LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
LIFETIME WARRANTY
EURO-PRO Operating LLC warrants these cookware products to be free from defects in material
and workmanship under normal use for the life of the product. This warranty, as it applies to the
non-stick finish on the cookware, covers de-lamination, peel off and wear off only. This warranty
does not cover scratches, stains or discoloration caused by negligence, misuse or abuse. This
warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
ACTS INVALIDATING WARRANTY
This warranty does not apply to: (1) Vessels and Glass Lids which have been subjected to
overheating, alteration, misuse, negligence, accidents or abrasion. (2) Products used in commercial
establishments.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
In the event of any defect covered under this warranty, EURO-PRO Operating LLC will only be
obligated, at EURO-PRO Operating LLC’s option. To repair the defective part or unit or furnish a
new or reconditioned part or unit in exchange for the part or unit that is defective. Written notice of
any malfunction or defects must be given within 10 days of the time of the defect is discovered and
must be accompanied by the original consumer purchase receipt.

The liability of EURO-PRO Operating LLC is limited solely to the cost of the repair or replacement
of the unit at our option. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts and does not apply to
any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes. This limited warranty does
not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling or damage due to faulty packaging
or mishandling in transit.
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the unit and excludes all other legal and/or
conventional warranties. The responsibility of EURO-PRO Operating LLC if any, is limited to the
specific obligations expressly assumed by it under the terms of the limited warranty. In no event is
EURO-PRO Operating LLC liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature
whatsoever. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
*Important: Carefully pack item to avoid damage in shipping. Be sure to include proof of
purchase date and to attach tag to item before packing with your name, complete address
and phone number with a note giving purchase information, model number and what you
believe is the problem with item. We recommend you insure the package (as damage in
shipping is not covered by your warranty). Mark the outside of your package “ATTENTION
CUSTOMER SERVICE”. We are constantly striving to improve our products, therefore the
specifications contained herein are subject to change without notice.

BEFORE USING YOUR COOKWARE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Wash in hot, soapy water. Rinse well and dry.
USE & CARE
Before first use, please remove any stickers found on the cookware and rinse all the
pieces with hot, soapy water.
Use low to medium heat when cooking. Excessive pre-heating of empty cookware may
cause damage to cookware. NEVER Boil dry non-stick cookware. Empty non-stick
cookware may produce fumes when heated without food in the pan at temperatures
over 400 degrees. These fumes are not harmful to humans and all pets…except
birds. Birds have a sensitive respiratory system. For their safety, they should
always be kept in a well-ventilated area away from the kitchen. To prevent damage to
the non-stick coating, do not cut food in the cookware.
The cookware is suitable for gas, electric and ceramic stoves. Choose a cooking element
according to the diameter of the pan/pot to avoid losing heat. When using your cookware
in the oven, please note that the glass lid is only oven safe up to 350°F and the cookware
itself is oven safe up to 450°F. Please note that the handles can get hot while cooking.
Use an oven cloth or mitt for protection.
Bravetti cookware can be washed in your dishwasher. When cleaning your cookware, do
not use abrasives such as scouring pads, oven cleaners or sharp instruments as they
may scratch or damage the non-stick coating. To clean, use warm, soapy water. To
prevent water spots after washing, rinse with hot water and wipe dry immediately.
Caution:Do not immerse hot glass lid under running water. Always let glass lid cool
first.
