FRIENDLY ADVICE
Clean the unit after each shift - it only takes a minute.
Stay away from the baseboards/corners; people don’t walk there!
Switch the unit “OFF” about 10 feet before making a turn. Then make the turn
and switch unit back “ON”.
You can always turn the unit “OFF” and do unusual areas, as there is plenty of
chemical on the pad.
If the unit begins to streak or starve for lack of chemical STOP and check the
suction hose. Chances are, debris here is the cause of the issue.
Always have a full container ready to go! Check your factory container of
chemical on the unit occasionally so you don’t run out during your work.

ULTRA-TRAK FOR USE
Position the Ultra-Trak where you are going to begin application.
Use the lift handle to lower the head assembly down to the floor,
Set the “Power On” switch to “On.”
Press the “Manual Pump” switch and hold until solution flows through the
distribution tube onto the floor.
5.0 - PRIME THE ULTA-TRAK

While lifting and lowering the head assembly, move the Ultra-Trak back and

6PRODUCT
FLOW RATE
The Ultra-Trak dispenses product when pulled. Each revolution of the wheels
activates the pump and dispenses solution.
The amount dispensed is controlled by the timer setting.
Flow rate is usually between 2-5 on the dial, depending on the requirements of
your coating product..
Walk the Ultra-Trak about 25 feet and adjust the flow rate accordingly.
6.0 - PRODUCT FLOW RATE: TIMER SETTING
THE PUMP IS ONLY
ACTIVATED WHEN THE
MACHINE IS PULLED.
PUSHING THE MACHINE DOES
NOT ACTIVATE THE PUMP.

7USING THE
ULTRA-TRAK
Begin pulling in a straight line.
Once the initial line is complete, a “wet edge” must be maintained with an
overlap of 3 to 4 inches per pass.
Stay 3 inches away from the edges to avoid finish accumulation at the edges.
Between coats, cover the head assembly with the black Velcro vinyl bag in to
protect the manifold and pad from drying out.
7.0 - MAIN AREAS
Use the Micro-Trak detail
applicator for edges & corners.
Use on the first and/or last
coat to speed up the process.

THE MICRO-TAK THE STING-RAY
ALTERNATIVELY...
For areas too large for a Micro-Trak, and
too small for convenient use of an Ultra-
Trak, consider the Sting-Ray. Its easy
product dispensing and 18” applicator
provides for smooth and even coating of
medium-sized surface areas.

8FINISHING UP
Near the completion of each job, on the last 20 - 30 feet, pull the suction hose
out of the solution container and use up the solution left in the system.
Turn unit “off” 15 feet before you finish an area to draw excess finish from pad.
Pull the lift handle in the up position to get head off the ground for easy
cleaning and transport/storage.
Cover the head assembly with the black Velcro vinyl bag to protect the manifold
and pad from drying out before cleaning.
