-clockwise until the thermostat is heard to click off and the lights on the
element switches are seen to go out. After this the heater will keep the air temperature in
the room at the set temperature by switching on and off automatically.
7) In its minimum (fully anti-clockwise) position, the thermostat provides a frost guard
position. In this position (depending on the size of the room) the heater will maintain the
temperature above freezing.
8) To turn the heater off, press both power switches on the OFF position, the red lights are
off, if the heater is not to be used for a prolonged period, unplug at the mains socket.
CLEANING THE HEATER
1) Always unplug the heater from the wall socket and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
2) Clean the outside of the heater by wiping with a damp cloth and buff with a dry cloth. Do
not use any detergents or abrasives and do not allow any water to enter the heater.
STORING THE HEATER
When the heater is not used for long periods of time it should be protected from dust and
stored in a clean dry place.

INSTRUCTIONS SPECIALES DE SECURITE
1) N’utilisez pas le radiateur si l’assemblage des roulettes n’est pas correctement attaché.
2) N’obstruez pas les ouvertures d’aération du radiateur.
3) Assurez-vous toujours que le radiateur soit placé sur une surface ferme et plate. Il ne doit
pas être placé près de rideaux, de meubles ou de tout matériau combustible car cela
pourrait créer un risque d’incendie. Laissez une distance d’au moins 50cm entre le
radiateur et tout autre objet environnant.
4) Ne placez pas le radiateur devant, ou juste en dessous d’une prise électrique.
5) N’insérez aucun objet dans les ouvertures du radiateur.
6) N’utilisez pas le radiateur dans un lieu où sont rangés des liquides inflammables ou si des
vapeurs inflammables sont présentes.
7) Débranchez toujours le câble du radiateur et laissez-le refroidir avant de le déplacer d’un
endroit à un autre, ou lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé.
8) Le radiateur est rempli d’huile et alors qu’il ne chauffe pas instantanément, il restera chaud
longtemps après qu’il ait été éteint.
9) Ne tentez pas de démonter le radiateur.
10) Ce radiateur est rempli d’une quantité précise d’huile spéciale. Toute réparation exigeant
l’ouverture du contenant d’huile doit être UNIQUEMENT effectuée par le fabricant ou par
son représentant que vous devez contacter si une fuite d’huile se produit.
11) Lorsque vous jetterez le radiateur en fin de vie, suivez les règles concernant le traitement
de l’huile.
12) N’utilisez pas le radiateur avec un programmateur, un minuteur ou tout autre système
pouvant mettre le radiateur en marche automatiquement car le risque d’incendie existe si
le radiateur est couvert ou positionné de façon incorrecte.
13) N’utilisez pas ce radiateur dans les environs immédiats d’une baignoire, d’une douche ou
d’une piscine.

ySi le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, il devra être remplacé par le fabricant, par son

tension afin d’empêcher tout danger.

ASSEMBLAGE DU RADIATEUR
1) Tournez le radiateur à l’envers.
2) Positionnez la barre de montage des roulettes entre les
lamelles du bas.
3) Attachez-les au radiateur en utilisant les boulons en forme
de U et les écrous papillons fournis.
4) Resserrez les écrous papillons.
5) Remettez le radiateur à l’endroit.
6) Une fois les barres des roulettes assemblées au radiateur,
placez le radiateur sur ses roulettes et laissez l’huile
circuler quelques minutes avant de mettre le radiateur en marche.

