Assembly instructions for wooden shelving system HW45
Basic shelf HW 45
•The diagonal cross is already pre-assembled.
•Wooden support frames are marked with a cross on the underside (cross is below)
•The diagonal cross is attached to the two wooden support frames with the supplied screws on the
back.
TIP: This works best when one person holds a wooden support frame and another person holds the
diagonal cross on the two support frames ¬men confirmed.
•The split pins are placed at the desired height.
•Inserting the shelves
Tip: put in at the back and then put in front.

•A person holds the support frame next to the basic shelf

•A diagonal cross is required on every 3rd field!
•If the shelf height exceeds 5 times the shelf depth, wall mounting is necessary

Installation of FoodBin dispenser in wooden shelf H45 (10.2021)
Method:
1. Insert an M8x35 screw (7) from below through the discharge funnel (3) and through the
matching hole in the shelf (1) (shelf with holes)
2. Place a glass fixing ring (6) from above on the shelf (1), over the inserted M8x35 screw (7)
3. Screw the cap nut M8 (8) onto the inserted screw M8x35 (7).
4. Do not tighten the screw connection yet!
5. Repeat points 2 to 4 for the remaining 3 screw connections
6. Hand-tighten all screw connections!
7. DANGER! If you tighten too much, the seal will deform.
8. Slowly guide the glass tube (9) through the upper shelf (2) (without holes) and through the
lower shelf (1).
9. The glass tube (9) rests on the discharge funnel.
10. Now check all screws for tight fit.
11. Place the wooden cover (10) (with cover seal) on the glass tube (9)
FINISHED.
