Getting Started
Charging the battery
The Fontastic®Xtaz is equipped with an internal rechargeable
battery. Connect the Xtaz with the micro USB cable which is
included in the package contents.
The cable can be connected to a computer or a standard USB
power supply. The Xtaz‘s red LED lights up during the charging
process. The usual charging time is 2-3 hours. When fully char-
ged, the red LED goes out. The cable can now be disconnected
from the Fontastic®Xtaz.
Note: Charge Xtaz for at least 3-4 hours before initial use.

Adjusting the height / turning the speakers
Xtaz o󰀨ers the possibility to adjust the loudspeakers in height to
the optimum position for you. To do this, hold the loudspeaker
unit up and pull the headphone strap (3) upwards. Adjust the
headphones in this way until the ear pads are exactly on the ear.
For comfortable wearing around the neck when the headphones
are not being used to listen to music, the speakers can be turned
outwards.
Switching On /O󰀨
To switch on, press the multifunction button (5) for 3 seconds,
an acoustic signal sounds, the blue and red LED ash alternately.
To switch o󰀨, press the multifunction button (5) for 3 seconds,
an acoustic signal sounds,
the LED goes o󰀨.
Pairing
Xtaz must be paired with a Bluetooth®device before use. This is
a two part process; one part is carried out on the headphone and
the other is carried out on the other Bluetooth®device.
Note: Please note that di󰀨erent mobile phones may require
di󰀨erent pairing methods.
1. In the o󰀨 state, press and hold the multifunction button (5) for
3 seconds to turn on. Keep the button pressed and wait until
the blue and red LED ashes alternately. This indicates the
pairing mode.
2. Use your Bluetooth®enabled device to search for Bluetooth®
audio devices.
3. The Bluetooth®device should indicate that it has found „Xtaz“.
4. Conrm pairing with Xtaz. Enter „0000“ if you are asked for
a pairing code.
If you are unsure about the pairing procedure of your Bluetooth®
device, please check your device manual. When using a
Bluetooth® transmitter without display, set it to pairing mode and
wait a few seconds until the connection with Xtaz is established.
Note: If the connection is lost or the transmitter is temporarily
disconnected, briey press the multifunction button. Xtaz will
then try to restore the connection.

Connect 2 Xtaz headphones together
Two Xtaz Headphones can be connected via TWS. Two people
can listen to the same audio streaming while watching TV,
listening to music, gaming, etc.
Turn on both headphones at the same time to connect them
together. The headphones connect automatically via TWS.
The audio data is now output via both headphones.
Music playback
Start music playback on the Bluetooth®source which is paired
with the Xtaz. The music is transferred to the Xtaz.
Stop the music playback on the Bluetooth®source to interrupt
the streaming.
To start or stop music playback via the Xtaz, press the the
multifunction button 5) once. During music playback, the LED
blinks blue.
You can use the Xtaz as a wired headphone without Bluetooth®
function with the 3.5mm jack cable that is included in the
package content. Connect the cable to the 3.5 mm line-in
connector (8) of the Xtaz and the audio source, start playing
music.
Music control
To play or stop music playback, briey press the multifunction
button (5).
To skip to previous track, press and hold the Volume- button (6).
To skip to the next track, press and hold the Volume+ button (4).
Note: The mobile phone must support the A2DP and AVRCP
prole for music streaming and control. The buttons have no
function when using the wired connection. Use the audio source
to control the music and volume.
Hands-free features
With its built-in microphone and intelligent noise reduction,
the Xtaz is perfectly suitable for phone calls.
Answer/ending calls
To accept an incoming call, briey press multifunction button (5).
To end a call in progress, briey press multifunction button (5).

Redial
Press the multifunction button (5) twice to redial the last dialled
number.
Volume setting
To increase the volume, press and hold the volume + button (4)
until the desired volume is reached.
To decrease the volume, press and hold the volume - button (6)
until the desired volume is reached.

