2. Be sure all screws, nuts, and bolts are tightened prior to use.
3. Before using this equipment, we recommend doing warm ups and stretching of the major muscle
groups.
4. Only one person should be using the equipment at a time.
5. Never operate this Equipment if it is damaged, if it is not working properly, has been dropped, or
damaged. If a problem is encountered contact Customer Service before using the equipment again.
6. Always use this equipment on a clear and level surface.
7. For household use only.
8. Do not use outdoors or near water.
9. Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not
recommended by the manufacturer.

ASSEMBLY
Remove the Metal Tubes (B) from the Main Frame (1) by using 6mm Allen Wrench provided.
Discard the metal tubes and any hardware that was attached at this point as they will not be used in
the actual assembly.

ASSEMBLY
Step 1
1a. Front Stabilizer Installation – Lift up the front of the Main Frame (1), and attach the Front
Stabilizer (6) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (1) with two Carriage Bolts (30), two Curve
Washers (31), two Spring Washers (14), and two Cap Nuts (32). Use the Multi Hex Tool with
Phillips Screwdriver to tighten the Cap Nuts (32) until they are firm and secure.
1b. Attach the Adjustable Pad (33) onto the Rear Stabilizer (7) as shown in Fig. A.
1c. Rear Stabilizer Installation – Lift up the rear of the Main Frame (1), and attach the Rear
Stabilizer (7) onto the rear curve of the Main Frame (1) with two Carriage Bolts (30), two Curve
Washers (31), two Spring Washers (14), and two Cap Nuts (32). Use the Multi Hex Tool with
Phillips Screwdriver to tighten the Cap Nuts (32) until they are firm and secure.

Step 2
2a. Installing the Pedal Straps: Install the Left Pedal Strap (25) onto the Left Pedal (24) and the
Right Pedal Strap (27) onto the Right Pedal (26). See Fig. B.
2b. Installing the Left Pedal: Insert the threaded shaft of the Left Pedal (24) into the threaded
hole on the Left Crank (52). Turn the pedal shaft by hand in a counter-clockwise direction. Then
tighten with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
2c. Installing the Right Pedal: Insert the threaded shaft of the Right Pedal (26) into the threaded
hole on the Right Crank (53). Turn the pedal shaft by hand in a clockwise direction. Then tighten
with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

Step 3
3a. Installing the Seat Post: Attach the Knob (28) to the Seat Adjustment Bracket (5). Then
slide the Seat Post (4) into the Main Frame (1) and secure it using the Round Knob (23).
3b. Installing the Seat: Install the Seat (29) on to the Seat Adjustment Bracket (5) and secure it
using the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

4a. Removing the Hardware: Remove seven Hex Bolts (89), seven Spring Washers (14), four
Flat Washers (15) and three Curve Washers (22) from the Main Frame (1) using the 6mm Allen
Wrench provided.
4b. Connecting the Wires: Connect the Console Extension Wire (11) from the Front Post (2) to
the Main Frame Wire (21) from the Main Frame (1).
4c. Installing the Front Post: Slide the Front Post (2) onto the Main Frame (1). Align the holes of
the Front Post (2) and Main Frame (1). Secure the Front Post (2) to the Main Frame (1) with the
previously removed seven Hex Bolts (89), seven Spring Washers (14), four Flat Washers (15)
and three Curve Washers (22). Tighten the Hex Bolts (89) with the 6mm Allen Wrench provided.
4d. Installing the Front Post Cover: Secure the Left and Right Front Post Cover (19) & (20)
onto the Front Post (2) with three Self-Tapping Phillips Screw (18) and two Self-Tapping
Phillips Screws (58) using the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

Step 5
5a. Removing the Hardware: Remove four Hex Bolts (13), four Spring Washers (14) and four
Flat Washers (15) from the Handlebar (3) using the 6mm Allen Wrench provided.
5b. Connecting the Hand Pulse Wires: Connect the Hand Pulse Wire (12) from the Handlebar
(3) with the Hand Pulse Extension Wires (10) from the Front Post (2).
5c. Installing the Handlebar: Attach the Handlebar (3) onto the Front Post (2) with four Hex
Bolts (13), four Spring Washers (14) and four Flat Washers (15) using the 6mm Allen Wrench
provided. Thoroughly tighten the hardware once complete.
5d. Installing the Cover: Align the Handlebar Lower and Upper Cover (17) & (16) and secure
with four Self-Tapping Phillips Screws (18) using the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver
provided.

6a. Removing Hardware: Remove four Phillips Screws (9) from the back of the Console (8)
using the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
6b. Connecting the Wires: Connect the Hand Pulse Extension Wire (10) and Console
Extension Wire (11) from the Front Post (2) to the Upper Hand Pulse Wire (87) and Console
Wire (88) from the Console (8). See Fig. D.
6c. Installing the Console: Attach the Console (8) onto the Front Post (2). Tuck all the excess
wires into the tube of the Front Post (2). Place the Console (8) onto the bracket of the Front Post
(2) and secure it with the four Phillips Screws (9) previously removed. Then tighten with the Multi
Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

7a. Plugging in the Machine – Check the specifications on the Adaptor (35) before plugging into
an outlet. Connect the Adaptor (35) to the Power Supply Cable (34) on the rear of the Left Cover
(56). Then plug the Adaptor (35) into a wall outlet.

Button Functions
START:
1. Begin the desired exercise.
2. Resume exercise when paused.
STOP:
1. While exercising, Press to pause. Press once
more to terminate workout.
2. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the console.
RETURN:
1. Return to the previous screen.
UP ARROW:
1. While exercising, press to increase resistance.
2. In custom setting, press to increase resistance.
DOWN ARROW:
1. While exercising, press to decrease resistance.
2. In custom setting, press to decrease resistance.
OK:
1. Press to confirm the selection.
OK+STOP:
1. Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter Setup mode to change the language,
units of measurement.
UP+DOWN:
1. Turn on or off the LED Tablet Holder Light.
