SAFETY WARNINGS
- Do not enter the Fy-Dock when power is on
- Do not store any objects in the fy-dock
- Avoid contact with water on/inside the dock
- Do not remove the trash bin while the system is being
operated
- Do not enter the Fy-dock while the system is being
operated
- Never lean on/get on top of the robot
- Do not use the robot for transporting objects
- Do not move or raise the robot with a machine (ex: forklift)
FY-DOCK
SWEEP XL

- Moving the robot should only be done with the remote
control or fybot app, the last resort would be to gently push
the robot using your hands.
- Avoid contact with water on the robot
- For maintenance actions, only disassembly of the red
colored screws is allowed
- Do not clean the robot with a high pressure machine

FY-REMOTE
RADIO REMOTE

The Sweep XL can be controlled
using the radio remote control
or the dedicated and preinstalled
application on the tablet provided with
the robot
The radio remote control allows you
to simply move the robot, it does
not allow any settings of the SweepXL
The fy-Remote application allows both a
control of the movements of the robot but
also to switch between the different modes
and control special features of SweepXL and
fy-Dock.

ON /OFF SWITCH
Turns the radio remote control on or off.

STEERING WHEEL
Turn the wheel to give an orientation to the
SweepXL.

POWER TRIGGER
Squeeze trigger to move forward - pull trigger
to retreat.

BLUETOOTH
CONNECTION
Settings of the Bluetooth connection, lets you
choose which robot is connected to.

POWER JOYSTICK
Gives the speed and sense to the SweepXL.

DIRECTION JOYSTICK
Gives the direction to follow to the SweepXL.

SWEEP XL MODES
Robot mode:
• AUTO: Standard mode of the SweepXL,
it executes the missions programmed in
the fy-Monitor, returns to the fy-dock to
empty and reloads automatically.
• BACK: Force the SweepXL to return to
the fy-dock.
• REST: The SweepXL is paused, it does
not move and does not perform its
missions.
• TRANSPORT: mode dedicated to the
transport of the robot, it increases the
speed of movement and cuts some
functionalities. This makes it easier to
maneuver the SweepXL when
transporting it.

BIN POSITIONS
SweepXL Bin Position:
• UP: bin in the high position, it is open
and empties the waste it contains.
• DOWN: Bin is in the working position,
the container must be in this position for
the robot to collect the waste.
• MAINTENANCE: position to manually
remove the bin from the robot. For any
intervention on the bin, it must be put in
this position.
• BASE: position of the bin to enter the fy-
dock.
• STOP: stop the movement of the bin.

Enables or disables the blower of the fy-dock
(which cleans the sensors of the robot by air
spray )

Area where you can find the serial number of

TABS :
•RESUME: Area where you can find
information about the robot, such as the
model of the robot, the end date of the
warranty, the address of its area of
activity.
•PROGRAMMING: Area dedicated to the
programming of SweepXL missions.
•REPORT: Area where you can find
SweepXL mission reports.
•DOCUMENT: downloadable documents
such as the site map or specific notices.

EVENT
Notification area of the robot:
The SweepXL robot sends notifications when it
starts or ends a mission, when an unusual
event is detected (control of the robot with the
remote, emergency stop ...) or when a
maintenance alert is triggered (blocking of the
bumps, blocking of the robot ...).

SCHEDULE
List of all SweepXL missions you have
created.

ACTIVATE / DEACTIVATE
ROBOTS MISSION
Click on the icon to activate or deactivate
an already registered mission.

MISSION MODIFICATION
Click on the gear to modify an existing
mission (times and zone).

DELETE
Click on the trash to delete an existing
mission.

PAUSE
Allows you to suspend all robot missions.

ADD MISSION
Click this button to create a new mission.
You will have to enter the time slots and
areas to clean.

SYNCHRONIZATION
Click on this button after having edited or
modified a mission, so the synchronization
between the fy-Monitor and the SweepXL is
carried out.

CALENDAR OF REPORTS
Calendar to search the robot activity
reports, simply click on the day you want.

FULL REPORTS
After clicking on the day, the fy-Monitor
displays the available reports, click on a
report and you will have at your disposal a
map of the site with the cleaned areas (in
light blue) the obstacles encountered (in
red / gray) and the effective working hours
of the robot.

In order for the robot to clean efficiently and to avoid abnormal
wear of its cleaning systems it is necessary to maintain them
regularly.
Refer to the "SweepXL Cleaning Systems Maintenance" document
for maintenance procedures and access to cleaning systems.

Method:
• Take the robot out of the fy-dock
• Cleaning ultrasonic sensors with a brush if fouling
• Checking of side brushes
• Checking the central brush block
• Cleaning / changing filters
oDisassemble the bin filters
oClean them with compressed air
•Checking of laser sensors
MAINTENANCE

• Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, complete hydraulic oil changes, batteries and
chargers (where equipment is electric), hulls and tires are excluded from
maintenance.
• The contract does not extend to cases of hardware malfunction caused by:
oAny changes made by people not mandated by FYBOTS
oNeither in cases of defects or deteriorations caused by the bad state of the
premises and / or not due to the use and / or the normal wear of the
material
oIf the equipment has not been installed, used or maintained in accordance
with FYBOTS recommendations
oMotors of Brush block or electrical board grilled due to repeated blocking
of the brushes (due to plastic films, strapping ...)
• Travel, support for repairs and / or refurbishment of the robot for out-of-warranty
cases will be charged at the rate in effect at the customer's expense
• If the customer does not respect the periodic maintenance of the FY-LIFE contract
• If the mapped site contains new corrosive, hazardous or chemical substances or
products that were not present when the robot was commissioned on the site.
• If the defects are due to fortuitous events or force majeure, if defects arise from a
cause after the transfer of the risks
• Fall on railway track or loading dock if door open
• The FY-LIFE contract affects SweepXL's guarantee The customer carrying out the
periodic maintenance operations on the agreed dates will benefit from a warranty
extension bonus