Inbetriebnahme
Laden des Akkus
Das Fontastic® Xtaz ist mit einem internen wiederauadbarem
Akku ausgestattet. Verbinden Sie das Xtaz über das Micro-USB
Kabel welches im Lieferumfang enthalten ist. Das Kabel kann
über einem Computer oder Standard USB Netzteil verbunden
werden. Die rote LED des Xtaz leuchtet während des
Ladevorgangs. Die übliche Ladezeit beträgt 2-3 Stunden.
Bei vollständiger Ladung erlischt die rote LED. Das Kabel kann
nun vom Fontastic®Xtaz getrennt werden. Ein geringer
Akkuladezustand wird durch ein akkustisches Signal angezeigt.

Achtung: Laden Sie das Xtaz für mindestens 3-4 Stunden vor
der ersten Inbetriebnahme.
Höhenanpassung / Drehen der Lautsprecher
Halten Sie zur Einstellung der Höhe die Lautsprechereinheit fest
und ziehen Sie den Kopfhörerbügel (3) nach oben. Stellen Sie
den Kopfhörer auf diese Weise ein, bis die Ohrpolster genau auf
dem Ohr sitzen.
Für bequemes Tragen um den Hals, wenn der Kopfhörer nicht
zum Musik hören verwendet wird, lassen sich die Lautspecher
nach außen drehen.
Ein-/Ausschalten
Zum Einschalten drücken Sie die Multifunktionstaste (5) für
ca. 3 Sekunden, ein akkustisches Signal ertönt, die rot-blaue
LED blinkt.
Zum Ausschalten drücken Sie die Multifunktionstaste (5) für
ca. 3 Sekunden, ein akkustisches Signal ertönt, die LED erlischt.
Pairing
Das Xtaz muss mit einem Bluetooth®-Gerät gepairt werden,
bevor es als drahtloser Kopfhörer oder Freisprecheinrichtung
verwendet werden kann. Dieser Vorgang läuft in zwei Schritten
ab: Ein Schritt wird mit dem Xtaz, der andere mit der Bluetooth®-
Quelle ausgeführt.
Hinweis: Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei unterschiedlichen
Mobiltelefonen auch unterschiedliche Pairing-Methoden
angewandt werden.
1. Versetzen Sie das Xtaz in den Pairing-Modus indem Sie im
ausgeschalteten Zustand die Multifunktionstaste (5) für
mindestens 3 Sekunden gedrückt halten. Während dem
gedrückt halten schaltet sich das Xtaz ein. Die rote und blaue
LED blinken schnell. Dies signalisiert den Pairing-Modus.
2. Suchen Sie mit Ihrem Bluetooth®-Gerät von welchem
Audiodaten abgespielt werden sollen, nach Bluetooth®-
Audiogeräten.
3. Das suchende Bluetooth®-Gerät sollte anzeigen, dass es das
„Xtaz“ gefunden hat.
4. Bestätigen Sie das pairen mit dem Xtaz. Geben Sie „0000“
ein, falls Sie nach einem Pairing-Code gefragt werden.
Falls Sie nicht sicher sind, wie das Pairing bei Ihrem Bluetooth®-
Gerät funktioniert, schauen Sie bitte in der Bedienungsanleitung
des Gerätes nach. Bei Nutzung eines Bluetooth®-Gerätes ohne
Display, dieses in den Pairing- bzw. Verbindungs-Modus
schalten und einige Sekunden warten, bis die Verbindung mit
dem Xtaz hergestellt wurde.
Hinweis: Wenn die Verbindung verloren geht oder der Sender
kurzzeitig getrennt wird, drücken Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste (5) des
Xtaz um die Verbindung wiederherzustellen.
2 Xtaz Kopfhörer miteinander verbinden
Es lassen sich zwei Xtaz Kopfhörer per TWS miteinander
verbinden, so dass zwei Personen das gleiche Audiostreaming
beim Fernsehen, Musik hören Gaming uvm. miteinander hören
können. Schalten Sie beide Kopfhörer gleichzeitig ein. Die
Kopfhörer verbinden sich per TWS automatisch, die Audiodaten
werden nun über beide Kopfhörer ausgegeben.
Musikwiedergabe
Starten Sie die Musikwiedergabe auf der mit dem Xtaz gepairten
Bluetooth®-Quelle. Die Musik wird an das Xtaz übertragen und
ausgegeben. Stoppen Sie die Musikwiedergabe der Bluetooth®-
Quelle um das Musikstreaming zu beenden.
Um die Musikwiedergabe über das Xtaz zu starten oder zu
beenden drücken Sie einmal die Musik Start/Stop Taste (5).
Während der Musikübertragung blinkt die LED blau.
Über das mitgelieferte 3,5 mm Klinkenkabel können Sie das Xtaz
auch als kabelgebundenen Kopfhörer verwenden. Verbinden Sie
dazu das Kabel mit dem 3,5 mm Line-In Anschluss (8) des Xtaz
und der Audioquelle, starten Sie die Musikwiedergabe.
Musiksteuerung
Um Musik abzuspielen oder zu stoppen, drücken Sie kurz die
Multifunktionstaste (5).
Um zum vorherigen Titel zu springen, drücken Sie kurz die
Lautstärke- Taste (6).
Um zum nächsten Titel zu springen, drücken Sie kurz die
Lautstärke+ Taste (4).
Hinweis: Das Handy muss das A2DP und AVRCP Prol unter-
stützen um Musik über den Kopfhörer wieder zu geben und zu
steuern. Die Tastenfunktionen haben bei Verwendung der

