Receipt and Inspection
Please Note! It is the responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect all
shipments upon arrival. If damages are apparent, have delivering driver
note this on the bill of lading prior to signing for goods. Failure to note
damages at receipt will waive any damage claims.
If damages are present, please contact shipping company IMMEDIATELY
to make a claim.
Warnings and Precautions
DANGER: Product should be only connected to a grounded electrical outlet
protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) to prevent the risk of
electric shock.
DANGER: Always turn off and disconnect from outlet before attempting service
or repairs.
DANGER: Do not allow children to use the pedicure spa without the supervision
of an adult
WARNING: Do not use other electrical corded appliances within 5 feet of the spa
basin.
WARNING: People who use medications and/or have any serious medical history
should consult a physician prior to using a pedicure spa.
CAUTION: Water temperature should be checked prior to use; Water temperature
should not exceed 105 degrees F.
CAUTION: Do not step/stand in/on basin damage to bowl may cause injury
CAUTION: Maximum load capacity of the massage chair is 350 pounds.

Safety Information
- Do not operate this unit without a properly grounded electrical outlet with a
proper GCFI installed.
- Do not attempt to operate unit if the power cord has become damaged
- This unit is not designed for use outdoors or in extreme
temperatures(below 40, above 100)
- Do not operate massage chair on any part of the body that is swollen,
inflamed, or wounded.
- Do not operate unit if it has been damaged or malfunctioning
- Discontinue using this unit if abnormal noises occur.
- Always turn of and disconnect unit from outlet before attempting
service/maintenance
- Check the water temperature before placing feet into the bowl. Water
should not exceed 105 F
- Do not use flammable sprays or gases near Pedicure Spa
- Do not put hands of fingers near the massage mechanisms while the chair
is operating.
- Do not place anything on top of the power cord; Keep clean, dry, away from
anything that may cause damage
- Carefully enter and exit the spa, do not step or stand in the bowl.
- Be careful not to drop anything into the spa basin
- Discontinue use if there is any discomfort experienced during massage.
- Disinfect the spa basin and jets, between each use with the appropriate
disinfectant.
- Do not use the massage chair for more than 15 mins at a time.
- Do not allow children around the spa unsupervised
- Misuse of massage chair can result in damage, injury, or death.
Warning –Electrical grounding instructions
Professional Electrician Installation/Instruction highly recommended
The massage chair and basin combo must be grounded via a GFCI(Ground Fault
Circuit Interrupter) to prevent electrical shock in case of damaged or
malfunctioning electrical components.
Never use product without properly grounded plug!

Drain Pipe Outlet: 1”Schedule 40 PVC Coupler @ rear of spa connected via
telescopic drain pipe.
Gravity type drainage systems do not require back flow fitting, Optional discharge
pump/wall drain systems require a check valve to be installed at the drain pipe outlet
after the telescopic drain pipe. Use 1”PVC slip check valve after the telescopic drain
pipe.

Unboxing and Wall Clearance
When you receive your pallet from the truck, please do a thorough inspection for
damages to the outside of the box. Holes, scratches, scrapes, collapses, and missing
boxes should be reported to the driver immediately and should be noted on the bill of
lading prior to signing for the packages.
When removing boxes from the pallet please remove with care as boxes are large and
heavy, Start with removing the 4 thinner boxes on the side, you will need 2+ people to
help remove the box from the top (Approx. 160lbs), the middle 2 boxes are the basins.
Be careful not to drop or have anything dropped on these boxes as they are glass and
fragile.
Once the boxes are removed from the pallet. Carefully remove strap on massage chair
box and lift the carton over the chair. Remove the rest of the packing foam and
cardboard.

Wall Clearance
Please place spas with at least 20 inches away from the wall at during its most upright
position.

Installation Instructions
Basin assembly –Diamond Base
Preparing Drain Pipe Assembly - Place threaded cap portion of the drain coupler onto
the telescopic drain pipe, apply PVC Glue to the outside of the pipe and inside edge of
flange(see picture). Please allow glue to fully set prior to use. (See directions on glue
bottle)
Mounting the brackets - The shorter flanged motor bracket is to be mounted in the
center of the spa chair using the 3rd and 5th holes from the motor bracket (see picture)
using the two 1”bolts. The taller flanged drain pipe bracket is to be mounted to the left
of the motor bracket using the same 3rd and 5th holes also with the two 1”bolts.

