
Power
PixelWhip uses a single 18650 protected circuit Li-Ion battery
for power (battery & charger included).
CAUTION: non protected 18650 could damage your Pix-
elWhip. If you buy extra batteries from another source, make
sure they have a protected-circuit.
To power PixelWhip, insert battery with positive (+) end to-
wards berhead and screw cap/handle together. When battery
run out, PixelWhip will blink red 3 times to indicate low power,
then power o.
NOTE:When you 1st recieve your PixelWhip, battery may
not be fully charged. To change battery, plug charger into
power source and insert battery. Charger light will glow green
once fully charged. To reach max capacity, battery may need to
charge for 8hrs or more. Battery can continue to trickle charge
even aer green light.
Optical ber care:
Store and transport PixelWhip’s berhead in bag (included) to
protect from unintentional tangling and damage.
To clean and keep the bers untangled and smoothly owing,
use small amount of silicone lubricant on a cloth; starting at
the berhead, gently wiping down the length of bers.
If radial bearing stops turning smoothly, apply a tiny amount
of WD40 directly into the bearing’s inner race.
IMPORTANT: Taking care not to get WD40 on bers, Unscrew the ber
head, so you can apply WD40 from the back side. Turn the bers in the
bearing to work the WD40 in.