UTILISATION DU RADIATEUR
REMARQUE:
Lorsque le radiateur est mis en marche la première fois ou après ne pas avoir fonctionné
durant une longue période, le radiateur peut émettre une odeur ou de la fumée. Cela
disparaîtra après un court moment.
Ce radiateur est équipé d’un interrupteur "Anti-basculement" qui éteindra automatiquement le
radiateur dans le cas où il basculerait. Ce système de sécurité fonctionne lorsque le radiateur
penche sur un angle d’environ 40º; Assurez-vous que le radiateur soit placé sur une surface
horizontale lorsqu’il fonctionne.
1) Choisissez un endroit adapté pour installer le radiateur, en prenant en compte les
instructions précédentes.
2) Déroulez le câble d’alimentation hors de son rangement.
3) Insérez la prise d’alimentation du radiateur dans une prise murale électrique.
4) Tournez le bouton du thermostat dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’au
réglage maximum.
5) Il y a 3 réglages possibles de chaleur contrôlés par deux interrupteurs de puissance. Pour
sélectionner les réglages de puissance de chaleur, réglez les interrupteurs de sélection
de chaleur sur les réglages désirés.
Faible chaleur: Appuyez sur l’interrupteur de puissance marqué , l’indicateur rouge sur
l’interrupteur s’allumera.
Chaleur moyenne: Appuyez sur l’interrupteur de puissance marqué , l’indicateur
rouge sur l’interrupteur s’allumera.
Forte chaleur : Appuyez sur les deux interrupteurs de puissance et les deux indicateurs
rouge des deux interrupteurs s’allumeront.
6) Lorsque la température ambiante désirée est atteinte, le bouton du thermostat doit être
tourné lentement dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à ce que le
thermostat émette un déclic et que les indicateurs lumineux s’éteignent. Après cela, le
radiateur gardera la température ambiante de la pièce à la température réglée en
s’allumant et en s’éteignant automatiquement.
7) Sur sa position minimum (dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d’une montre), le
thermostat fournit une position anti-gel. Dans cette position (selon la taille de la pièce), le
radiateur maintiendra la température de la pièce au-dessus de la température du gel.
8) Pour éteindre le radiateur, appuyez sur les deux interrupteurs de puissance pour les
mettre en position OFF. Si le radiateur n’est pas utilisé durant une longue période,
débranchez le câble de la prise murale électrique.
NETTOYAGE DU RADIATEUR
1) Débranchez toujours le câble du radiateur de la prise murale et laissez-le refroidir avant
de le nettoyer.
2) Nettoyez l’extérieur du radiateur en l’essuyant avec un chiffon humide puis essuyez avec
un chiffon sec. N’utilisez pas de détergent ou de produits abrasifs et ne laissez pas d’eau
s’infiltrer dans le radiateur.
RANGEMENT DU RADIATEUR
Lorsque le radiateur n’est pas utilisédurant une longue période, il doit être protégéde la
poussière et rangédans un lieu propre et sec.
CE PRODUIT EST CONCU UNIQUEMENT POUR UN USAGE DOMESTIQUE ; TOUT
AUTRE USAGE POURRAIT ANNULER LA GARANTIE.
SI LE RADIATEUR DYSFONCTIONNE POUR UNE RAISON OU UNE AUTRE,
CONSULTEZ IMMEDIATEMENT UN TECHNICIEN QUALIFIE.

VEILIGHEIDSVOORZORGSMAATREGELEN
Volg bij het gebruik van elektrische apparaten altijd de basis voorzorgsmaatregelen om het
risico van brand, een elektrische schok en / of persoonlijke blessures te verminderen.
1) Lees dit boekje zorgvuldig en bewaar alle instructies die met dit apparaat meegeleverd zijn.
2) Gebruik het apparaat niet buiten.
3) Gebruik het apparaat niet als het beschadigd is.
4) Haal het apparaat niet van het stroomnet door aan de stekker van de netkabel te trekken.
5) Schakel de stroom uit en verwijder de stekker wanneer het apparaat niet in gebruik is en
voordat u het gaat monteren, demonteren of schoonmaken.
6) Controleer of de stroomspanning die op het classificatieplaatje van het apparaat
aangegeven is overeenkomt met de netstroomvoorziening.

