1 Norme di sicurezza
- Leggere attentamente le istruzioni di montaggio del serbatoio aggiuntivo prima di qualsiasi operazione
sull’accessorio.
-Eseguire installazione,collegamento elettrico,collaudo e manutenzione del serbatoio a fianco della caldaia a pellet
da un tecnico qualificato e/o autorizzato.
- In caso di anomalie di funzionamento, la caldaia ed il relativo serbatoio possono essere riaccesi solo dopo aver
ripristinato la causa del problema.
- Qualsiasi manomissione e\o sostituzione non autorizzata di particolari non originali del serbatoio può causare
pericolo per l’incolumità dell’utente e solleva il produttore da ogni responsabilità civile e penale.
- Prima di ogni intervento accertarsi che sia disinserita la spina dell’alimentazione elettrica ed operare solo con
l’apparecchio freddo .
- Collegare la caldaia ad una presa elettrica a Norma , di facile accesso con tensione 230 Volt - 50 Hz e adeguata
messa a terra nonché effettuare i collegamenti serbatoio –caldaia nel rispetto delle Norme vigenti e della
buona tecnica d’installazione.
- Il serbatoio deve essere utilizzato solo ed esclusivamente per accumulare pellet di legno sfuso unicamente in
abbinamento alla caldaia a pellet di ns produzione .
- E’ vietato modificare i dispositivi di sicurezza o di regolazione senza espressa autorizzazione del costruttore.
- In caso d’incendio spegnere la caldaia , scollegare l’alimentazione elettrica , utilizzare un estintore omologato e
chiedere l’immediato intervento dei Vigili del Fuoco evitando continui tentativi di spegnimento .
- I bambini devono essere sorvegliati e accertarsi che non giochino con gli apparecchi.
- Posizionare il cavo di alimentazione elettrica ed i cavi dei sensori esterni in modo da evitare il contatto
con le parti calde della caldaia .
- Utilizzare solo ricambi originali consigliati dal produttore.
La ditta produttrice non è responsabile di inconvenienti, rotture o incidenti dovuti al mancato rispetto o alla
mancata applicazione delle indicazioni soprascritte e contenute nel presente manuale .
2 Condizioni di fornitura
Il serbatoio aggiuntivo di alimentazione pellet è completo della struttura portante , rivestimento con le protezioni di
sicurezza , coclea di elevazione pellet , motoriduttore comando coclea e attacchi-supporti di collegamento con la
caldaia per il montaggio a Sx o a Dx della caldaia .
L’accessorio viene fornito all’interno di una gabbia in legno opportunamente protetto da una pellicola in Nylon .
Il sollevamento del serbatoio completo di imballo può essere effettuato mediante un carrello elevatore, inserendo
le forche, di adeguata lunghezza, nelle apposite sedi del bancale in legno.
L’immagazzinamento ed il trasporto del serbatoio deve avvenire in modo da evitare l’esposizione a pioggia o
umidità persistente che possono causare danni permanenti alla struttura e ai componenti elettrici-elettronici .
3Dati tecnici e condizioni di utilizzo
Il serbatoio pellet funziona esclusivamente in abbinamento alla caldaia sia in posizione Sx che Dx .
Il carico pellet avviene solo dal vano che si scopre aprendo lo sportello
mobile .
Ai fini della sicurezza contro chiusure accidentali è presente un asta di blocco che
al termine dell’apertura blocca la posizione dello sportello consentendo il carico
pellet del serbatoio in sicurezza; per chiudere è sufficiente agire sull’incastro
dell’asta e accompagnare la discesa dello sportello fino alla battuta inferiore .
Durante il funzionamento lo sportello deve essere completamente chiuso .
Il funzionamento avviene da comandi caldaia al momento della richiesta per un
tempo prefissato. Nella tramoggia del serbatoio supplementare è installato un
sensore di livello che controlla la presenza pellet durante il funzionamento e in
caso di mancanza pellet visualizza l’allarme attraverso il pannello comandi della
caldaia .

