Avant de monter vos straplocks, vous devez identi-
er vos pads. Placez sur la planche le pad gauche au
niveau de votre pied gauche et le pad droit au niveau
de votre pied droit. L’inscription se trouve sur le pad
au niveau de l’intérieur du pied.

Pour chaque pad, prenez un straplock gauche ainsi qu’un straplock droit.
L’indication se trouve sur la partie haute du straplock.
• Pour régler un straplock en position ÉTROITE,
l’inscription «NARROW FOOT» doit se trouver
sur l’extérieur du pad.
• Pour régler un straplock en position LARGE,
l’inscription «WIDE FOOT» doit se trouver
sur l’extérieur du pad.

Enler les straplocks dans le strap en passant la
sangle velcro dans le passage prévu.
Rabattre la première sangle velcro sur le strap.
Régler la hauteur du strap en fonction de votre poin-
ture en faisant glisser le strap sur les straplocks.
Rabattre la seconde sangle velcro sur la première.
VOUS AVEZ TROIS POSSIBILITÉS DE RÉGLAGE DES STRAPLOCKS SUR VOTRE PAD
EN FONCTION DE LA LARGEUR DE VOTRE PIED :
Le pad offre trois réglages de longueur :
S / M / L, an de s’adapter à la longueur de votre pied. Ce réglage permet de positionner les orteils
toujours dans le renfoncement prévu à cet effet.
Réglage pieds de largeur moyenne.
Montez le straplock placé à
l’intérieur du pied en position ÉTROITE
et celui placé à l’extérieur
de votre pied en position LARGE.
Réglage pieds larges.
Montez les deux straplocks
en position LARGE.
Réglage pieds ns.
Montez les deux straplocks
en position ÉTROITE.
Pour monter les straplocks sur le pad, présentez le straplock dans le rail de réglage en fonction de vos choix de
largeur et de longueur. Une fois que vous avez positionné le straplock au bon endroit, tirez sur le straplock avec
votre main en donnant un angle. Vous pouvez exercer des mouvements de va et vient pour plus de facilité.

Position S :
Placez les créneaux situés en bas des straplocks
dans les trois encoches en haut du rail de réglage.
Position M :
Placez les créneaux situés en bas des straplocks
dans les trois encoches au centre du rail de réglage.
Position L :
Placez les créneaux situés en bas des straplocks
dans les trois encoches en bas du rail de réglage.
Vous devez tout d’abord distinguer le strap gauche du strap droit. L’indication est inscrite sur une éti-
quette au niveau du velcro de serrage. Lorsque vous montez le strap, cette étiquette doit se trouver à
l’intérieur du pied.

Vous pouvez régler le pad an que votre
pied soit bien au centre de la planche,
cela concerne notamment les per-
sonnes ayant opté pour un réglage S ou
L. Maintenez le pad dans l’angle détermi-
né et avancez le ou reculez le.
Une fois le choix de l’angle et le centrage
fait, venez placer les deux vis avec leurs
rondelles et vissez. ATTENTION : la partie
plate de la tranche des rondelles doit se
trouver du côté du strap. La petite en-
coche qui se trouve sur le côté opposé
vous indiquera l’angle écrit sur le pad.
Positionnez les Platinium3 bindings sur
la planche en fonction de l’angle que
vous souhaitez avoir pour naviguer.
Nous vous recommandons un angle
de 12 degrés.
Sur les Twin-Tips F-ONE, vous avez trois
possibilités de réglage de l’écartement
entre vos pieds (stance).

Lorsque vous démontez vos strap pads
de la planche, vous pouvez visser vos vis
et rondelles dans les trous placés à cet
effet sous le pad. Cela vous évitera de les
chercher ou de les perdre.
Placez la poignée au niveau des inserts
centraux de la planche prévus à cet ef-
fet et vissez. Pour plus de facilité, les vis
et leur rondelle sont maintenues dans
la poignée, mais si besoin, vous pouvez
les sortir de leur logement en forçant
légèrement.
MONTAGE DE LA POIGNÉE
POIGNÉE
Faire correspondre le code couleur des ailerons asymétriques avec la partie femelle de la planche
(ROUGE + ROUGE / VERT + VERT ou VERT + BLANC). Placer l’aileron dans le trou de la planche puis encastrer
le box symétrique dans la partie haute de l’aileron. Placer les vis et les rondelles, puis visser l’ensemble.
En cas de casse d’un aileron, vous pouvez adapter un aileron standard de twin-tip en plaçant des
rondelles sur les vis ( 1 ). Vous pouvez également utiliser d’autres leash bars vendus sur le marché ( 2 ).
Une encoche a été créée sur le box an de pouvoir monter un leash de planche.

