APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE
AIRPLANE HOPSCOTCH
Product Number: 18-3W-083
SIZE: approximately 10 feet long x 10 feet wide
ESTIMATED PAINT TIME: approximately 1 – 2 people
for 2 – 4 hours.
FIRST READ: Completely read “General Instructions”
attached to this document. Prepare surfaces as
recommended before painting.
1. Place STENCILs in desired location aligned as shown below. Paint with desired color.
Repeat 1-2 more times to achieve desired vividness, drying after each application, and
remove STENCILs. It should look like the illustration to below right.
2. Once completely dry, align STENCILs wing tips, windshield and numbered circles to
painted pavement as shown. Paint desired colors. Repeat 1-2 more times to achieve
desired vividness, drying after each application, and remove STENCILs. Let dry. It should
like below right.

3. Paint gaps with brushes, freehand, if desired. Repeat 1-2 more times to achieve desired
vividness, drying after each application. Painted pavement should appear below left.
Align STENCIL of wing detail as shown below right, paint as desired, let dry and align to
other side of wing as shown below right. Repeat 1-2 more times to achieve desired
vividness, drying after each application.
4. Painted pavement should appear as below. Allow all paint to dry for a minimum of 24
hours.