5Predisposizione della caldaia e luogo d’installazione
Prima di effettuare l’installazione del serbatoio assicurarsi che la caldaia a pellet sia installata secondo le
indicazioni presenti nel manuale e nel rispetto delle Norme vigenti .
Verificare che l’impianto elettrico e le prese abbiano la capacità di sopportare l’assorbimento massimo sia della
caldaia sia del serbatoio.
La caldaia deve essere opportunamente distanziata da materiali infiammabili o combustibili con intercapedini d’aria
o tramite l’utilizzo di idonee protezioni isolanti ; va inoltre precisato che pavimenti e/o soffiti-coperture di materiale
infiammabile o sensibili al calore devono essere protetti da pannelli protettivi di materiale isolante.
Verificare che nel locale tecnico d’installazione del sistema caldaia e serbatoio vi siano gli spazi laterali e posteriori
necessari per la manutenzione e la pulizia delle apparecchiature, dei condotti dei fumi di scarico e della canna
fumaria . Verificare inoltre che il serbatoio pellet della caldaia e quello supplementare siano facilmente accessibili
per il caricamento ed il controllo del livello di combustibile .
Le distanze minime di manutenzione e di sicurezza devono rispettare la tabella di seguito riportata :
Prima di fissare il serbatoio aggiuntivo occorre operare sulla caldaia dal lato in cui si vuole l’installazione operando
come segue:
- staccare i pretranci per il passaggio del tubo coclea e dei cavi elettrici ;
- togliere il relativo tappo dalla tramoggia ;
- fissare il tubo distanziale flangiato con le viti dall’esterno caldaia verso l’interno ;
- verificare la presenza del sensore di livello all’interno della tramoggia pellet della Caldaia .

Per collegare il serbatoio predisposto standard SX alla caldaia operare come segue (fare riferimento all’esploso della
caldaia al cap.3) :
-verificare che le parti del serbatoio siano correttamente montate per il collegamento sul lato sinistro
della caldaia e che il tubo di collegamento (15) sia separato dall’accessorio e installato sulla caldaia ;
- verificare la presenza della protezione motoriduttore (3) all’interno del serbatoio , togliere le due
fascette di trasporto e riporre temporaneamente in sicurezza il pezzo in attesa delle altre fasi ;
-avvicinare il serbatoio al lato sinistro della caldaia ;
-portare alla quota di collegamento caldaia - serbatoio agendo sui piedini di livellamento del serbatoio ;
-bloccare con il tubo di collegamento (15) il sistema caldaia-serbatoio fissando le 4 viti dall’interno del
serbatoio aggiuntivo ;
-sistemare il gruppo coclea-motoriduttore (17) affinchè il canale di scarico sia concentrico con il tubo-
distanziale (15) e che la finestra inferiore di prelievo pellet sia collocata correttamente nel fondo del
serbatoio;
-bloccare la posizione del tubo gruppo coclea con la fascetta (19) ;
-montare la protezione motoriduttore (3) precedentemente rimossa dalla posizione di trasporto ;
-fissare le staffe inferiori , montate al basamento della caldaia, sul lato interno del serbatoio ; tale
operazione ha bisogno della rimozione dei pannelli anteriori e posteriori dello stesso serbatoio .
-eseguire i collegamenti elettrici nella scheda della caldaia rimuovendo la parete posteriore, ponendo
attenzione ai punti di attraversamento serbatoio e caldaia ed evitando il contatto con le parti calde
dell’impianto di scarico fumi e idraulico ;
-rimontare i pannelli serbatoio e caldaia precedentemente rimossi e verificare il corretto funzionamento.

7Montaggio SERBATOIO aggiuntivo su lato DX caldaia
Per il montaggio del serbatoio sul lato di destra della caldaia è indispensabile trasformare l’accessorio e predisporlo
per il fissaggio a Dx operando come segue :
- smontare lo sportello pellet (1) , il coperchio fisso posteriore (3) e l’asta di blocco apertura sportello (13)
- smontare la staffa fissaggio coperchi (2)
- staccare la protezione interna motoriduttore (4) dalle fascette di trattenimento
- smontare la staffa porta fascetta (7) e la fascetta di bloccaggio tubo trasporto pellet (8)
- smontare la parete posteriore (5)
- smontare e sfilare il tubo completo di coclea e motoriduttore (6)
- smontare le griglie di protezione (11-12)
- smontare il tappo uscita canale scarico pellet (10)
- smontare se montato il tubo distanziale flangiato (9) e fissarlo alla caldaia come precedentemente indicato
- smontare i pannelli anteriore e posteriore e i relativi tappi d’ispezione (10) .