Before assembling the parts together, you need
to identify the plates. Place them on the board
with the left plate on the left foot area and the
right plate and right foot area. The identication is
located on the inward side of the pad.
Each straplock can be tted in two different ways:

For each plate, take a LEFT and a RIGHT straplock. The indication is located at the top of the straplock.
To insert your straplock into the NARROW position,
place the “NARROW FOOT” indication towards the
exterior of the plate.
To insert your straplock into the WIDE position,
place the “WIDE FOOT” indication towards the
exterior of the pad/plate.
Make sure you have clearly identied both the left and right side of the boards by checking the inserts
SLIM MEDIUM LARGE
The plate provides 3 positions to adjust the location of the straplocks to the length of your feet:
S (small), M (medium) and L (long). This tuning makes sure your toes are always located on the dedicated
spot on the pad.
Medium feet setup:
assemble the inner straplock in
the NARROW position and the outer
straplock in the WIDE position.
Large feet setup:
assemble both straplocks in
the WIDE the position.
Slim feet setup:
assemble both straplocks in
the NARROW position.
To t the straplocks onto the pad/plate, insert the straplock into the tuning rail with the right setup depending on
your feet width and length. Once the straplock is positioned in the correct slots, pull with your hand on the top
straplock while maintaining an angle. You can pull back and forth to achieve this more easily.
Small position: insert the straplocks with the bot-
tom tting into the three slots located at the top of
the tuning rail.
Medium position: insert the straplocks with the
bottom tting into the three slots located at the
center of the tuning rail.
Longposition: insert the straplocks with the bottom
tting into the three slots located at the bottom of
the tuning rail.

Insert the straplock in the strap and pass the velcro in
the appropriate hole.
Place the rst velcro strap on the strap.
Set the height of the footstrap for your size by
adjusting the position over the straplock.
Fold the second velcro strap on top of the rst one.

You can adjust the position of your
plates to keep them centered on the
board (especially for people using the
Small or Large setups). Simply move the
plates forward or backward while main-
taining the angle chosen.
Once you have chosen the angle and
centering you need, you can place and
tighten the screws with their washers.
CAUTION: make sure the at side of the
washers is always located towards the
footstrap. The notch located on the op-
posite side will let you see the angle en-
graved onto the plate.
You can adjust the orientation of the
plates on the board to achieve the
angle you feel most comfortable with
when riding. F-ONE recommends an
angle of 12°.
Place the handle above the two inserts
located at the center of the board and
tighten the screws down. The screws
and washers are pre-tted into the
handle but they can be taken away
by gently forcing them out if required.
All F-ONE Twin-Tips offer three different
feet spacings (stance).
When taking off the pads/plates from
your board, you can t the screws
and washers in the two holes located
under the pad for this purpose. No more
time wasted looking around for them.

To identify the left footstrap from the right one, check the indication written on the label near the tighte-
ning Velcro strap. When setting up the footstrap, this label should be located on the inner side of your foot.

Match the n’s color code with the board’s holes (RED + RED / GREEN + GREEN or GREEN + WHITE).
Fit the symmetrical box onto the upper part of the n. Fix the screws and washers and screw on the ns.
In case you break one of the ns, you can always t a standard twin-tip n by placing washers between
the board and the screws ( 1 ). You can also use other leash bars available on the market ( 2 ).
A notch has been created on the box so you can mount a leash board if you need to.
CAUTION, BECAUSE OF THEIR ASYMMETRICAL PROFILE, THE FINS ARE COLOR CODED
TO FACILITATE THEIR ASSEMBLY (RED OR GREEN).