Kabelgebundenen-Verbindung keine Funktion. Verwenden Sie
zur Steuerung der Musik und Lautstärke die Audio-Quelle.
Freisprechfunktionen
Durch das eingebaute Mikrofon ist das Fontastic®Xtaz bestens
dazu geeignet als
Freisprecher für Telefonate genutzt zu werden.
Annehmen/Beenden von Anrufen
Um einen eingehenden Anruf anzunehmen, drücken Sie kurz die
Multifunktionstaste (5).
Um ein laufendes Gespräch zu beenden, drücken Sie kurz die
Telefontaste (5).
Wahlwiederholung
Drücken Sie die Multifunktionstaste (5) zweimal hintereinander
um die zuletzt gewählte Nummer zu anzurufen.
Lautstärkeeinstellung
Zum Erhöhen der Lautstärke drücken und halten Sie die
Lautstärke+ Taste (4), bis die gewünschte Lautstärke erreicht ist.
Zum Vermindern der Lautstärke drücken und halten Sie die
Lautstärke- Taste (6), bis die gewünschte Lautstärke erreicht ist.

Primeros pasos
Carga de la batería
Los auriculares Fontastic®Xtaz vienen con una batería interna
recargable. Conecte el Xtaz al cable micro USB que se incluye
en el paquete. El cable se puede conectar a un ordenador o
fuente de alimentación USB estándar. Se encenderá el LED
rojo del Xtaz durante el proceso de carga. El tiempo de carga
habitual es de 2 a 3 horas. Cuando esté totalmente cargado,
el LED rojo se apaga. Ya se puede desconectar el cable de los
auriculares Fontastic®Xtaz.
Nota: Cargue los auriculares Xtaz durante al menos 3 o 4 horas
antes de usarlos por primera vez.
Regulación de altura/giro de altavoces
Los auriculares Xtaz ofrecen la posibilidad de regular la altura de
los altavoces a la posición que sea mejor para usted. Para ello,
tiene que sujetar la unidad de altavoz y tirar de la banda de los
auriculares (3) hacia arriba. Regule así los auriculares hasta que
las almohadillas estén exactamente a la altura de las orejas.
Cuando no se utilicen los auriculares para escuchar música, los
altavoces se pueden girar hacia fuera para que uno se encuen-
tre más cómodo cuando los lleve en el cuello.
Encendido/Apagado
Para encender el dispositivo, hay que pulsar la tecla multifun-
ción (5) durante 3 segundos; a continuación, sonará una señal
acústica y el LED parpadeará con los colores azul y rojo.
Para apagar el dispositivo, pulse el botón multifunción (5)
durante 3 segundos; a continuación, sonará una señal acústica
y el LED se apagará.
Emparejamiento
Los auriculares Xtaz deben emparejarse con un dispositivo
Bluetooth®antes de su uso. Este proceso se divide en dos
partes: una parte se lleva a cabo en los auriculares y la otra en
el otro dispositivo Bluetooth®.
Nota: Tenga en cuenta que cada teléfono móvil puede tener
diferentes métodos de emparejamiento.
1. En el modo apagado, mantenga pulsado el botón multifunción
(5) durante 3 segundos para encender el dispositivo.
Mantenga pulsado el botón y espere hasta que el LED
parpadee con los colores azul y rojo. Esto indicará que está
en modo de emparejamiento.
2. Utilice su dispositivo habilitado para Bluetooth®para buscar
dispositivos de audio Bluetooth®.

3. El dispositivo Bluetooth®debe indicar que ha encontrado
„Xtaz“.
4. Conrme el emparejamiento con Xtaz. Introduzca „0000“ si
se le solicita un código de emparejamiento.