Per rimontare i componenti precedentemente smontati seguire l’ordine di seguito descritto :
-ruotare e montare dalla parte opposta la griglia di protezione lato
di carico (11) ;
-montare dalla parte opposta senza ruotarla la griglia lato coclea
(12);
-montare il pannello posteriore (5) dalla parte opposta mantenendo
le feritoie d’areazione dalla parte del motoriduttore ;
-inserire e fissare il tubo con coclea e motoriduttore (6) ;
-fissare la staffa porta fascetta (7) e accostare la fascetta (8) ;
-montare all’interno del serbatoio la staffa di sostegno coperchi (2);
-montare lo sportello pellet (1), il coperchio fisso (3) e l’asta di
blocco (13) nella maniera opposta da come smontati ; l’asta va
montata dalla parte opposta al lato del motoriduttore;
-montare i tappi d’ispezione della tramoggia con il sensore di livello
posizionato dal lato corretto ;
-rimuovere i pressacavi presenti sulla parete laterale e fissarli negli
altri fori micro giuntati, staccando le micro giunzioni ;
-montare i pannelli anteriore e posteriore ;
-fissare il tappo (10) nel foro uscita pellet non utilizzato ;

Per collegare il serbatoio predisposto DX alla caldaia operare come segue :
-avvicinare il serbatoio al lato destro della caldaia ;
-portare alla quota di collegamento caldaia - serbatoio agendo sui piedini di livellamento del serbatoio ;
-bloccare con il tubo di collegamento (9) il sistema caldaia-serbatoio fissando le 4 viti dall’interno del
serbatoio aggiuntivo ;
-sistemare il gruppo coclea-motoriduttore (6) affinchè il canale di scarico sia concentrico con il tubo-
distanziale (9) e che la finestra inferiore di prelievo pellet sia collocata correttamente nel fondo del
serbatoio;
-bloccare la posizione del tubo gruppo coclea con la fascetta (8) ;
-montare la protezione motoriduttore (4) ;
-fissare le staffe inferiori , montate al basamento della caldaia, sul lato interno del serbatoio ; tale
operazione ha bisogno della rimozione dei pannelli anteriore –posteriore dello stesso serbatoio .
-eseguire i collegamenti elettrici nella scheda della caldaia rimuovendo la parete posteriore, ponendo
attenzione ai punti di attraversamento serbatoio e caldaia ed evitando il contatto con le parti calde
dell’impianto di scarico fumi e idraulico ;
-rimontare i pannelli serbatoio e caldaia precedentemente rimossi e verificare il corretto funzionamento.
8 Messa fuori servizio del serbatoio
Nel momento in cui si decide di non utilizzare definitivamente l’apparecchio, scollegare l’alimentazione elettrica e
scaricare completamente il pellet dal serbatoio. Per provvedere allo smaltimento del serbatoio, è necessario
sigillarlo all’interno di un robusto imballo e contattare gli organismi locali preposti per queste operazioni in modo da
procedere secondo le norme locali vigenti, oppure riconsegnarlo al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di una
nuova apparecchiatura similare .
Ai sensi dell’art.13 del Decreto Legislativo n°151 del 25 luglio 2005 di attuazione della Direttiva
2002/96/CE del 23 Febbraio 2003 sui Rifiuti di Apparecchiature Elettriche ed Elettroniche relative alle
misure e procedure finalizzate a prevenire la produzione di rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed
elettroniche, denominate RAEE, promuovendo il reimpiego , il riciclaggio e altre forme di recupero in
modo da ridurne la quantità da avviare allo smaltimento e migliorando l’intervento dei soggetti che
partecipano al ciclo di vita di tali prodotti .
