Important Safeguards
Read All Instructions before Using
When using electrical products, especially when children
are present, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
To reduce the risk of electrocution:
ŸDo not handle charger with wet hands.
ŸDo not place charger in or drop charger into water or
other liquid.
ŸCheck the charger cord for damage before the first use
and during the life of the product.
ŸDo not plug this device into a voltage system that is
different from the voltage system specified on the
device or charger.
ŸDo not charge this unit with any charging devices other
than the one provided.
ŸDo not use this product if it has a damaged cord or
plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped
or damaged, or dropped into water.
ŸDo not direct water under the tongue, into the ear,
nose or other delicate areas. This product is capable of
producing pressures that may cause serious damage in
these areas.
ŸDo not direct water into the nose or ear. The potentially
deadly amoeba, Naegleria fowleri, may be present in
some tap water or unchlorinated well water and may
be fatal if directed into these areas.
ŸUse this product only as indicated in these instructions
or as recommended by your dental professional.
To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury
to persons:

ŸOnly use tip heads and accessories that are
recommended by eXempt.
ŸDo not drop or insert any foreign object into any
opening on the product.
ŸKeep charging unit and cord away from heated
surfaces.
ŸDo not use iodine, saline (salt solution), or water
insoluble concentrated essential oils in this product. Use
of these can reduce product performance and will
shorten the life of the product. Use of these products
may void warranty.
ŸRemove any oral jewelry prior to use of this product
ŸDo not use if you have an open wound on your tongue
or in your mouth.
ŸIf your physician advised you to receive antibiotic
premedication before dental procedures, you should
consult your dentist before using this instrument or any
other oral hygiene aid.
ŸThis appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety
ŸChildren should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance
ŸIf the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a
special cord or assembly available from the
manufacturer or its service agent.

Using your eXempt Visual Water Flosser:
1. Pull out reservoir from base
to the usage line.
3. Pull out the tip head..
2. Lift open reservoir door and
fill with lukewarm water.
4. Press the mode button to
choose a mode.

5. Press the power button to
start flossing.
6. Long press the UVA button
to turn on/off the UVA.

Soft Mode: standard for superior
cleaning, suitable for sensitive teeth and
beginners
‚Strong Mode: ideal mode for removing
plaque and debris deep between teeth
and below the gumline.

eXemptcares APP- Getting Started
1. Download the eXemptcares app to your phone.
2. Open the app, tap “Add device” or “+”, Choose the
visual water flosser to add the device.
3. Click “Bind now”, then long press the power button to
turn on WIFI, Next.

4. Click “start connecting” to enter into WIFI setting page
of your phone, Pair your flosser by connecting WIFI
“eXempt-C3 Pro-xxx”, then return to app after
successfully connecting..

Warranty and Support
eXempt warrants its products for 2 years after the date of
purchase. Defects due to faulty materials and workmanship
will be replaced at Exempt's expense provided that
convincing proof of purchase in the qualifying period is
provided. Use of unauthorized replacement parts will void
this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
What is not covered under warranty
ŸDamage caused by use of unauthorized replacement
parts or unauthorized flosser tips.
ŸDamage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations
or unauthorized repair.
ŸNormal wear and tear, including chips, scratches,
abrasions, discoloration or fading.
