contents of this manual in detail with, and provide a copy hereof, to anyone who will be
using or watching over users of the inflatable.

Description:
This residential bounce house inflatable is
for the use of children ages 3+. The bounce
house is spacious and allows for safe
bouncing for up to five kids at a time. The
inflatable features a safety ramp, finger-safe
netting, and two basketball hoops.

pump) to maintain pressure, only to be used by
an adult.

Only the blower supplied should be used for
inflation.

Do not use extension cords with this product. Set
up as close to power sources as possible. The
blower should be securely anchored to the ground
before use.

volumes of air very quickly. Place the blower in an
area where ti will not draw in dirt or leaves. Keep

continuously inflate bouncer during use. Airflow
through seams is normal. Do not try to seal or
repair seams.

Set-up in outdoor location only that meets the
following criteria:
- Place on level ground and firm grass or soil to
allow proper use of stakes.
- Placing on slanted or uneven surfaces may
cause the product to tip.
- Stakes should be placed at an angle for better
anchorage, should be driven under the ground to
prevent tripping.
- Minimum clearance zones: Place at least 6.6 ft
(2m) in any direction from other objects. Objects
to be avoided include but are not limited to
fences, buildings, trees, overhead branches,

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BLOWER INSTALLATION
NOTE: Set up as close to power source as possible. The
product should be periodically examined for potentially
unsafe conditions such as: damaged cord, plug,
housing or parts, and that in the event such damage
is found, the product should not be used until properly
repaired. Never leave the blower outside in the rain or
exposed to the elements when not in use. When in use,
do not place the cord across trac areas, water or damp
areas. The blower should be placed on a stable surface
and anchored per product instructions. The power cord
of the blower is equipped with a Ground Faulty Circuit
Interrupter (GFCI) plug.
1) Make sure that the blower switch is in the “OFF”
position. Plug
the blower into a 110-120V GFCI outlet.
2) If the GFCI has been tripped, press the “RESET” button
to restore
power to the blower.
3) Set the power switch of the blower to “ON” to inate.
After use,
turn the power to “OFF”.
4) To disconnect, have an adult grip it tightly and pull
the plug from the wall outlet.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BLOWER CLEANING
AND STORAGE
Do not immerse the blower in water. Unplug the blower
before cleaning.
To clean: wipe with a damp cloth. The blower does not
require any lubrication and has no user serviceable
parts.
Do not attempt to service the blower.
When not in use, store the blower indoors in a dry place.
Store the blower upright on a stable surface. Loosely coil
the cord and place it beside the blower.

This blower is not a toy. Use under the direct supervision of a competent adult. Keep away from children.

Safety Warnings: Electrical Blower
This product should be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces
the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric circuit. This product is
equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with an appropriate grounding plug. This plug
must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all
local codes and ordinances. DANGER - Improper installation of the grounding plug can result in a
risk of electric shock. If repair or replacement of the cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the
grounding wire to either at blade terminal. The wire with insulation having an outer surface that is
green, with or without yellow stripes, is the grounding wire. Check with a qualied electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are
not completely understood, or if in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided; if it will not t the
outlet, have the proper outlet installed by a qualied electrician. For a grounded, cord-connected product, rated less than 15 amperes and
intended for use on a nominal 110-120-volt supply circuit, these instructions should be followed. This product is for use on a nominal 110-
120-volt supply circuit, and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in sketch A. Temporary adapters should not be used. Do
not use product until a properly grounded outlet (sketch A) can be installed by a qualied electrician.

Step #1: Select a Suitable Location

Step #2: Set-up
WARNING: The inflatable should never be setup or
operated during inclement weather or if the winds exceed 15
mph (24 km/h), since serious injury, death, and damage can
result. Never setup and operate during rain or snow conditions.
It is always wise to check your local weather forecast before
installation.
WARNING: Check for overhead obstructions such as utility
lines before setup. Keep in mind that the inflatable might move during
use, and proper clearance should be maintained at all times. Make
sure there are no utility lines within 10 ft. (3 m) of the inflatable.

inflatable across the
ground and other rough

personnel and equipment
to move the inflatable
clear of the ground to the
setup location.
•Never leave the inflatable
unattended, whether
inflated or deflated.
It is very important to select a suitable location
to place the inflatable.
Follow these easy guidelines:

• Choose a flat and non-abrasive area
that has adequate space for the
inflatable to fit comfortably allowing for
5 ft.. (1.5 m) clearance on all sides. See
page 1 for the inflated dimensions of
your inflatable.
• Make sure that the area is clear of all
protrusions and sharp objects that may
damage the inflatable.
• PREFERRED INDOOR LOCATIONS:
carpeted or hardwood floor
• IDEAL OUTDOOR LOCATIONS:
flat grassy surface which has well
compacted soil and trees or buildings
nearby which can provide shade.
• Bystanders should be at a safe
distance during setup.

ANCHORING REQUIREMENTS: This inflatable has
several anchoring locations which must ALL be anchored
and tethered whenever patrons are using this inflatable,
including both indoor and outdoor installation.
CAUTION: DO NOT allow patrons to
play in the product until it is fully inflated
and anchored to the ground.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THE UNIT if the blower remains ON when the test button is
pushed. The unit is NOT working properly. Take the unit to a certified electrician immediately.

Step #5: Teardown
Proper storage is key to protecting your
inflatable.
Store your inflatable in a enclosed location free of
rain and extreme heat. Ideal indoor temperature
should be between 50 to 90°F (10 to 33°C).
Ensure your storage area is free of rodents as
they can chew on the vinyl and damage your
inflatable.
Step #4: Inflation & Anchoring
ANCHORING OUTDOORS
Secure the inflatable to the ground using
the provided stakes.
Tightly pull the stake loops away from the
inflatable. Use a hammer to drive stakes
completely to the ground.
Fold the opposing sides
inward, making sure the
inflation tubes are not being
folded as well.
Step on the folded inflatable
opposite the inflation tubes.
Begin stomping out the air.
Fold in half and continue
to push air out until it is
completely deflated.
Roll the inflatable
towards the inflation
tubes. For larger
inflatables, one person
can roll as a helper
continues to stomp
air out.

into storage

CAUTION: Check with local utility
companies and property owner for locations of
any water pipes, gas pipes, sewer pipes, and
other underground materials before pounding
stakes into the ground.

7Open all the deflation zippers.
8It takes 3 to 6 minutes for the
inflatable to fully deflate. Make
sure the inflatable deflates onto
itself so the weight is equally
distributed.

all the anchors out.

Cleaning the Inflatable
Clean inside debris/trash with a shop vacuum.
Clean inside and outside using damp rag. If inflatable has stains, use
cleaning solution.
Disinfect the inflatable after every use. Simple Green Pro D 5 or D 3
are great cleaning solutions that kill bacteria and disinfects without
deteriorating the vinyl or color.
Keep your inflatable looking and performing like new by cleaning it thoroughly. If inflatable is wet, DO NOT
store away for an extended period, as this will cause mildew. Make sure to dry wet inflatable within three days
after use. Follow the steps below:

Inspect for signs of fabric failure; weak or
torn surfaces must be repaired promptly. As
an outdoor product, the bouncer is subject to wear
and deterioration.

To keep the product clean: wipe the bouncer or
blower using a dry cloth or a cloth dampened with
a neutral, non-flammable, non-toxic cleaning and
sanitizing solution or pure water.
•
Product should be periodically examined
for potentially unsafe conditions such as:
damaged cord, plug, housing, or parts, and that
in the event such damage is found, the product
should not be used until properly repaired. Never
leave the fan outside in the rain or elements when
not in use. Minor repairs can be made using the
enclosed repair patches.
•
Loosely coil the cord and place it beside the
blower.
•
When in use, do not place the cord across traffic
areas, water, or damp areas.
•

quickly. Place the blower in an area where it will
not draw in dirt or leaves.

Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or
plug. Discard fan or return to an authorized service
facility for examination and/or repair.

cord with throw rug, runners, or similar coverings.
Do not route cord under furniture or appliances.
Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it
will not be tripped over.
•
Blower must be unplugged before servicing.
•
Product should be periodically examined for
potentially unsafe conditions such as damaged
cord, plug, housing, or parts, and that in the event
such damage is found, the product should not
be used until properly repaired. If these checks
are not carried out, the product could overturn or
otherwise become a hazard.
•
The blower does not require any lubrication and
has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to
service the blower.
•
Do not immerse the fan in water. To clean, wipe
with a damp cloth.
•
Regularly check the intake and output openings
and keep free of dirt, leaves. etc.