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’etichetta dell’apparecchiatura indica che il prodotto alla fine della
propria vita utile deve essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri rifiuti urbani .

9 Condizioni di garanzia
La Ditta COLA garantisce i propri prodotti secondo le norme attualmente in vigore , ad esclusione delle parti
soggette a normale usura . Per le condizioni di garanzia rivolgersi all’importatore o al rappresentante autorizzato, il
quale può integrare il periodo della garanzia obbligatoria con un periodo supplementare a sua totale ed esclusiva
responsabilità. La garanzia del prodotto decade per qualsiasi inconveniente, rottura o incidente dovuto al mancato
rispetto o applicazione delle indicazioni contenute nel presente manuale .
- Il serbatoio deve essere utilizzato solo ed esclusivamente per accumulare pellet di legno sfuso
unicamente in abbinamento alla caldaia a pellet di produzione COLA sia in posizione Sx che Dx .
- Installazioni non conformi e/o impieghi diversi da quelli descritti nel manuale non garantiscono il corretto
funzionamento, rendono pericoloso l’utilizzo dell’accessorio ed escludono il produttore dalla Garanzia .
- Immagazzinare il pellet in luogo asciutto e privo di umidità .
- Con il tempo nel serbatoio pellet si accumula della polvere che potrebbe compromettere la regolare
alimentazione pertanto si consiglia prima della ricarica pellet di rimuovere la polvere dove è presente.
- Evitare il caricamento nel serbatoio di combustibili non conformi .
- Evitare il caricamento nel serbatoio di corpi estranei quali contenitori , scatole , sacchetti , metalli etc…
- L’utilizzo di pellet scadenti e non conforme , danneggia e compromette il funzionamento dell’apparecchio
e della caldaia facendo decadere la validità della garanzia con esclusione della responsabilità da parte
del costruttore .
La ditta si riserva di apportare in qualsiasi momento, senza preavviso alcuno, eventuali modifiche tecniche od estetiche ai prodotti.
I disegni, le misure, gli schemi ed ogni altra configurazione, sono qui riportati solo a scopo esemplificativo.

1 Safety rules
- Read the supplementary hopper installation instructions carefully before carrying out any operation on the
accessory.
-Have installation, the electrical connection, testing and maintenance of the hopper next to the pellet boiler done by
a qualified and/or authorised technician.
- In case of operation faults, the boiler with hopper can only be relit after eliminating the cause of the problem.
- Any tampering and/or unauthorised replacement with non-original parts of the hopper can create a risk for the
user's safety and relieves the manufacturer of any civil or penal liability.
- Make sure the unit is unplugged and cold before carrying out any work on it.
- Connect the boiler to an approved, easily accessed and adequately grounded 230 V - 50 Hz power outlet and
carry out the hopper - boiler connections in compliance with the current regulations and proper installation
technique.
- The hopper must only be used for holding loose wood pellets in conjunction with our boiler.
- Do not modify the safety or adjustment devices without the manufacturer's express permission.
- In case of fire, turn the boiler off, disconnect the power supply, use an approved fire extinguisher and request
immediate assistance from the Fire Department, avoiding continued attempts to extinguish it.
- Children must be supervised to make sure they do not play with the units.
- Arrange the power cable and any cables of external sensors so that they do not touch hot parts of the boiler.
- Only use original replacement parts recommended by the manufacturer.
The manufacturer declines any liability for problems, breakage or accidents caused by failure to follow or
apply the instructions contained in this manual.
2 Conditions of supply
The supplementary pellet hopper is complete with supporting structure, covering with a safety protection, pellet
auger, auger gearmotor and boiler LH or RH mounting connections-supports.
The accessory is supplied in a wooden crate, suitably protected by a nylon wrap.
The hopper complete with packing can be lifted using a lift truck, inserting the forks (of suitable length) in the special
spaces in the wooden pallet.
Hopper storage and transport must be carried out avoiding exposure to rain or persistent moisture which can cause
permanent damage to the structure and electrical-electronic components.