SPECIALE VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
1) Gebruik de kachel niet tenzij de wielmontage op de juiste manier bevestigd is.
2) Blokkeer geen enkele opening van de kachel.
3) Zorg er altijd voor dat de kachel op een stevige en vlakke ondergrond is geplaatst. Zorg
ervoor dat de kachel niet dichtbij gordijnen, meubilair of brandbare materialen neergezet
wordt omdat dit brandgevaar kan veroorzaken. Laat tenminste 50 cm. ruimte tussen de
kachel en het dichtstbijzijnde object bestaan.
4) Plaats de kachel niet voor of direct onder een stopcontact aan de muur.
5) Plaats geen enkel voorwerp door de openingen op de kachel.
6) Gebruik de kachel niet op plaatsen waar brandbare vloeistoffen opgeborgen zijn of waar
brandbare dampen aanwezig kunnen zijn.
7) Haal de kachel altijd uit het stopcontact en laat het afkoelen voordat u het van één locatie
naar een andere verplaatst, of wanneer het niet in gebruik is.
8) De kachel is gevuld met olie en terwijl het aan de ene kant niet direct opwarmt als zij aan
wordt gezet, zal het aan de andere kant ook voor een lange tijd heet blijven nadat u het
heeft uitgeschakeld.
9) Probeer geen enkel onderdeel van de kachel te ontmantelen.
10) Deze kachel is gevuld met een nauwkeurig bepaalde hoeveelheid speciale olie.
Reparaties waarbij vereist is dat de oliecontainer geopend moet worden mogen ALLEEN
gedaan worden door de fabrikant of zijn onderhoudsbedrijf. Zij moeten geraadpleegd
worden als er een olielek is.
11) Volg de regels wat betreft olieafval wanneer u de kachel wilt weggooien.
12) Gebruik de kachel niet met een instelbare afstandsbediening, aftelklok, of een ander
apparaat die de kachel automatisch inschakelt omdat het gevaar van brand bestaat als
de kachel op dat moment afgedekt is of verkeerd geplaatst is.
13) Gebruik deze kachel niet in de directe omgeving van een bad, douche of zwembad.

WAARSCHUWING
yDit apparaat is alleen voor thuisgebruik bedoeld; elk ander gebruik kan de garantie ongeldig
maken en kan gevaarlijk zijn.
yDek de kachel niet af om oververhitting te voorkomen.
yAls de netsnoer beschadigd is moet het vervangen worden door de fabrikant, zijn
onderhoudsbedrijf of door een persoon met vergelijkbare kwalificaties met een snoer van
hetzelfde type en stroomspanning om gevaren te voorkomen.

DE KACHEL MONTEREN
1) Zet de kachel ondersteboven.
2) Positioneer de montageplaten van de wielen aan de
uiteinden van de verwarmingsvlakken.
3) Bevestig hen aan de kachel door gebruik te maken
van de meegeleverde U-bouten en vleugelmoeren.
4) Zet de vleugelmoeren stevig vast.
5) Zet de kachel weer goed met de juiste kant naar
boven.
6) Plaats, nadat u de montageplaten voor de wielen
hebt gemonteerd, de kachel op haar wielen en laat de olie een paar minuten inzakken
voordat u de kachel gebruikt.

