SR804 Wireless Keyfob
Installation Instructions
General Introduction
The SR804 Wireless Keyfob is used to Arm, Partial Arm and Disarm the system.
The Keyfob also incorporates a Panic switch that will immediately initiate a Full
Alarm condition when the system is Armed or Disarmed. Its great compatibility with
our U-Net family security products makes it suitable for smart home cloud based
platforms such as Homesys

Binding with Homesys
1. Remove the battery cover behind the keyfob.
2. Prepare the CR2032 coin cell battery by removing any plastic wrapping on the
battery. Do not insert the batteries yet into the unit.
3. Log into the Homesys account from a web browser.
4. Select “System”, then “Add a New Device”.
5. Select “Keyfob”.
6. The following screen will appear. This means the gateway is entering
binding mode.

7. Insert the battery ensuring that the +v terminal faces upwards away from the
PCB and replace the battery cover.
8. The screen below will appear in 10 seconds if the process is successful.
9. Time-out will occur if the binding process was unsuccessful. Please refer to the
“Manual binding” section.
Manual Binding
1. With the battery inserted, repeat steps 3 to 6 of the Binding with Homesys
section.
2. Press and hold the Disarm button for more than 3 seconds until the LED flashes
moderately (on for 2 second; off for 2 second). This implies keyfob has now
entered the binding mode and is waiting to receive binding signals from the
gateway.
3. Within 5 secs, the LED indicator then stop flashing and turn off, indicating the
learning procedure is completed. The screen below will appear indicating the
process is successful.
4. If after 30 seconds LED flashes rapidly for 3 times, it means the keyfob fails the
binding process
Operation & Testing
Operating the Keyfob
There are 5 operating modes provided by the keyfob.
1. ARM : Press and release the ARM button.
2. DISARM : Press and release
3. PARTIAL ARM 1: Press and release the Partial Arm button once
4. PANIC: Slide the Panic Switch and hold for at least 3 secs before releasing.
Note: The LED on the keyfob will turn green after button press is released. This
implies the keyfob receives a confirmation signal from the Gateway. Instead if the
LED turns red, this means the keyfob did not receive the reply from gateway
Testing the Keyfob
1. Press the Arm button to see if there is an entry in the LOGS page of your
Homesys account.
2. Press the Partial Arm button to see if there is an entry in the LOGS page of your
Homesys account.
3. Press the Disarm button to see if there is an entry in the LOGS page of your
Homesys account.
4. Slide the Panic Switch and hold for at least 3 secs before releasing. See if there
is an entry in the LOGS page of your Homesys account.
Note: Press the Disarm button to deactivate a triggered alarm and siren sound.

Maintenance
Low Battery: When the battery becomes low, the LED will turn orange after
each press to indicate low battery condition to the user. Replace the battery
when this occurs.
Troubleshooting
The troubleshooting table lists some possible causes and solutions. Please contact
your original retailer or nearest service center if the below solutions cannot solve
your problem.

The table below summarizes the LED indication of the keyfob.

Reset to Factory Settings
1. Remove the battery from the keyfob.
2. Using two fingers, press and hold both the Arm and Disarm simultaneously
while inserting the battery.
3. Keep pressing both buttons for more than 5 secs until the detector’s LED blinks
red, this implies the device is reset back to factory mode.
Note: After power on, the Keyfob will automatically enter “Auto-binding” mode
to bind with a gateway. The auto-binding process lasts for 30 seconds
indicated by the LED blinking slowly.

Guida all’installazione
Introduzione
Il telecomando wireless SR804 serve per armare, armare parzialmente e disarmare
il sistema. E´ presente inoltre un bottone anti panico per attivare all´ istante un
allarme in caso di pericolo imminente. Il telecomando SR804 funziona nel sistema
smart home basato su cloud Homesys

Aggiungere ad Homesys
1. Aprire il coperchio della batteria.
2. Preparare una batteria CR2032 rimuovendo la plastic protettiva. Per il momento
non inserire la batteria.
3. Accedere al proprio account Homesys da pagina web.
4. Selezionare “Sistema” quindi “Aggiungi dispositivo”.
5. Selezionare “Telecomando”.
6. Appare la seguente schermata. Significa che la centrale IPBOX ha iniziato
la ricerca di dispositivi.

4. Se dopo 30 secondi il LED lampeggia per 3 volte, significa che la ricerca non ha
dato risulati
Utilizzo e test di funzionamento
Utilizzare il telecomando
There are 5 operating modes provided by the keyfob.
1. ARMARE : Premere una volta per armare il sistema.
2. DISARMARE : Premere per disarmare il sistema.
3. ARMARE PARZIALMENTE 1: Premere per armare il sistema in modo parziale
4. ANTIPANICO: Trascinare il bottone antipanico per 3 secpondi per attivare un
allarme istantaneo.
Note: Se il LED si accende di verde una volta premuto, significa che il telecomando
ha ricevuto conferma dalla centrale. Se invece il LED si accende di rossi, significa
che non si è ricevuta nessuna risposta dalla centrale
Test di funzionamento
1. Premere il bottone armare e verificare nel proprio account nella sezione
EVENTI se il sistema è stato armato .
2. Premere il bottone armare parzialmente e verificare nel proprio account nella
sezione EVENTI se il sistema è stato armato in modo parziale.
3. Premere il bottone disarmare e verificare nel proprio account nella sezione
EVENTI se il sistema è stato disarmato.
4. Trascinare il bottone antipanico e mantenerlo per almeno 3 sec. e verificare se
nel proprio account nella sezione EVENTI se è stata registrata un allerta
antipanico.
Note: Premere il bottone disarmare per spegnere il suono di allerta dopo un
allarme.
7. Inserire la batteria, assicurarsi che il lato +v positive sia rivolto verso l´alto, quindi
chiudere il coperchio della batteria .
8. Se il processo ha successo, entro 10 secondi appare la seguente schermata.
9. Se la ricerca non dá esito, dopo 3 min il conteggio scade. Leggere “Ricerca
manuale”per aggiungere il dispositivo.
Ricerca manuale

