not store the product indoors with freshly used coals; burning charcoal releases carbon monoxide,
which is toxic to humans and animals.

WARNING: To avoid re, burns, or other serious personal injury
• Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Extra caution is necessary when using this product near
children.
• Do not use this product if you are under the inuence of alcohol or prescription/non-prescription
drugs, as these substances may impair your ability to safely use the product.
• Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use.
• Do not move the product while it is in use or hot; allow the product to cool completely before handling.

• Ensure the product is fully and securely assembled before each use.
• Keep hair, clothing, and jewelry away from the coals when lighting and away from ames.
• Do not touch hot surfaces; always wear protective, heat-resistant mitts/gloves when using this
product.
• Do not use this product on or near recreational vehicles or boats.
• Do not insert use paper, cardboard, or similar material into the ames or coals.
• Do not repair or repaint the product; discard if damaged.
• Do not build large res in this product; it is intended for small res only.
• Always place the product on a at, level, stable, heat-resistant surface.
• When the appliance is in use, the handle can reach extreme temperatures that can cause serious
injury to an unprotected hand. Use an appropriate heat resistant glove or pad when handling.
• The necessity for maintaining proper clearances from combustible construction is 10 feet (3M), which
is the specic minimum clearances from such construction to the sides and back of the outdoor
appliance, and that the appliance shall not be used under overhead combustible construction.

SAFETY & CARE ADVICE
WARNING
The appliance is designed for use with gas cylinder 11KGS.
Standard gas cartridge with screw thread 7/16“ can also be used with the adapter included in delivery.
The gas bottle must not be placed for use under the lateral tables.
Use exclusively gas cartridges and bottles which comply with the national safety regulations.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Allow the product to cool completely before relocating or cleaning it
CAUTION: Inspect regularly for loose parts, tightening them as necessary
Cleaning & Storage
After a few uses, clean the product by using a sponge with warm water and a mild soap. For
baked on debris, soak the parts in warm water and then scrub with a mild scrubbing sponge.
If needed, use a heavy duty scrubbing pad to clean the grids only. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Clean the remaining parts by wiping with the soft side of a damp sponge. NOTICE: Do not use
abrasive cleners or solvents to clean the product.
Store in a dry and sheltered location when not in use.
Rust on Metal Finishes
Rust and corrosion are unavoidable when metal products are used outdoors. All metal will rust
or corrode in some manner over time with exposure to the elements. To help prevent rust and
corrosion; Keep the product out of rain and other inclement weather as much as possible
Avoid causing nicks in the metal where corrosion or rust may form.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
WARNING
• To avoid burns, always wear protective oven mitts or non-ammable, heat-resistant gloves
while using the Grill.
• Do not touch hot surfaces.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
For the rst time use, we strongly recommend to have it burn for over 30 minutes without any
food load.
LIGHTING
1. Remove lid,upper layer body,cooking grates and drip pan. Make sure charcoal grate sits
inside the charcoal pan,and the charcoal pan is securely rested on all 3 legs.
2. Open door to the lower layer body.If possible, face open door to the wind to enhance re
starting and air circulation within the smoker..
3. Place charcoal or wood(not pine wood) into a pyramid shape,in the center of the charcoal
grate.
4. Start the re while leaving lid, upper layer body and drip pan o. Allow charcoal/wood to burn
for about 25 minutes. The coals should be lightly coated in gray ash before starting to cook.
Spread coals/wood evenly over the charcoal grate to obtain even re. Close door on the
lower layer body.
KEEP THE SMOKING GOING
1. Place drip pan securely on the 3 support brackets of the lower layer body.
2. You can ll this pan with a little bit of water.
3. Place a cooking grate dircetly on top of the drip pan. Place food on the cooking grate in a
single layer with spaces between each piece.This allows smoke and heat to circulate evenly
all around the food.
4. Place upper layer body on top of the lower layer body. Keep door closed.
5. Position the other cooking grate on the support brackets of the upper layer body, and make
sure the rim of the cooking grate is resting rmly on the support brackets. Place food on the
cooking grate.
6. Place lid on the smoker and start cooking!
COOKING TIPS
1. During the smoking process, don’t lifting the lid to check food. Opened lid allows heat to
escape, making additional cooking time necessary.
2. When removing lid during cooking, lift it towards the side instead of straight up. Lifting lid
straight up creates an air ow within the smoker, which will suck up ashes onto the food.

REGULATING THE FIRE
1. It’s absolutely necessary to keep a consistent ,even and low heat environment of +/-70’C
inside your smoker. You should just be able to touch the outside of the smoker in area of the
dish without burning your hand.
2. If the re is too hot, place lid on smoker and close lid air vent. You can also add in some wet
wood chips on the re. This will lower the temperature and also build up a smoldering smoke
for enhanced avor.
3. If the re is too low, enlarge lid air vent and access door to the lower layer body to let air in
and build up the re.
ADDING WATER DURING COOKING
1. Pour water slowly with a funnel or container with a spout through the access door of upper
layer body.
ADDING CHARCOAL/WOOD DURING COOKING
1. Slowly remove lid from smoker, and carefully open access door to the lower layer body with
barbecue mitts
2. Use a long tong to add charcoal or wood , avoiding to stir-up ashes and sparks.
3. Close door and place lid back on the smoker once the charcoal or wood is burning strong
again.
EXTINGUISHING FIRE
1. Place lid on the smoker
2. Simply close all air vents and doors to extinguish re. Also try covering coals with sand. Never
use water!
HINTS & PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
• This smoker can only be used outdoors.
• Always install this product on a solid surface away from ammable and meltable materails
• Do not use the smoker when it is windy
• Use the smoker only after it is completely assembled and all parts are rmly in place
• Never move the smoker before the re is completely extinguished and the smoker is cooled
o completely.
• Keep children and pets at a safe distance when using.
• Never use liquid fuel to light or stir up the re.
• Protect yourselves against the re and steam when opening lid or access doors when the
smoker is in use
