STEP 2 Drill All Holes

Firstly drill a larger 2 1/8” hole through the face of the door using the 2 1/8” hole cutter.


STEP 3 Chisel The Door & Install Latch Plate
To Install The Latch Plate

Insert the latch plate and screw in using the screws provided and a Philips screwdriver.

The bevel should be facing the door jamb.
(Note: If you have selected a 2 ¾” backset – skip to Step 6 to adjust the latch backset
before screwing in latch plate)

STEP 4 Chisel The Door Jamb & Install Striker Plate


Mark around the edge of the striker plate and inside the screw holes.