3 Technical data and conditions of use
The pellet hopper only works in conjunction with the boiler in LH or RH position.
Pellet loading occurs only from the compartment, which is uncovered by
opening the door.
For the purpose of safety against accidental closing, there is a rod that blocks the
position of the door after opening, allowing safe loading of pellets in the hopper; to
close it, just operate on the rod groove and guide the door down to the stop.
During operation the door must remain completely closed.
Operation occurs by boiler commands at the time of the request, for a fixed time.
The supplementary hopper is fitted with a level sensor that controls the presence
pellets during operation and in case of no pellets displays the alarm via the boiler
control panel.

5 Preparation of boiler and place of installation
Before installing the hopper, make sure the pellet boiler is installed according to the instructions in the manual and
in compliance with the current regulations.
Make sure the electrical system and sockets are suitable for the maximum absorption
of the boiler and hopper.
The boiler must also be suitably separated from flammable or combustible materials by means of air spaces or the
use of appropriate protective insulation; floors and/or ceiling-coverings in flammable or heat sensitive material must
be protected by panels of insulating material.
Make sure that in the place of installation there are spaces at the sides and rear of the boiler, necessary for
servicing and cleaning the unit, fume ducts and the flue. Also make sure the boiler pellet hopper and supplementary
hopper are easily accessible for loading and checking the fuel level.
The minimum distances for maintenance and safety must comply with the following table:
Before securing the supplementary hopper, operate on the boiler from the side for installation, proceeding as
follows:
- remove the knockouts for the auger tube and electrical cables;
- remove the relevant cap from the hopper;
- fix the flanged spacer tube with screws from the outside of the boiler inwards;
- check for the level sensor in the boiler pellet hopper.

6 Installing the supplementary HOPPER on boiler LH side
To connect the hopper to the boiler LH side, proceed as follows ( rif. figure Cap.3 ) :
-make sure the parts of the hopper are properly fitted for connection on the left side of the boiler and
that the connection tube (15) is separated from the accessory and installed on the boiler;
- check the presence of the gearmotor protection (3) inside the hopper, remove the two transport clamps
and temporarily put the part in safety status awaiting the other stages;
-bring the hopper near the left side of the boiler;
-bring the boiler - hopper to the connection level by adjusting the hopper levelling feet;
-secure the boiler-hopper system with the connection tube (15), fixing the 4 screws from inside the
supplementary hopper;
-arrange the auger-gearmotor assembly (17) so that the unloading channel is concentric with the tube-
spacer (15) and the lower pellet window is properly positioned in the bottom of the hopper;
-secure the position of the auger assembly tube with the clamp (19);
-fit the gearmotor protection (3) previously removed from the transport position;
-fix the bottom brackets, fitted to the boiler base, on the inner side of the hopper; this operation requires
the removal of the front and rear hopper panels.
-carry out the boiler board electrical connections by removing the rear wall, paying attention to the
hopper and boiler crossing points and avoiding contact with hot parts of the hydraulic and fume
exhaust system;
-refit the previously removed hopper and boiler panels and check proper operation.

7 Installing the supplementary HOPPER on boiler RH side
To install the hopper on the right side of the boiler is essential to convert the accessory and prepare it for
RH fixing as follows:
- remove the pellet door (1), the fixed rear cover (3) and the door opening blocking rod (13)
- remove the cover fixing bracket (2)
- detach the gearmotor internal protection (4) from the retaining clamps
- remove the clamp bracket (7) and the pellet tube clamp (8)
- remove the rear wall (5)
- disassemble and remove the tube complete with auger and gearmotor (6)
- remove the protection grilles (11-12)
- remove the pellet unloading channel outlet cap (10)
- remove (if fitted) the flanged spacer tube (9) and fix it to the boiler as previously indicated
- remove the front and rear panels and the related inspection caps (10) .