Consulte el manual de su dispositivo si no le queda claro el
procedimiento de emparejamiento de su dispositivo Bluetooth®.
Cuando utilice un transmisor Bluetooth® sin pantalla, congúrelo
en modo de emparejamiento y espere unos segundos hasta que
se establezca la conexión con Xtaz.
Nota: Pulse brevemente el botón multifunción si se pierde la
conexión o el transmisor se desconecta de forma temporal.
Xtaz intentará restablecer la conexión.
Conexión de 2 auriculares Xtaz
Se pueden conectar dos auriculares Xtaz mediante TWS.
Dos personas pueden escuchar la misma transmisión de audio
mientras ven la televisión, escuchan música, juegan, etc.
Encienda ambos auriculares a la vez para conectarlos.
Los auriculares se conectarán de manera automática mediante
TWS. Los datos de audio se podrán entonces emitir a través de
ambos pares de auriculares.
Reproducción de música
Inicie la reproducción de música en la fuente Bluetooth®que
esté emparejada con Xtaz. La música se transmitirá a Xtaz.
Detenga la reproducción de música en la fuente Bluetooth®para
interrumpir la transmisión. Para iniciar o detener la reproducción
de música mediante Xtaz, pulse el botón multifunción (5) una
vez. Durante la reproducción de música, el LED parpadeará en
el color azul.
Puede utilizar los Xtaz como auriculares con cable sin función
Bluetooth® con el cable de 3,5 mm que se incluye en el paquete.
Conecte el cable al conector de entrada de línea de 3,5 mm (8)
del Xtaz y a la fuente de audio y empiece a reproducir música.
Control de música
Pulse brevemente el botón multifunción (5) para reproducir o
detener la reproducción de música.
Mantenga pulsado el botón Volumen - (6) para saltar a la pista
anterior.
Mantenga pulsado el botón Volumen + (4) para saltar a la
siguiente pista.
Nota: El teléfono móvil debe ser compatible con los perles
A2DP y AVRCP para transmitir y controlar la música.
Los botones no tienen ninguna función cuando se utiliza la
conexión por cable. Utilice la fuente de audio para controlar la
música y el volumen.
Función de manos libres
Con su micrófono incorporado y reducción de ruido inteligente,
los auriculares Xtaz son totalmente aptos para recibir llamadas
telefónicas.
Responder/nalizar llamadas
Para aceptar una llamada entrante, pulse brevemente el botón
multifunción (5).
Para nalizar una llamada en curso, pulse brevemente el botón
multifunción (5).
Rellamada
Pulse el botón multifunción (5) dos veces para volver a llamar al
último número marcado.
Ajuste de volumen
Para aumentar el volumen, mantenga pulsado el botón de
volumen + (4) hasta lograr el volumen deseado.
Para reducir el volumen, mantenga pulsado el botón de
volumen - (6) hasta lograr el volumen deseado.
Advertencia de seguridad:
• No utilice el auricular a un volumen alto durante períodos
prolongados
• Tenga cuidado de no usar auriculares en situaciones
potencialmente peligrosas
• No utilice los auriculares mientras conduce un vehículo
• Nunca abra el dispositivo
• Nunca sumerja el dispositivo en agua, protéjalo siempre de la
humedad
• Desconecte los dispositivos electrónicos de la alimentación cuando
no los esté utilizándolos durante mucho tiempo

