Introduction
Thanks for choosing EZCastseries product, the EZCast Wire is the
latest innovation of EZCast. It is based on popular EZCastapp and
modified for Wired connection to prevent bad WiFi signal influence.
It provides same Multimedia files streaming, PDF/Office Viewer,
Web browser, AirPlay and Android screen mirror just like EZCast
does. It is a low cost with high performance product, with the
regularly firmware update, it will keep compatible with latest OS
platforms and keep improving features.
Hardware Installation

Connect to TV/Projector/Monitor:
Connect EZCast Wire’s HDMI port to TV/Projector/Monitor’s
HDMI port and switch to the source.
Connect with PC/Mac:
Use the USB extension cable to connect the EZCast Wire’s
micro USB port, it will get power from USB port and start
Connect with iOS/Android:

Use an external 5V1A adapter to connect EZCast Wire’s
Micro USB port to power up, and use your Mobile Phone’s
lightening cable or micro USB cable to connect to the USB
type A female port.
Software Installation
IOS and Android users:
Please search “EZCast” in Apple’s App Store or Google Play and install
it or use the QR scanner app to scan the QR code on EZCast Wire’s
main page.
*Supports iOS8 and Android 5.0 above
Windows and Mac OS users:
Please download it from our official website: www.iezcast.com or
www.iezvu.com
*Supports from Windows 7/8.1, and Mac OS 10.9 and after.
Start up

After successfully power up, you will see the Main screen shown on
display.
PC user:
Please install EZCast App first, and connect EZCast Wire
device.
*Please be noted, you must select the Ethernet NDIS for EZCast
Wire to make it work

Mac user:
Please install EZCast app first, then connect EZCast Wire.
After start EZCast app, you can connect to EZCast Wire
device to start the casting.
*Please be noted you might need to adjust the Internet service
order in setting, please refer to the photo as follows:

*For iOS and Android users, please be noted due to we connect
through mobile hotspot, this may consume your 3G/4G data
program and please be noted your device must embedded SIM
card
**If you are using it aboard, you will have to enable data roaming,
too.
iOS user:
Please turn on the personal hotspot to let EZCast Wire get
connection over IP.

After the hotspot is on and the EZCast Wire is connected,
you can use EZCast app or use Airplay mirror directly.
Android user:
Please turn on the Hotspot and USB tethering together.
After the hotspot is on and the EZCast Wire is connected,
you can use EZCast app to cast screen.
App Installation
IOS and Android users:

Please search “EZCast” in Apple’s App Store or Google Play and install
it.
Or Use the QR scanner app to scan the QR code on EZCastWire’s
main page.

to EZCast Wire directly.

App Features
Photo
You will have to allow EZCast Pro to share your camera roll andenable
the location service before using Photo function.
In Photo viewer, you can select photo and it will be displayed onyour

TV/Projector. You can also use gesture control to zoom in/out
orchange photos.
We developed a practical Sketch tool ,you can drawon the photo you
picked, and save it if you like.
Video
There are 2 sources to video streaming. One is to sync the videoyou
like through iTunes (iTunes File Syncing), or you can selectvideo from
your recorded video (Camera Roll)
Please be noted iOS will compress the recorded video
beforestreaming to save the bandwidth, you can decide if you want
tosave it in EZCast Pro app for future use.
You can also sync subtitle file to EZCast Pro, just make sure
thefilename is the same with your video and sync through iTunes,
itwill be automatically shown with video playing.
＊It only supports MPEG1/2/4/H.264, and RMVB video formats. For subtitle,
wesupportsrt, smi, ssa and cdg formats with UTF-8 coding.

Music
The music player allows you to stream music through WiFi, andwe
can support playlist.
＊Please be noted EZCast Pro can’t access your iTunes music library due to
iOSlimitation, so you must use iTunes to sync the audio you like to our app.
Live Camera
Live camera is a real object camera which allows you to streamthe
image from mobile device’s camera, and take a snap shot toedit.
You can adjust image quality, switch from Front/Rear camera. Youcan
enable Sketch and save the current image to album.
Document
The document viewer can support MS-office, PDF, and Apple’siWorks.

Before you start to cast, please remember to sync thedocument files
to your iOS device through iTunes.
The document viewer supports sketch as well, that means you
canmake some note on the document, and save the page to
cameraroll.
＊Please be noted some documents may not be displayed the same as shownon PC.
Web
EZCast Pro comes with a built-in browser, and we also
categorizeseveral popular websites for you.
The web page will dynamically change with different countrysetting
in your device.
Sketch function is also supported.

Cloud Storage
We will link to your personal Dropbox and *Google Drive accountto
let you access your cloud storage anywhere. All content will beshown
for you to download and display.
You can enable sketch function if you download and decode
adocument file
Comment
We treasure your feedback either good or bad, so we created
aninnovative way to communicate with you. You can send
somecomments, suggestions or even bugs to us directly, and all the
inputs will make our product better.
Setting

In setting function, you can setup resolution, language and check FW
update.
EZChannel
There are 2 ways to enter EZChannel function, one is in the app
launch page, and the other is in the app main page.


Once you enter EZChannel, you can
public channel or your friend’s channel. Please be noted some
features will require logging in.

Click upper right icon to filter audio only or audio+video channel, or
click the menu icon on upper left side to log in. You can
your channel here, review your playlists(collections) or install Chrome

in in the setting.
EZAir
Once you enter EZChannel, you can
enjoy default featured channel

TheEZAir is compatible with AirPlay, you can use it to enable your
Airplay or Airplay mirroring.