2. Ripetere i passi da 3 a 6 di “Aggiungere ad Homesys”. Premere e tenere premuto il bottone disarmare per piu di 3 secondi fino a che il
LED lampeggia moderatamente (acceso 2 sec; spento 2 sec). Questo significa
che il telecomando ha iniziato la ricerca di una central IPBOX.
3. Entro 5 sec, il LED si spegne, Questa schermata significa che la ricerca ha
avuto successo.
Batteria

Manutenzione
Batteria scarica: Quando il segnale della batteria è troppo basso, il LED si
accende di arancione ogni volt ache si preme un bottone. Rimpiazzare la
batteria appena possibile.

La lista con le domande frequenti mostra alcuni problemi ricorrenti, le cause e
soluzioni. Se non si trova una risposta al proprio problema, contattare il proprio
fornitore o il servizio asistenza piu vicino.

Ripristino a valori iniziali
1. Rimuovere la batteria dal telecomando.
2. Usare due dita per tenere premuti i bottoni armare e disarmare ed inserire la
batteria.
3. Tenere premuti i due bottoni per piu di 5 sec fino a che il LED lampeggia di
rosso, questo significa che il telecomando è stato ripristinato a valori iniziali.
Nota: Quando si inserisce la batteria per la prima volta, il telecomando entra
automaticamente in modo ricerca. La ricerca dura per 30 sec, durante i quali il
LED lampeggia lentamente.

Guía de instalación
Introdución
El control remoto se utiliza para activar (total o parcial) y desactivar la protección de su
sistema de seguridad. El botón anti pánico sirve en situaciones de emergencia para
disparar un alarma completo, no importa si el sistema esta armado o no.
SR804 es un accesorio de la serie U-Net, ideal para sistemas en la nube como
Homesys smart home.

Añadir a un sistema Homesys

2. Abrir la cobertura del hueco donde poner la batería. Prepar una batería CR2032, y quitar el plastico protectivo. Todavia no se ponga la
batería dentro.
3. Ingresar a su cuenta Homesys desde navegador web.
4. Seleccionar “Sistema”y “Añadir un equipo”.
5. Seleccionar “Control remoto”.

6. Esta pantalla significa que la gateway Homesys está buscando dispositivos.
7. Poner la batería con el lado “+”venga hacia fuera y poner la tapa de cobertura.
8. Si dentro de 10 segundos el operación tiene éxito aparece la siguiente pantalla.
9. Si el operación de busqueda no tiene éxito. Chequear “preguntas frecuentes”.
Busqueda manual
1. Repetir los pasos 5 y 6 de “Añadir a un sistema Homesys”.
1. Presionar y detener el botón de Desarmado por mas de 3 segundos hasta que el
LED parpadea (parpadeo cada 2 segundos). Esto significa que el mando remoto
esta buscando el señal de la gateway Homesys.
2. Si dentro de 5 segundos, el LED se apaga, significa que el dispositivo se añadió
con éxito a la gateway Homesys. Esta es la pantalla de confirmación.
3. Si despues de 30 segundos el LED parpadea rápido 3 veces, significa que la
búsqueda no tuvo éxito
Utilización y prueba

(1) Para probar el control remoto, ir en “Seguridad”desde navegador web o en el
aplicación para móvil.
(2) Siguiente, presionar los botones ARMADO y DESARMADO para armar y
desarmar el sistema.
(3) Si la prueba tiene éxito el estado de armado y desarmado en el interfaz Homesys
deberia cambiar.
Notas: Es necesario tener la gateway Homesys encendida y conectada a internet.
Si el sistema tarda demasiado tiempo en armarse/desarmarse, chequear el
retraso de activación alarma en Configuración/Sistema. Si la prueba no tiene éxito
acercarse a la gateway Homesys.
Utilización
Hay 4 funciones que se pueden activar desde el control remoto.
1. ARMAR: Presionar una vez el botónARMADO.
2. DESARMAR: Presionar una vez el botón DESARMADO.
3. ARMADO PARCIAL 1: Presionar una vez el botón Armado Parcial.
4. PANICO: Deslizar el botón de pánico y detenerlo por 3 o mas segundos.

Restablecimiento a valores de fábrica
(1) Quitar la batería desde el control remoto.
(2) Presionar y detener los botones ARMAR y DESARMAR y poner la batería.
(3) Tener presionados los botones por lo menos 5 segundos hasta que el LED
parpadea rojo, Esto significa que el dispositivo a vuelto a valores de fábrica.
Notas: Si se quita y pone otra vez la batería, el control remoto empieza la
“Búsqueda automatica” de gateway Homesys. La busqueda dura 30 segundos y
el LED parpadea lento.
