Setting up the Racing Wheel
(PS4/Xbox One)
1. Insert the main line of the steering wheel to the PS/Xbox USB port and
connect the crystal line of the foot pedals to the interface of the steering
wheel.
2. Turn on the PS4/Xbox console.
3. Connect the original PS4 controller USB line to the guiding port on
the steering wheel. (PS4/Xbox controller must be off).
4. The red LED indicator on the steering wheel lights up steadily after
successful guiding.
5. Press the MODE button on the steering wheel to enter the
PS4/Xbox and you may play the game now or set up the functions
you need.
6. Press the MODE button on the steering wheel during operation of the
PS4/Xbox to enter the main menu.
Note: For the New Consoles there is built in security so you need to connect
through the original controller. This is why is will detect it as a controller and
not a racing wheel
(PC and PS3)
1. Simply connect to console of PC. Racing wheel will automatically be
detected and installed.
2. This will be detected on the PC and PS3 as a “controller”.
3. Launch Game and go into the setting to map out controls. There should
already be default settings. 78
Frequently Asked Questions
Why won’t the steering wheel operate past 90 degrees rotation?
Turn the sensitivity on the steering wheel to LOW in order to take advantage of the full 270
degrees of motion.
High sensitivity will lower the detected range of motion to 90 degrees. This is common for Indy
racing games where small jerks on the steering wheel will make dramatic directional changes at
high speeds.
How do I calibrate & program the Racing Wheel?
Calibration is always done within the software of the game, typically in the settings/options tab
in the menu of the game.
Calibration is actually the game calibrating to the hardware that is being used. It is the game
measuring the range of motion and detecting the input switches and mapping them to the
appropriate in game commands.
Sometimes games recognize repeat devices with memory so you will not need to calibrate the
racing wheel again but sometimes this is not the case and every time you unplug the racing
wheel you may need to re-calibrate. This usually does not take more than a minute.