To refit the previously removed parts, proceed as follows:
-rotate and fit the loading side protection grille (11) on the opposite
side;
-fit the auger side grille (12) on the opposite side without rotating it;
-fit the rear panel (5) on the opposite side, keeping the ventilation
slots on the gearmotor side;
-insert and fix the tube with auger and gearmotor (6);
-fix the clamp bracket (7) and bring the clamp (8) near;
-fit the cover support bracket (2) inside the hopper;
-fit the pellet door (1), fixed cover (3) and blocking rod (13) by
carrying out the removal procedure in reverse order; the rod is
mounted on the opposite side to the side of the gearmotor;
-Install the plugs inspection of the hopper with the level sensor
positioned on the correct side;
-remove the cable glands on the side wall and fix holes in the other
micro spliced, removing the micro joints;
-Fit the front and rear panels;
-fix the cap (10) in the unused hole;

To connect the RH arranged hopper to the boiler, proceed as follows:
-bring the hopper near the right side of the boiler;
-bring the boiler - hopper to the connection level by adjusting the hopper levelling feet;
-secure the boiler-hopper system with the connection tube (9), fixing the 4 screws from inside the
supplementary hopper;
-arrange the auger-gearmotor assembly (17) so that the unloading channel is concentric with the tube-
spacer (15) and the lower pellet window is properly positioned in the bottom of the hopper;
-secure the position of the auger assembly tube with the clamp (19);
-fit the gearmotor protection (4);
-fix the bottom brackets, fitted to the boiler base, on the inner side of the hopper; this operation requires
the removal of the front and rear hopper panels.
-carry out the boiler board electrical connections by removing the rear wall, paying attention to the
hopper and boiler crossing points and avoiding contact with hot parts of the hydraulic and fume
exhaust system;

8 Stove decommissioning
When the unit is no longer to be used, disconnect it from the power supply and empty all pellets from the hopper.
For disposal, the hopper must be sealed inside strong packing; contact the local authority in charge of such
operations in order to proceed according to the current local regulations, or take it to the dealer when purchasing a
similar new unit.
Under Article 13 Leg. Decree No. 151 of 25 July 2005 implementing Directive 2002/96/EC of 23
February 2003 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and procedures relating to measures
aimed at preventing the production of waste electrical and electronic equipment, called WEEE,
promoting reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery in order to reduce the amount to be sent for
disposal and improving the intervention of parties participating in the life cycle of these products.
The barred waste bin symbol on the label of the unit indicates that, at the end of its service life, it must be collected
separately from other household waste.
9 Warranty conditions
COLA guarantees its products, except for parts subject to normal wear, in accordance with the current regulations.
For the warranty terms, please contact the importer or the authorised agent who can integrate the compulsory
warranty period with an additional period under his sole and exclusive responsibility.
The product warranty is invalidated for any trouble, breakage or accident due to failure to comply with or apply the
instructions provided in this manual.
- The hopper must only be used to hold loose wood pellets solely in combination with COLA boiler
in LH and RH position.
- Non-conforming installations and/or uses other than those described in the manual do not guarantee
correct operation; they make the use of the accessory dangerous and invalidate the Manufacturer's
warranty.
- Store the pellets in a dry place.
- Any dust accumulated in the hopper could affect proper
pellet feeding, therefore it is advisable to remove the dust before loading pellets.
- Do not load non-conforming fuels in the hopper.
- Do not put foreign bodies such as containers, boxes, bags, metals, etc., in the hopper.
-The use of poor quality or non-conforming pellets will damage and compromise the unit's operation,
invalidating the warranty and relieving the manufacturer of any liability.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to make technical or aesthetic changes to the products at any time without notice.
The drawings, measurements, diagrams and any other configurations are given only by way of example.

1 Sicherheitshinweise
- Lesen Sie die Einbauanleitungen des zusätzlichen Behälters aufmerksam durch, bevor Sie irgendwelche Eingriffe
am Zubehör vornehmen.
- Installation, elektrischer Anschluss, Abnahme und Wartung des neben dem Pelletkessel aufgestellten Behälters
sind durch einen qualifizierten und/oder autorisierten Techniker durchzuführen.
- Bei Betriebsstörungen dürfen der Kessel und der dazugehörende Behälter erst nach Beseitigung der
Problemursache wieder eingeschaltet werden.