Guida introduttiva
Messa in carica della batteria
Le cu󰀩e Fontastic®Xtaz sono dotate di una batteria interna
ricaricabile. Connettere le cu󰀩e Xtaz con il cavetto Micro-USB
incluso nella confezione. Il cavetto può essere connesso a un
computer o a un alimentatore USB standard. Durante la fase di
messa in carica, le luci LED rosse rimangono accese.
Normalmente, il ciclo di ricarica dura 2-3 ore.

Una volta completata la ricarica, le luci LED rosse si
spegneranno. A questo punto è possibile scollegare il cavetto
dalle cu󰀩e Fontastic®Xtaz.
Nota: prima del primo utilizzo, caricare le cu󰀩e Xtaz per almeno
3-4 ore.
Regolazione dell’altezza / girare le conchiglie degli speaker
Le cu󰀩e Xtaz o󰀨rono la possibilità di regolare l’altezza delle
conchiglie no al raggiungimento della posizione ottimale. Per
fare ciò, tenere ferme le cu󰀩e e tirare l’archetto (3) verso l’alto.
Regolare le cu󰀩e no a quando le conchiglie saranno
posizionate esattamente sulle orecchie.
Per indossarle confortevolmente attorno al collo, quando le
cu󰀩e non sono usate per ascoltare musica è possibile girare le
conchiglie verso l’esterno.
Accensione e spegnimento (On /O󰀨)
Per accendere le cu󰀩e, tenere premuto il pulsante
multifunzione (5) per 3 secondi; si udirà un segnale acustico e
le LED luci blu e rossa lampeggeranno alternativamente.
Per spegnere le cu󰀩e, tenere premuto il pulsante multifunzione
(5) per 3 secondi; si udirà un segnale acustico e le luci LED blu
e rossa si spegneranno.
Accoppiamento
Prima di essere utilizzate, le cu󰀩e Xtaz devono essere
accoppiate a un dispositivo Bluetooth®. La procedura di
accoppiamento consiste in due fasi: la prima viene svolta
agendo sulle cu󰀩e, mentre la seconda viene svolta agendo sul
dispositivo Bluetooth®.
Nota: la procedura di accoppiamento può variare a seconda del
modello di cellulare.
1. Quando le cu󰀩e sono spente, tenere premuto il pulsante
multifunzione (5) per 3 secondi per accenderle.
Tenere premuto il pulsante e attendere no a quando le luci
blu e rossa inizieranno a lampeggiare alternativamente.
Questo indica la modalità di accoppiamento.
2. Usare il proprio dispositivo abilitato Bluetooth®per rilevare
dispositivi audio Bluetooth®.
3. Il dispositivo abilitato Bluetooth® dovrebbe indicare il
rilevamento di “Xtaz”.
4. Confermare l’accoppiamento con Xtaz. Quando viene chiesto
il codice di accoppiamento, digitare “0000”.
Se non si è sicuri di come e󰀨ettuare la procedura di accoppia-
mento del proprio dispositivo abilitato Bluetooth®, consultare il
relativo manuale.
Quando si usa un trasmettitore Bluetooth® senza display,
impostarlo sulla modalità di accoppiamento e attendere un paio
di secondi no a quando non sarà stata stabilita la connessione
con le cu󰀩e Xtaz.
Nota: in caso di perdita della connessione, o se il trasmetti-
tore è temporaneamente sconnesso, premere brevemente il
pulsante multifunzione. Le cu󰀩e Xtaz proveranno a ripristinare
la connessione.
Connessione simultanea di 2 cu󰀩e Xtaz
È possibile connettere due cu󰀩e Xtaz tramite TWS.
Due persone possono ascoltare il medesimo audio streaming
mentre guardano la TV, ascoltano musica, giocano ecc.
Per connetterle assieme, accendere le cu󰀩e nel medesimo
momento. Le cu󰀩e si collegheranno automaticamente tramite
TWS. A questo punto, il usso dei dati audio sarà trasmesso
tramite entrambe le cu󰀩e.
Playback della musica
Avviare il playback musicale sulla sorgente Bluetooth®
accoppiata alle cu󰀩e Xtaz. La musica viene trasmessa alle
cu󰀩e Xtaz. Fermare il playback musicale sulla sorgente
Bluetooth®per interrompere lo streaming.
Per avviare o fermare il playback musicale tramite le cu󰀩e Xtaz,
premere una singola volta il pulsante multifunzione (5).
Durante il playback musicale, le luci LED blu lampeggeranno.
Connettendo il cavetto jack da 3,5 mm incluso nella confezione,
è possibile usare le cu󰀩e Xtaz in modalità cablata senza
funzione Bluetooth®. Connettere il cavetto al connettore Line-in
da 3,5 mm delle cu󰀩e Xtaz alla sorgente audio e avviare la
riproduzione della musica.
Regolazione della musica
Per riprodurre o fermare la musica, premere brevemente il
pulsante multifunzione (5).
Per passare al brano precedente, tenere premuto il pulsante
Volume - (6).

