GENERAL USAGE AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
FOR YOUR SAFETY
When using electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following :
1. Please read this instruction manual carefully before using this product.
2. Be sure to check the electric power cable regularly, in case any damage, it must be repaired
by the manufacturer, the servicing department of the agents or similar technicians.
3. The power cable with thermostat can’t be immersed in water in order to avoid electric shock.
4. Do not use this product on inflammables like cloth curtains, tablecloths, carpet, etc.
5. Do not touch the grill plate when the product is still using or its temperature is still very high.
6. If any malfunction for the thermostat, it must be repaired by the manufacturer, the servicing
department of the agents or similar technicians.
7. Be sure to unplug when clean the surface of the grill plate.
8. The appliance connector must be removed before the appliance is cleaned and make sure the
appliance inlet must be dried before the appliance is used again.
9. Only the connector provided by the manufacturer can be used.
10. Charcoal or similar fuels must not be used with appliance.
11. Be careful during use the appliance, since the surface is hot.
12. Only use the appropriate thermostat.
13. After use, switch off the thermostat.
14. The appliance is not intended by the person (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.

BEFORE USAGE
15. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with appliance.
16. The appliances are not intended to operate by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
17. Failure to follow all instructions listed may result in electric shock, fire or serious personal
injury. The warmings, cautions and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot
cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur while the product is in use. It
must be understood by the Operator that common sense must be adopted when operating
the appliance.
1. Remove all packaging material.
2. Ensure voltage compatibility with mains power supply.
3. Place the appliance on a dry level surface.
4. We recommend using a surface which is heat insulating and fire resistant when using the
Electril Grill.
5. This item is equipped with one stainless steel pot and one glass lid. Place the stainless steel
pot on the round pot side when needed in use. The glass lid is fit for the round pot side as
well.
6. The grill plate should be used with its original base and drip tray. Don’t try to operate the unit
only with grill heating plate!
7. Place the Oil Drip Tray at the bottom of the base.
1. The stainless steel pot on the product can be used to braise-soup or stewing food.
2. Maximum capacity for the stainless steel pot is 3.0L.
3. When use the stainless steel pot, please observe the status of the soup or food in the pot at
any moment for fear food spill out.
4. Please don’t touch the surface when using the pot, you can use the handle.
5. Before using this product, be sure that the stainless steel pot is placed properlyon the
product. The pot handle should be deviated from the above of grill plate.
(in case the handle of the stainless steel pot is so hot as to be scalded)

1. Set the handle for the first use.
2. Use the cover to prevent the splashing water and oil, also can make the food become ripe
faster. Do not touch other position but the handle to prevent be scalded.
3. Make sure the situation you put this lid is right when you using the product.
GLASS LID
1. Drip tray must be place in the base, and make sure its place in correct place.
2. Fill in little water into the drip tray to reduce somke, do not let the water spill out or reach
the heater.
DRIP TRAY
1. Turn the Temperature-Controller button to “off ” , and insert it in the plug hole.
2. Insert the power plug in the outlet.
OPERATION OF THE THERMOSTAT
1. According to cooking needs, adjust the temperature to the set level and the indicator light
will turn on.
2. Instructions for Cooking
2.1 After being powered on for 3-4 minutes, the temperature will reach an appropriate level
and the indicator lamp will turn off automatically. Coat some proper amount of edible oil
on the grill plate, and cook the food.
2.2 If you want to preserve the heat of food, turn the Temperature-Controller button to heat
preservation. Long-term heat preservation will not keep the food fresh.
2.3 When in operation, you may hear a slight sound, there means the product is in use; this
does not indicate trouble with the product.
2.4 Notice
- Do not use a metal scoop to scratch the surface of grill plate.
- The food that can be cooked on the grill plate includes steak, chicken hamburger,
meat, etc...
- When meat, steak or chicken hamburger is cooked on the grill plate, the extra grease will
flow into thr drip tray, which will result in healthier and more delicious food.
TEMPERATURE SETTING
Please pour away the grease of drip tray when it’s nearly full.
NOTE : For initial use, some smoke may be observed and odor when the unit is turned ON,
this is normal.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
GENERAL USAGE AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
1. Remove excess food from the grill plate.
2. Wash with a clean soft cloth or sponge.
3. Never immerse the thermostat in water. Never place the glass lid in hot water as it may crack
due to sudden temperature changes.
4. Do not use abrasive sponge, scouring pad or stiff brush to clean the appliance.
Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely.
STORAGE
1. Ensure the applianceis completely cool and dry.
2. Place the appliance out of reach of children.
3. Do not wrap cord around the appliance as this will cause damage.
4. Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.