Installing Basin - Mount the motor to the bracket using the large clevis pin and clip.
Connect the 2 wiring harnesses (1 black and 1 white) to the spa chair, Turn on spa
chair and push and hold the left arrow button to send the push rod forward until it stops.
Install Bearing Block Guide using the 4 longer 1 ½” bolts and Allen wrench tool
provided.

Push basin under chair and align the push rod assembly to the rear of the basin, attach
using large clevis pin and clip. Run the hot and cold supply lines underneath control
box, and fasten the teloscopic drain pipe to the threaded drain on the rear of the spa.
Mount the rear of the drain pipe to the drain mounting bracket using the smaller clevis
pin and clip.
If extension cords are required please be sure to use a 12 gauge cord.

Basin Assembly –Crystal Base
Preparing Drain Pipe Assembly - Place threaded cap portion of the drain coupler onto
the telescopic drain pipe, apply PVC Glue to the outside of the pipe and inside edge of
flange(see picture). Please allow glue to fully set prior to use. (See directions on glue
bottle)

center of the spa chair using the 2nd and 4th holes from the motor bracket (see picture)
using the two 1”bolts. The taller flanged drain pipe bracket is to be mounted to the left
of the motor bracket using the same 2rd and 4th holes also with the two 1”bolts.

Installing Basin - Mount the motor to the bracket using the large clevis pin and clip.
Connect the 2 wiring harnesses (black and white) to the spa chair, Turn on spa chair
and push and hold the left arrow button to send the push rod forward until it stops.
Push basin under chair and align the push rod assembly to the rear of the basin, attach
using large clevis pin and clip. Run the hot and cold supply lines underneath control
box, and fasten the drain pipe to the threaded drain on the rear of the spa.
Mount the rear of the drain pipe to the drain mounting bracket using the smaller clevis
pin and clip.
If extension cords are required please be sure to use a 12 gauge cord.

Care and maintenance
After each use:
- Make sure that the Jet motor is turned off, wait for impeller to come to a complete
stop
- Remove Impeller housing from magnetic motor and disassemble
- Sanitize Impeller assembly(Jet Cover, Impeller, and Motor base/shaft) & basin
bowl with Anti-Bacterial Solution(DO NOT USE ACETONE)
- Rinse Impeller assembly and basin bowl with cool water
- Massage Chair upholstery can be cleaned with a clean damp cloth, clean off any
residue left from pedicure after each use to prevent stains.
End of the day:
- Check all air, water, and electrical connections for cracks, leaks, or damage
- Wipe down chair/basin with damp cloth to prevent stains
- Dust/clean control box with dry cloth or duster to prevent overheating
Periodic Maintenance
- Inspection/lubrication of massage roller and track is required every 6 months to
ensure proper function and long service life.
- Prior to inspection please ensure that the unit is off and unplugged.
- To get to massage rollers, begin by removing the covers on the front of the chair,
and removing the black friction cloth by unzipping on all sides.
- Inspect motor track(white delrin tracks on the left and the right) for damage or
foreign objects, as well as proper lubrication(light film of grease on the track)
- If the track seems dry or under lubricated, lubricate using white lithium grease that
can be purchased from local auto parts store.

Limited Warranty
All Fiori 8000 purchases includes a limited warranty for the original purchaser.
This warranty covers the Massage Chair, Spa bases, and their components to be
free of Material, Workmanship, Manufacturing defects for up to one year from the
original purchase date. No other warranties expressed or implied.
Purchaser is responsible for all labor and shipping costs. W.S. Industries, Inc. is
not liable for any damages or reduction in performance directly or indirectly
resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, freight damage,
water damage, neglect, improper cleaning techniques or solutions, improper
application or installation, or normal wear and tear. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts. So the above limitations may not apply to
you. W.S. Industries, Inc. covers replacement parts only for defective items,
replacement parts for damaged items can be purchased.
W.S. Industries, Inc. is not warranted in any way, except as expressly stated in
this limited warranty and by operation of law
By using this pedicure spa, the Purchaser agrees that the obligation of W.S.
Industries, Inc. shall not extend to indirect or consequential damage, injury,
serious bodily harm, or death which may result from pedicure spa use.
Purchaser agrees that the obligations of W.S. Industries, Inc. are limited to those
set herein and that there are no other obligations except those expressly agreed
to in writing by W.S. Industries, Inc. No dealer or other person has any authority
to bind W.S. Industries, Inc. to changes or additions to this warranty or its
products; accordingly, W.S. Industries, Inc. is not responsible for any such
warranties or representations.
