INSTALLATION
OPERATION
CLEANING
• Make sure grinder is sitting on a flat surface.
• Before plugging in the grinder, make sure the voltage of the electric supply match
machine ratings
Wall receptacle must be grounded.
Do not use extension cords or wall adapters.
1. Ensure that the hopper is securely fitted to the top of the grinder
2. Close the slide underneath the hopper
3. Fill the hopper with espresso beans and secure the lid
4. Open the slide to allow beans to fall into the grinder
5. Turn the power switch to the on position to begin grinding. Grounds will begin
to fill the doser.
6. Turn off the power switch in order to stop grinding.
7. Put the portafilter below the doser
8. Pull the lever to dispense grounds into the portafilter. Be sure to pull forward
until click is heard then allow the lever to return to its original position to ensure
consistent dosing
If grounds are not dispensing ensure that properly dried espresso beans are being used.
Make sure to pull dispensing lever entire way forward and then allow to release back to
its original position.
Use included brush to sweep out excess grounds. Hopper may be removed to be
cleaned. Use only nonabrasive chemicals and water to clean hopper. Ensure that
hopper and machine are completely dry before using.

• This machine should only be used by qualified personnel
• Do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to use this machine
• Do not unplug the grinder by pulling on the cord
• Unplug the grinder before reaching in for any reason.
• Beware that grinder may continue to spin for a short period of time after
turning off the machine
• Do not operate with wet hands
• Do not allow liquid to come into contact with the grinder
• Only put espresso beans into hopper
ADJUSTMENTS
To adjust coarseness of grounds thread the adjustment handle into the grind
selector and rotate to desired position.

Failure to contact the designated locaon prior to obtaining equipment service may void your warranty.
Estella makes no other warranes, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
• Equipment sold or used outside the Connental United States
• Use of unltered water
• Estella has the sole discreon on wearable parts not covered under warranty
• Equipment not purchased directly from an authorized dealer
• Equipment used for residenal or other non-commercial purposes
• Equipment that has been altered, modied, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service agency
• Equipment where the serial number plate has been removed or altered.
• Damage or failure due to improper installaon, improper ulity connecon or supply, and issues resulng from
improper venlaon or airow.
• Defects and damage due to improper maintenance, wear and tear, misuse, abuse, vandalism, or Act of God.
Warranty Claims can be rejected if it is found the cause is poor water condions.
Poor water condions meet the following criteria:
• Total Dissolved Solids: Minimum 50 PPM, Maximum 125 PPM
• Total Hardness: Minimum 3 GPG, Maximum 5 GPG
• pH: Minimum 6.5, Maximum 7.5
• Free Chlorine: Maximum 0.5 PPM
• Total Chlorine: Maximum 1 PPM
Any acon for breach of this warranty must be commenced within 1 year of the date on which the breach occurred.
No modicaon of this warranty, or waiver of its terms, shall be eecve unless approved in a wring signed by the
pares. The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall govern this warranty and the pares’ rights and dues
under it. Estella shall not under any circumstances be liable for incidental or consequenal damages of any kind,
including but not limited to loss of prots.
Estella warrants its equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year. This is the
sole and exclusive warranty made by Estella covering your Estella brand equipment. A claim under this warranty must
be made within 1 year from the date of purchase of the equipment. Only the equipment’s original purchaser may
make a claim under this warranty. Estella reserves the right to approve or deny the repair or replacement of any part
or repair request. The warranty is not transferable. Estella Equipment installed in/on a food truck or trailer will be
limited to a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase.
