cannot l ad to ndang ring or injury of p rsons or damag to obj cts.

● In cas of damag s to th d vic , which might aff ct saf ty, appropriat and imm diat m asur s

hazardous voltag (SELV according to EN 60950-1).

Th VME-DAC1612 is an int rfac board d sign d for th g n ration of 8 analog signals (VME-
DAC1612-8) or 16 analog signals(VME-DAC1612-16) for proc ss control purpos s.
Th output voltag s can b s l ct d as ±5 V, ±10 V or 0 ...+10 V, with a r solution of 12 bits.
A D/A-conv rt r of DAC 813 typ is us d. Th control and data signals b tw n VMEbus and analog
proc ss ar l ctrically insulat d by m ans of fast digital coupl rs.
Th pow r supply of th analog sid (±15 V, +5 V) ar g n rat d by DC/DC-conv rt rs from th +5
VMEbus pow r supply.
Th VME-DAC1612 is compatibl to VMEbus Standard R v. C. With a h ight of 4 HP it us s on slot
on th VMEbus.
In th customiz d v rsion VME-DAC1612-XVME530 th board com s with 5 outputs, 12 bits,
adjust d for 0...+10 V. Th front-I/O, I/O data acc ss and pow r supply ar compatibl with
XYCOM XVME530.