DE KACHEL GEBRUIKEN
OPMERKING:
Wanneer de kachel voor de eerste keer wordt aangezet of wanneer zij gebruikt wordt na een
lange tijd niet gebruikt te zijn, kan de kachel wat stank en rookpluimen uitstoten. Dit zal
verdwijnen wanneer de kachel een korte tijd aan heeft gestaan.
Deze kachel is voorzien van een “anti-kantel knop” die de kachel zal uitschakelen wanneer
deze is omgevallen.
Deze knop zal op basis van een hoek van ongeveer 40 graden werken; zorg ervoor dat de
kachel bij gebruik op een vlakke ondergrond geplaatst is.
1) Kies een geschikte locatie voor de kachel, rekening houdend met bovenstaande
veiligheidsinstructies.
2) Ontrol de netsnoer uit zijn bewaarpositie.
3) Plaats de netstroomstekker van de kachel in een geschikt stopcontact.
4) Draai de thermostaatknop met de klok mee naar de maximale instelling.
5) Er zijn 3 verwarmingsinstellingen die ingesteld kunnen worden door de twee
aan/uitknoppen. Stel met de selectieknoppen voor de verwarming de gewenste
instellingen in om de gewenste verwarmingsinstellingen te selecteren.
Lage verwarming: druk op de aan/uitknop met het symbool en het rode lichtje op de
knop zal aangaan.
Middelmatige verwarming: druk op de aan/uitknop met het symbool en het rode
lichtje op de knop zal aangaan.
Hoge verwarming: druk op beide aan/uitknoppen en de rode lichtjes op beide knoppen
zullen aangaan.
6) Draai de thermostaatknop, zodra de gewenste kamertemperatuur bereikt is, langzaam
tegen de klok in totdat u de thermostaat hoort uitgaan en de lichten op de knoppen van
het apparaat ziet uitgaan. De kachel zal vervolgens de kamertemperatuur op de
ingestelde temperatuur houden door automatisch aan en uit te schakelen.
7) De thermostaat bevat in deze minimum-positie (volledig tegen de klok ingedraaid) een
vriesbeveiliging-positie. De kachel zal in deze positie (afhankelijk van de grootte van de
kamer) de temperatuur boven vriestemperatuur houden.
8) Druk beide aan/uitknoppen in om de kachel uit te zetten naar de UIT positie en de rode
lichtjes gaan uit. Haal de kachel van het netstroomstopcontact als de kachel voor een
langere periode niet gebruikt gaat worden.
DE KACHEL SCHOONMAKEN
1) Haal de kachel altijd uit het stopcontact aan de muur en laat het eerst afkoelen voordat u
het gaat schoonmaken.
2) Maak de buitenkant van de kachel schoon door het met een vochtige doek te vegen en
vervolgens met een droge doek te poetsen. Gebruik geen enkel schoonmaakproduct of
schoonmaakproducten met schuurmiddel en voorkom dat water de kachel binnenkomt.
DE KACHEL OPBERGEN
Wanneer de kachel voor lange perioden niet gebruikt wordt, moet het worden beschermd van
stof en bewaard worden op een schone en droge plek.

ZVLÁŠTNÍ BEZPEČNOSTNÍ POKYNY
1) Ohřívačnepoužívejte, pokud nejsou montovaná kolečka správněpřipojena.
2) Neucpávejte jakékoliv otvory ohřívače.
3) Vždy se ubezpečte, že je ohřívačumístěn na pevné rovné ploše. Vždy se ubezpečte, že
ohřívačnení umístěn v blízkosti záclon, nábytku nebo jakýchkoliv hořlavých materiálů,
neboťby toto mohlo zapříčinit požár. Ponechávejte alespoň50 cm mezi ohřívačem a
nejbližším předmětem.
4) Neumísťujte ohřívačpřed, nebo přímo pod, zásuvkou.
5) Nevkládejte žádné předměty do jakýchkoliv otvorůna ohřívači.
6) Nepoužívejte radiátor v oblastech, kde jsou umístěny hořlavé kapaliny nebo kde se mohou
nacházet hořlavé výpary.
7) Ohřívačvždy odpojujte a ponechávejte jej zchladit před přesunem z jedné lokace do druhé,
nebo pokud jej nepoužíváte.
8) Radiátor je naplněn olejem, a přestože se ihned neohřenou, mohou však po vypnutí zůstat
dlouho horké.
9) Nezkoušejte rozebrat jakoukoliv část ohřívače.
10) Tento radiátor je naplněn přesným množstvím oleje. Opravy vyžadující otevření olejového
kontejneru mohou být prováděny POUZE výrobcem nebo jeho servisním pracovníkem,
které je třeba kontaktovat, pokud vytéká olej.
11) Pokud ohřívačlikvidujete, držte se směrnic týkajících se likvidace oleje.
12) Nikdy ohřívačnepoužívejte s programátorem zařízení, časovačem nebo jakýmikoliv jinými
zařízeními pro automatické spínání radiátoru, existuje zde nebezpečí požáru, pokud je
ohřívačpřikryt nebo nesprávněumístěn.

MONTÁŽ OHŘÍVAČE
1) Otočte ohřívačhorní stranou dolů.
2) Umístěte upínací desku pro kolečka mezi koncová
žebra.
3) Připojte je k ohřívači pomocí dodaných U-šroubůa
křídlových matic.
4) Utáhněte křídlové matice.
5) Otočte ohřívačdo správné pozice.
6) Po instalaci desek pro kolečka postavte radiátor na
jeho kolečka a nechejte olej několik minut před použitím usadit.