Per passare al brano successivo, tenere premuto il pulsante
Volume + (4).
Nota: il cellulare deve supportare il prolo A2DP e AVRCP per
lo streaming e la regolazione della musica. Quando la
connessione è cablata, i pulsanti non attivano alcuna funzione.
Usare la sorgente audio per regolare la musica e il volume.
Funzioni Hands-free
Grazie al loro suo microfono incorporato e alla funzione di
riduzione del brusio smart, le cu󰀩e si adattano perfettamente
alle chiamate telefoniche.
Rispondere/terminare le chiamate
Per accettare una chiamata in arrivo, premere brevemente il
pulsante multifunzione (5).
Per terminare una chiamata in corso, premere brevemente il
pulsante multifunzione (5).
Ricomposizione di un numero
Premere il pulsante multifunzione (5) due volte per ridigitare
l’ultimo numero chiamato.
Impostazioni del volume
Per aumentare il volume, tenere premuto il pulsante Volume +
(4) no al raggiungimento del volume desiderato.
Per diminuire il volume, tenere premuto il pulsante Volume -
(6) no al raggiungimento del volume desiderato.
Consigli di sicurezza:
• Non utilizzare le cu󰀩e ad alto volume per periodi di tempo prolungati.
• Fare attenzione a non utilizzare le cu󰀩e in situazioni di potenziale
pericolo.
• Non utilizzare le cu󰀩e mentre ci si trova alla guida un veicolo.
• Non aprire mai il dispositivo.
• Non immergere mai il dispositivo in acqua; proteggerlo sempre
dall‘umidità.
• Disconnettere i dispositivi elettronici dall‘alimentazione quando non
vengono utilizzati per lunghi periodi di tempo.
• Non usare le cu󰀩e se mostrano danni visibili.