Disposal
Small cuts and tears on your inflatable can be patched using the repair kit provided. For cuts or tears larger than
6 in (15 cm), and/or stitching that has come undone, professional repairs are required. All professional repairs
should be performed by FUNormous, or any FUNormous authorized repair center. To perform minor patches with
the repair kit provided, follow the steps below.
DISPOSAL OF INFLATABLE: We recommend finding
a recycling facility that will accept PVC. If no facility
is available to you, dismantle and dispose of the
inflatable in a way that no hazardous conditions exist
at the time you do so.
DISPOSAL OF BLOWER: Take the blower to a
collection facility capable of processing electrical/
electronic waste.

Deflate the inflatable, clean the area on
inflatable that is to be patched, and dry
thoroughly.
Find the matching material from your repair
kit. Cut a patch of material that is 3 in (7.6 cm)
larger than the size of the damaged area,
from all sides. Round the corners.

Apply an even coat of vinyl cement to the
patch and the inflatable. Let it dry for about
2-5 minutes.

there is no air bubbles. Bond strength
increases with age as cements sets.

Emergencies can arise for various reasons. It is important that the operator/attendant be trained to implement emergency
procedures should the need rise. The following are examples of emergencies and how they can be handled.
WEATHER:
Inclement weather can be rain, lightning, or strong wind which makes usage unsafe for patrons. In each case the operator/
attendant should evacuate the inflatable as quickly and safely as possible. After everyone has exited the inflatable, the
operator/attendant must follow the procedures for shutting down the inflatable.
LOSS OF ELECTRIC POWER:
When a loss of power occurs, the inflatable will slowly start to deflate. The operator/attendant will have to assist patrons to
quickly and safely exit the inflatable. The property owner, supervisor or maintenance person should be notified to check the
problem. Do not leave the inflatable unattended. When the problem is corrected, inspection and maintenance should be
performed before the inflatable is put back in service.
INJURIES:
If the injury is minor, the owner/attendant can assist the injured patron to exit the inflatable and the parent or guardian
can give needed assistance. If a major injury has occurred, the owner/attendant should evacuate patrons from inflatable
and assist the injured patron out of the inflatable. The owner/attendant should contact appropriate first aid personnel or
emergency. The owner/attendant should assist in crowd control to make way for emergency personnel and vehicles. The
owner/attendant should fill out an incident report as soon as possible while the incident is still fresh in their mind. The
manufacturer should be notified of an incident that resulted in serious injury.
DAMAGE TO INFLATABLE:
Should the inflatable receive damages during use, the owner/attendant should immediately evacuate patrons. The
inflatable should not be operated until the damage can be assessed and professionally repaired. When the problem is
corrected, inspection and maintenance should be performed before the inflatable is put back in service.
Troubleshooting
Emergency Procedures
The chart below provides some of the common problems that occur with the operation of the inflatable. In most
cases a problem can easily be solved by the operator.
If you are not able to solve a problem call FUNormous Customer Service at [phone]. Be prepared with the
following information:
Many times the problem that completely stops an inflatable from working is one of the many simple things that are
forgotten or overlooked. It can save several phone calls or a more expensive repair, as well as valuable time to double
check everything.
1. The inflatable serial number and model.
2. The owners manual.
3. All calls should be made by the same person to avoid
confusion. Be sure to get the name of the person to
whom he/she is speaking to at FUNormous. All calls
should then be directed to that person.

Remove all patrons and deflate inflatable. Minor
repairs can be done on location. Major repairs must be
performed by repair center.

Damaged anchor points, tethers,
stakes or sandbags
Remove all patrons. Repair or replace damaged
equipment.

5. The maintenance log and repair record.
6. The person calling the factory must be familiar with the
problem and be able to describe the problems of the
inflatable. (i.e.; Was the problem gradual? Are there any
noises occurring that are not normal? Was it a one time
problem, or does it occur regularly?)
