Garland Electric Bain Marie is an excellent cooking appliance made of stainless steel with 200 mm
depth of single or double bowls. It consists of one or two silicon flexible heaters with 2kW and 4kW
power rates. It also equipped with additional pan holder for proper combination GN Pan and dry
heater put below the bowl for cleanliness. The water inlet place on the wall inside the bowl and
operated by taps from front. This appliance is suitable for warming food and sauce. Water tempera-
ture is maintained by thermostat with maximum working temperature of 110°C. Unit to be installed
on open cabinet or similar elements, cantilever, or solid block solutions. Featuring is rear seamless
fitting to Grandis family products and unique removable seamless front panel. It is very important
to keep this instruction book together with the appliance for future consultation. If this appliance
sold or transferred elsewhere, ensure that this manual goes along with it. Therefore, new user
should read about its functions and other relevant information.

GARLAND gives 12 months Warranty with certain conditions. GARLAND will decline any claims of
accidents caused by improper use, disobey rules, and/ or disobey warnings. Examples of the cases,