- Jegliche Änderung und/oder jegliches nicht zulässige Auswechseln durch Nicht-Originalersatzteile des Behälters
ist eine Gefahr für die Benutzer und enthebt den Hersteller von jeder zivil- und strafrechtlicher Haftung.
- Vor jedem Eingriff muss sichergestellt werden, dass der Netzstecker gezogen und das Gerät kalt ist.
- Den Kessel an eine leicht zugängliche vorschriftsmäßige Steckdose mit Spannungswerten 230 Volt - 50 Hz und
angemessener Erdung anschließen und die Anschlüsse zwischen Behälter und Kessel unter Befolgung der
geltenden Vorschriften und der anerkannten Regeln der Technik vornehmen.
- Der Behälter darf ausschließlich für die Lagerung von losen Holzpellets und nur in Verbindung mit dem von uns
gebauten Kessel verwendet werden.
- Die Sicherheits- oder Regelvorrichtungen dürfen nicht ohne vorherige Genehmigung des Herstellers verändert
werden.
- Im Brandfall den Kessel abschalten, die Spannungszufuhr trennen, einen zugelassenen Feuerlöscher verwenden
und sofort die Feuerwehr rufen, ohne weitere Löschversuche zu unternehmen.
- Kinder müssen beaufsichtigt werden und dürfen nicht mit den Geräten spielen.
- Das Netzkabel und die Kabel der Außentemperaturfühler müssen so positioniert werden, dass kein Kontakt mit
heißen Kesselteilen möglich ist.
- Ausschließlich die vom Hersteller empfohlenen Ersatzteile benutzen.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Störungen, Schäden oder Unfälle, die auf die Missachtung bzw.
Nichteinhaltung der Hinweise in dieser Betriebsanleitung zurückzuführen sind.
2 Lieferbedingungen
Der zusätzliche Behälter für die Pelletzuführung ist mit Tragestruktur, Verkleidung mit Sicherheitseinrichtungen,
Pellets-Förderschnecke, Getriebemotor für den Antrieb der Förderschnecke sowie mit Anschlüssen und Stützen für
die Verbindung mit dem Kessel ausgestattet und für die Montage links oder rechts am Kessel vorgesehen.
Das Zubehör wird in einer Lattenkiste geliefert, die mit einer Nylonfolie geschützt ist. Der Behälter samt Verpackung
kann mit einem Gabelstapler angehoben werden, indem die ausreichend langen Gabeln an den passenden Stellen
in der Holzpalette eingeführt werden. Bei Lagerung und Transport des Behälters ist darauf zu achten, dass er
keinem Regen oder anhaltender Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt wird, da dadurch bleibende Schäden an der Struktur und
an den elektrischen/elektronischen Komponenten verursacht werden können.
3 Technische Daten und Einsatzbedingungen
Der Pelletbehälter funktioniert ausschließlich in Verbindung mit dem Kessel und kann sowohl links als auch rechts
installiert werden.
Die Pelletbeschickung erfolgt nur aus dem Raum, der durch Öffnen der
beweglichen Klappe freigelegt wird.
Aus Sicherheitsgründe wird die Klappe in geöffneter Stellung mit einer Stange
blockiert, damit sie nicht zuklappen kann und somit ein sicheres Einfüllen der
Pellets in den Behälter möglich ist; um die Klappe wieder zu schließen, die
Einrastung der Stange betätigen und die Klappe mit der Hand bis zum unteren
Anschlag führen.
Während des Betriebs muss die Klappe ganz geschlossen sein.
Der Betrieb erfolgt kesselgesteuert bei Bedarf für eine vorgegebene Dauer. Im
Einfülltrichter des zusätzlichen Behälters ist ein Füllstandssensor installiert, der
während des Betriebs kontrolliert, ob Pellets vorhanden sind und auf dem
Bedienpanel des Kessels die entsprechende Alarmmeldung auslöst, wenn die
Pellets aufgebraucht sind.Unten sind die Ansichten in der Version für Montage
links (Standardlieferung) abgebildet.
